I can say that bath and body work definitely cherish their customers I been a loyal member for years I'll go to them before Vicky secret but this past experience with shipping was a nightmare… I placed my order 3/27/23 and they sent updates and shipped my package I get an email confirmation that my package was delivered 4/3 at 1045am left at door which door bc it wasn't at my door so I proceeded to contact leadership and ho the package was sent through and they tell me nothing they can do call the seller I call bath and body works customer service and was referred back to laser ship to file a claim which I did I filed the claim and these people tell me it will take 48hrs for investigation first all I spent over a 100.00 what you mean investigation I never had this happen before so I called bath and body works customer service back demanding a manager explaining my situation with no hesitation they replaced my order and shipped overnight from Wednesday morning I got my package delivered by fed ex this morning I will continue to do business with bath and body works as long as they do kit use leadership no more
Went into Bath Body Florence Sc location to purchase some room sprays that were on sale, walked by and saw that bar soaps had a sale sign as well so I grabbed 2 bars because sign said 2@ & $ 10… checked my receipt when I hit home only to find out the soaps were regular price $ 8.50 … so I called back to the store to be told by a Shannon to come back into the store for a price adjustment because a sign being left out … I proceeded to store to get a price adjustment done, only to be told that there was no Shannon there, and I said do she lied about who she was? Nobody cared abt nothing I was saying and didn't honor what the sign said the day before either … the cashiers the manger everyone was so non chalant- like what ever so I just got my money bk and called cooperate and they were wonderful took Great care of me! I tell u what customer service is just not what it use to be … it's all about a pay check now!
I placed an order for about $1,000 worth of candles. I only received two candles. I contacted Bath and Body Works and they said that they would be sending me a refund. I just spoke with them on the phone and they said that because of the size of the order they would not be refunding me. I am now out close to $1,000 and this company is refusing to send me a refund or a replacement! This is a complete scam!
Since l started using the 'You're the one 'body scrub my skin has become smooth,the body mist keeps me fresh for 24 hours and the lotion makes my skin smooth and soft.lt's scent lasts longer and l love it.l have had good compliments since l started using bath and body works products.l love it

I really enjoy and love Bath and Body Works products and sales. But when will you put the room spray on sale? You really don't put that on sale to offend. I would like to see that happen a little more. Thanks
I have been a long time customer and I like there products. What I don't like is shady stuff like the "rewards program" so I have 3 rewards piles up and it says I can use up to 8. Only problem is they stop you from using them every damn time by taking pennies off of products and then not allowing you to use the reward because it's on sale. Wtff? Yeah double f for flying f**k. It's really a scam and I waste so much time adding different stuff to cart and trying the reward again and they never work for any product
They choose purolator to deliver packages and it is horiible. When there is a proble you can never reach the customer service. Is it the business you do? I won't buy anything from there never ever again
Ya been with the company for 4 years and I busted my but for it never late showed up with I had to work then all of a sudden new store manager step in got kicked out the spot I work so hard for got replace be a girl that only been with the company for a year then got put down to where I started as then basically got took off the schedule went from doing 500 piece shipment to them only doing 70 to 100 piece so explain how that right and customers that been shopping for years at the store has called hr on the manager but yet she still working their so explain how that right
I have just started purchasing the small single wick candles at times I catch them in sale 2/$22 however they do not give off a strong scent actually you can't smell them at all. At first I thought I was just loosing my sense of smell but after gifting a few love ones the same candle and getting the same results I know that I was correct all along. This is clearly $200 waisted.
I spent quite a bit of money on wallflower refills. They have never been the quickest to ship but then my package was damaged in transit so I contacted customer service who told me they should ship me a replacement order but I will have wait another week to 9 days for it to reship. The only other option was a refund. That's the best they could do for someone who spends thousands of dollars there each year. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on.
I tried to use a reward code for my purchase. When I entered the code, it stated I needed to be a VIP/rewards member to get the discount. I signed up to me a member with my email. When I went back to enter the code, it said, "something went wrong," and when I clicked the hyperlink to pull up all coupon codes, it still stated, "Hmm. Something went wrong, try back later." I came back the next day and tried the same thing, and conveniently, the rewards/discounts are the ONLY part of the website that doesn't work. I will not be scammed by Bath and Body works and will purchase my candles/soaps elsewhere.
Placed order online & shipping date came and went. No notification. Chatted with customer service and told me to wait another week! I ordered this early for my event, nothing. Told me it was Laserships issue. Laserships says they're still waiting on Bath & body to send it to them. I don't recommend shipping anything. I ordered from other companies the same day, same shipping time & they use Lasership too. No problems getting my order, it was even early! Bath and Body said they would reimburse my 6.99 shipping if I don't it by next week. Sad policy. If I shop there again, I'll go to the store! At least then I know I will get what I paid for.
Went into Barrow Crossing in Winder, GA for the all body sprays on sale. Went I went to make my purchases and was told by sales person (*******) that I would have to purchase my travel sizes at regular price and that they are not on sale. I think if I can purchase them at the sale price online, I should have been able to purchase them on sale in the store as well. It was a disappointment to drive to the store and not be able to get what I really wanted.
For the last year BBW refills do not last for 30 days only for 10 days. The liquid remains in bottle without any fragrance going into rooms. Wall flowers turn a nasty brown and yellow stain on the top of wallflower. I asked different associates on how to remove stain and each time they were cluless.
I had visited Bath and body works of Deira City centre and experienced worst experience with the staff out there.she asked me to get into other line saying she cant ttend me now and only 1 line for cash counter and i moved to other line after waiting for 10 minutes.Immediately she called other customer infront of me of the same line and attended him and when i asked how are you attending other customer she had no answer n she was very rude...I would never recommend bath and body works when customer service is Super Poor...Customer service representative was very rude at her approach...Would give No rating for this branch and specially that customer representative...
I bought some body cream online because I was all out. Waited a week with my skin getting dryer and dryer. Then found out that my order was cancelled by looking at my bank statements and seeing that the money was returned. No email, not call, no anything. Now have to wait another week with dry skin. Awful business, won't be shopping with them again after this.
I bought a hand sanitizer and i used in and it smelt like crap and me and my friends could taste it in our mouth it was nasty have a wonderful day thank you don't make hand sanitizers anymore it smelt really really bad
All items 34 of them were dumped in a box with not enough bubble wrap, most of which was popped from all the movement in shipping. Most of the items were damaged and/or leaking.
I have been trying to order from the website for 2 days but each time my card was declined. I knew I had more than enough to cover this in my account but still tried processing thru another card that also had alot in the account, it too was declined. I went to the bank to make sure there was nothing going on with my account and the bank checked everything and said no reason to be declined. Tried again while at bank and declined. The teller even used her card to see if it would take it and that was declined too. I used my card at the ATM just to make sure then came back to work and tried once again only to be declined. I then placed an order with amazon and everything went thru just fine so i called bath and body customer service and she offered to process the card for me, same issue, I even told them how the bank teller tried using her card and also declined. So 4 cards with positive proof that had nothing wrong and enough money in accounts were declined,
This is definatly and issue on their end. Waited 24 hours feeling that this was a website issue and once again declined,. I then did the "chat with a CSR" explained everything and asked if there was any way to send my order to my store to pick up and pay for there and the response from the human CSR was " its not our issue use another form of payment " before i could respond the CSR deleted the conversation and closed the chat. I have spent huNdred of dollars at their stores, just spent $75 there on sunday and love them but That was the rudest "chat" i have ever been involved in with ANY COMPANY! I will be contacting their corporate offices and i will not do business with them ever again if they do not do something to make this right.
