Today at 3:45p.m I paid a visit to the Bath & Body store at Rookwood in Cincinnati, this was my third visit in a week, due to the sale.
All but today's visit was excellent, today I encountered young people and was really made to feel that my purchase didn't count, the young woman on the floor seemed bothered by me asking questions,& when I went to be checked out by cashier *******,I handed her my currency & when she gave me my change back, she just dropped it in my hands., Rude..

I ordered a product on-line and immediately called and cancelled product because shipping cost more than the product itself. I was told by customer service (after they disconnected me and I called back) that the order was cancelled. The next day my order shows up and I call customer service again. They refused to refund the shipping amount. So I could return the item for $4.95 and still have to pay the $10.99 shipping charge. Requested management and they would not refund. Then said I would receive a $10 gift card. No gift card was received because they sent me a membership invite that would enable me to get $10 off if I spent an additional $30. Unbelievable. I cancelled within a reasonable time and received nothing. So disappointed and angry.

Oh my goodness. The products are awesome and I've loved them for years only to find out recently how awful customer service is. I've been calling multiple times throughout this week to resolve a problem of their store app being hacked and gift card balances being stolen. I keep talking to the same 2-3 people, even with different phone number who have not done anything to help and conveniently get disconnected each time. **Warning** Do Not add your gift card balance to the app! With such a large company and reputation you'd think customer care would have knowledgeable people who can resolve issues instead of giving the run around to get you off the line.

I purchased one of the nicer fragrance plug ins (not one that you can adjust) in January to put in my kitchen. I have loved having a wonderful fragrance in there, however, yesterday I turned on my under cabinet lights and one did not come on. I looked and got the shock of my life. The heat from the plug in not only burned the light cover but burned through it and burned the actual light fixture and completely ruined it. We are very lucky that it did not catch on fire. I have used Bath & Body Works for years but now realize that these plug ins need to be watched closely! You might consider putting a warning on these.

Went to Bath and Body in Jackson Crossing, in Jackson MI, June 3. They had a great sale. I brought 6 items 4 spray mist, 1 men cologne, 3 small hand sanitizers and with a coupon received a free $8.75 men body lotion. My purchase came to $16.01. I saved $66.72. Now, that was a bargain. I go there often for sales. I keep the items for birthday, Christmas, etc. You can get coupons though the mail just by giving phone number. Really, great place on sales.

Hi i had placed an order for 5Clean Slate Deodorant and ended up by receiving only 2No and when i raised an Concern on the same they told me they are going send me the CCTV Video which is not going to solve my issue and. I was a regular customer for the Deodorant for Bath and Body Works and i had paid an amount of 5000/- where i had ordered 5No. I am really sorry to inform that this is not an solution for the Issue you guys might send any Video but ultimately its my Loss.

I Missing the reward, I call them for help, they told me they will call me back, but not. I call for place order my reward on online or in store, and they told me they can not help. If they don't want give us the free item they should not don't have reward program.

I have ordered their products for years and was very satisfied until recently. For the past couple of months my orders arrive incomplete, or broken. When I chat with CSR it is the same script, my orders are not replaced and I have been partially refund and then they said they shipped some products and it is a lie they then refund the rest of the money and that is it. Never buying from them again.

I ordered a package my daughter ended up in primary children's hospital for a week. When I came home my package wasn't there. I'm not sure if stolen or not delivered but when I called they told me they wouldn't help I could file a police report or file a claim on the carrier. I just can't believe that! My chewy order was also missing when we finally got home but they resent it no questions asked and it was $20 more than my bath and body order! Just horrible I don't get what I paid for! Don't do shopping from them go to store only or u will be out of luck and money!

They took payment from me twice for the same purchase. I told them and it has been over 2 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. They "forgot" about the first ticket even though they gave me a number and assured me the money would be returned to my account withinn5-10 business days. Now, they're " trying " to process a refund that will take another between5-10 business days. "Sorry for the inconvenience". This is UNACCEPTABLE and VERY POOR business etiquette. They aren't even remorseful in regards to the double charge. I hadn't even left the store when I noticed the double charge and they still haven't refunded my money. They wouldn't refund me in store with the evidence right in-front of them. "Sorry we can't do that here."I had to call and argue this charge. This is the second time this has happened and this time round it will be a month before I might be refunded.
I have learnt my lesson…. NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!

I am very frustrated because twice I ordered the same products and they were delivered to apartment buildings according to picture taken. They did refund my money back. When person reordered my products they never came again. It's three times and when I call back of course they are out of my products. Therefore I will never again order from Bath and Body works again. Their delivery service is terrible

I called to ask a question about my gift card that I got for Mother's Day. The person who answered was very rude, kept talking over me and when I asked to talked to the Manager He put me on hold for over
20-25 minutes. Their policy about redeeming gift cards for cash only applies when the balance of the card is $10 or less. Which is terrible considering I don't buy at the store and my gift card is worth $300.
I am really unhappy at the way they handle their Business and the bad Customer Service and they did not offer options to handle the situation.

Bad products dont purchase no return no exchange also in this store dont purschase any items in this store plz

They could care less about satisfying their customers. They would not exchange a rusty soap holder that I purchased, wouldn't even offer any solution whatsoever.

I love all of the products so much I decided to move it into my car and that is something I live to regret! I had one on my vent and apparently it had a leak and I now have to repair both the frame and my touchscreen in my car because it melted the frame and my touchscreen is no longer a touchscreen. I want to make sure people are aware so this does not happen to anyone else! I never had febreeze do this! I added an image of one of the many refills I bought that are now trash.

I am done with B&BW! Their shipping times get slower and slower! Still waiting after a week just to be shipped. I wanted to order more stuff but I have had enough of the slack shipping and btw, every time I get my order, regardless of what it is, it's just thrown into a box with NO WRAP OR PACKING MATERIAL. Just sorry! You WERE my favorite, but no more. Obviously you don't care about your customers! I have bought thousands of $ from you in the past, but, no more!

I have received coupons for years, I was told today that I was not in the select few to get the lastest months coupons. I was chatting with Pau in the virtual and he sent me a 20% code for online orders. I stated that I only shop in the store and he told me he could only send one code and hung up the chat.

Very disappointing that being long time customer that does not matter.

My sis and I used to tip each other on the sales events. I understand prices increase, but the candle wick quality has declined and the prices have tripled over the last decade. I won't even buy them when they are on sale. I like the scents, but $24.95? Get over yourselves!

Great products but such a $#*!ty customer service. I wait until I use all my gift cards and won't spend a dime anymore. Gross customer service. Talk to 5 different customer services for only $5 difference adjustment on a $100 order and no one would do it for me. I didn't receive the higher percentage until the last minute. It seems really unnecessary to send the customer coupons. I even ask for a coupon instead of a adjustment. Definitely won't get these products anymore.
