I just got my little thing of hand sanitizer out of my bag while cleaning my work bag and this was in my hand sanitizer bottle! Does anyone know what this is? Honestly makes me feel like my hands were dirty when sanitizing with bath and body hand sanitizer. Disgusting.

I've ordered from here on line from butler pa and grove city pa and both company's cancel my orders every time this company is a joke they claim by $#*!ing email it's suspicions activity. Well eat a $#*! your product sucks and I'll never order again it's trash ya caldeles met to fast and don't even smell yankiee is way better and Victoria secret never canceled my orders for my wife to have their products they sell soap also so they win my money bath and body works isn't worthy and everytime I'm ordering it's always over 100 so toodles To ya $#*! and welcome Victoria secret
I ordered products for gifts and they arrived, packaged like they were just thrown in, everything was sticky, and the products looked like they were used from how much leaked all over the box. Very disappointed.
I tried to call their customer service regarding a wallflower that was damaged. I didn't realize the wick was damaged until i took the cap off. Well since it was past 90 days, they would not exchange it. I guess you have to open each one up when you purchase it to make sure it's in working condition. Well played Bath& Body… never again will i buy $#*! at their stire!
B&BW need to revamp their wallflower scents. Everybody don't want fruit food & flower smells in their home. You repeat the same old scents in rotation. Some of them are keepers but most of them smell similar. You need to get a spa collection for some of us who like earthy & woody scents. I need some sandalwood, patchouli, santal, ylang ylang, eucalyptus, aloe vera, bamboo, amber, basil, sage, cedarwood, cucumber, lemongrass, citrus, bergamot & orange. I could go on forever. B&BW really only caters to a select type of customers. The cinnamon, apple pumpkin pie, marshmallow, flower & fruit loving ones. Not everyone likes those scents. Can the customers who love actual fresh normal home scents have something to choose from please. Something spa & hotel like. Step up your game B&BW. It's 2022. Broaden your & our horizons! Please! I love y'all but I need something more to choose from when it comes to wallflowers. I depend on you to make my house smell good. And year around too! Thank you in advance.

What happened B&B what happened to the aromatherapy? What happened to the love the real love with the Rosevanilla? What happened to the inspire or the relax or restore? Love most of their products, but when ordering online and having things shipped they are absolutely the WORST! I placed a rather large order on the 4th of July which ended up getting lost as they use FEDEX as a shipper. FedEx is also the worst! I called online customer service and they happily re-ordered what I had purchased (with revisions as things I ordered were now out of stock) and said it would get shipped overnight. This was on July 21st. I called again on July 25th as I hadn't received a tracking number they said it could take up to 5 business days to get the tracking number, it eventually came on the evening of the 25th.
It's now August 2nd and it only shows that there was a shipping label created on the 25th with a tracking number but NOTHING has been updated. THERE IS NOTHING TO TRACK! I will NEVER again place an online order with this company, I mean what are the odds that they can't get it together enough to be able to deliver the same order 2 different times? The whole situation is beyond frustrating, I called and asked for a refund as I am done!
I don't know why I decided to give them another chance after the horrible shopping experience I had with this business 6 months ago. I ordered a few items with them just before Christmas including two candles. Of course I bought them coz they were on sale. I received my items today and one candle was missing. I contacted the customer service and I was asked to send photos and video to prove what I received and the customer service told me that she will check with the warehouse and if item is out of stock, refund will be provided. I asked the customer service to make a note that I do not wish to receive refunds as I bought them during the sale time and the candles all have gone back in price now. Guess what I received a few hours later?! Of course, I received refunds. It feels like a scam and they were hoping I will not find out about the missing item as I did order a lot of stuff as they never notified me of the out of stock item. It is only when I asked the question, they then admitted that the item is out of stock and they provided the refund then. Also, when I opened the package, the candle tray where the candle is missing is filled with other small items I purchased, and it made it look like they are really trying to hide the fact the one candle is missing. This business is such a scam! I will NOT shop there again.
Naja is an incredible example@ TTC in Raleigh NC! She is smart, polite and helpful w/customers. She knows her POS and how to help with problems. B&BW Should promote & raise her pay.
I have shopped at Bath and Body works for a LONG time and the upcoming changes to their exchange policy will most likely TOTALLY eliminate my business with them. Up until this point I have been very satisfied with being able to exchange ANY purchases I made for another like product. NOW. As I was told by an associate this week you MUST have your receipt to exchange products - WITHIN 14 days of purchase AND you will be expected to pay the difference if the price has increased since purchase.
It is not always convenient for me to return in 14 days especially with the bulk amount I purchase for myself and my family. So, I will be forced to take business elsewhere. I agree there must be stipulations such as minimal use of product, and exchange for same product. I have a very limited tolerance to certain smells and if they do not work for me, I may not know until I try one time and this was the beauty of their return policy. With that gone, I just may be gone too!
I place an order June 26 my order was supposed to arrive July 5 it is now July 21 I keep getting a runaround this is the third time my order has got lost I will never order online from Bath and Bodyworks ever again
I was in St. Clairsville store, and had help by Anna. She was very nice at first and answered some questions I had. There was a few more things I needed and asked again. She was very quick to answer me then completely blew me off from asking questions. She was more concerned talking with other Employees instead of helping Customers. I'll take my business to the Highlands from now on.
I have never had so many issues placing an order before until i tried ordering with b&b and the agents are so damn rude and not willing to assist. 2 times both Dawn and Alyssa ended the chat while I'm trying to change my shipping address. What kind of bul$#*! business is that. I would NEVER recommend not even a dog to shop with you guys and I'm sure as hell not coming back. Clean your house!
I got my order today. One of the body mist was delivered WITHOUT COVER. During transportation because of the way the order was packed most of the mist covers were off.
Sent me a 20% coupon in mail and it's bar code was different from Lubbock tx location/ customer service didn't even offer a coupon - the employees were none compassionate after I spent $80 on a few pillows last week / not going to shop there - we went to home goods instead
Last Friday I went to a Bath, Body Works store to buy some lotions that was on sale at the website. I noticed that some products was marked on the Website as online only but the ones I wanted was not. When I get to the store they told me that those items was on sale but just if I buy them online, so my only option was to.use my phone to buy online e get the items that was already at the store, at the store. So I had to wait long time until they process my order and I can get the items that was already there. IF THOSE ITEMS JUST COULD BE BUY ONLINE WHY WAS NOT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE? WHY YOU MAKE THE BUYER'S GO TO THE STORE, SPENT TIME AND MONEY ON GAS TO FIND OUT THAT THEY COULDN'T BUY THE PRODUCT? The employees was realy nice and try to help me but they could do much and I just bought the lotions because they were very nice. I am very disappointed because I buy from Bath, Body Works for long time and never something like that happens to me. I have to think twice before I buy from you again.
I have been a loyal bath and body works customer for a number of years. I went in yesterday and bought bunch of stuff. Since there are so many promotional emails sent from the company I missed a coupon which I could have used. Went in today as the coupon was still valid but deals had changed and I would be paying more even with the coupon then I did without it. The manager was quiet rude and stubborn and didn't want to listen to what I had to say. It would be fine if they could not honor the discount but at least be courteous and listen to the customer. I Would not be buying from bath and body works in the near future.
