Very disappointed cant even track my order and still no delivery, never again will I order from them
The quality of your packaging has never been this bad. Everything in the box was loose. Nothing to secure items during shipping. One of the plug ins was leaking and leaked all over the other items. I had a mess to clean up. I will never buy anything from this establishment, and have it shipped, and I probably will not ever buy from this retail chain again. No rating on my part whatsoever except that I am disappointed.
Although I received all of my items, the packaging they came in was horrible! My lotions and soaps were in a trash bag and my wallflowers (leaking through) were in a separate envelope. Not very happy at all. The box wasn't even labeled with my name so not sure if it had been REPACKAGE but it didn't even come in a "bath and body works" package (box).

Every time I go in to purchase the products advertised on sale they are regular price because bath and body works has either change the bar code or style. The stores have candles on sale no one wants and the good candles or body wash/cream are discontinued. At the store in Holly Spring there is one particular cashier that stands out. She is rude and unfriendly, hates to answer in questions or help you. So, I have just decided not to purchase anything. Take my business somewhere else. So sad! I can do without all the false advertising about their sale item.
Today my friend and I purchased over $800 in B&BW… We did this for our CNA's (Medical Field) When we presented our 20% off coupon (We have budgets) We were rudely told by the Asst. Manager they were invalid and expired yesterday…But the sale started yesterday! Most companies donate things for this week during the Pandemic! We were shut down and told No! We literally had to get a buggy to get our things to the car… I have never been so disappointed in "my store" please reach out to me at *******@yahoo.com I pray this isn't a trending thing in you're stores! #dissatisfiedcustomer
I ordered on line went to pick them up my Fragrance refill when I got home there were 3 that were open and 1 of the 3 spilled in the bag Ugh not happy about it next time please make sure they have not been open
They don't have any fragrances that smell like real coconut, I wish they did not discontinue their fragrances, the coconut coco shea moisturizing body wash was the best and the coconut body wash too.
At this time they don't have a fragrance only made with coconut all of them are combine with other ingredients and the scent is not coconut at all.
Will be great if they start selling again the 2 great fragrances they discontinued.
Made an online purchase for summer melody. It DID NOT go good with my pheromones. Went into the North point mall bbw and the girl asked me "what are we returning today?" I explained that I didn't like the scent and I wanted to get something different. Vicki returned all my items and gave a full refund instead of just swapping out the old items for the new items. First off this is not the old days; why can you not just ring in one and exchange it for the other and either I owe you or you owe me? Nonetheless, I ended up getting cheaper items but somehow owing more money... the math is not mathing at all! It took almost 30 minutes of them scratching their heads and they still couldn't explain how I owed more. I also lost my $10 off coupon and they didn't even bother to try to honor that. Ended up leaving with NOTHING which is not what I came to do. Called customer service and got Stephanie who basically explained the most obvious things to me such as well if you have an item that costs less and you get an item for more then its not a even exchange. Duh! Spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and she said "Well I can send you an$10 off coupon for your experience" really? Bath and body works have been the biggest disappointment for me today. I have worked part time in the past for bath and body and our customers ALWAYS left satisfied! Won't get my money at the semi annual sale!
I will never purchase candles from bath and body again! They don't smell or last at all! I've always purchased them through the years but will no longer do so

I have been a customer for many years and love their candles but recently they changed the wick and no longer do the candles burn or smell like they use to. I'm lucky if the candles burn more than half way down. Please look into this.
Their Gingerbread Latte permanently stained my bras. Love their lotions and candles but may have to stop using the lotions unfortunately
While I do love the product and I think they have great customer service in store and online, the shipping is so incredibly slow! I order on the 15th, says it shipped on the 17 days, now we're at day 9 and the package is still in route. Very slow shipping. Glad it wasn't a gift.

Did an online order paid for it pick up at store went to largo Mall 10 minutes before they opened up didn't realize they opened at 10:00 but they opened at 9:00 and they could do nothing for me she said she couldn't open her register until they opened absolutely ridiculous I have worked in retail all my life and would never ever ever have done this to a customer there's always a way to satisfy the customer in all reality if you think about it by the time they got the order together and got everything out there to release the order that probably would have been 10:00 but no rude and close the door so I will not be shopping at bath & body works anymore ever again and I just think that that's just absolutely absolutely absolutely just ridiculous very very poor customer service
After ordering 10 candles online and getting 3 shattered in the box I contacted customer. They replaced them with candles that only burned half way. I took the candles back to the brown deer store and the manager was extremely rude and would not replace them. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't replace them. Online candles don't smell the same as instore and they don't burn evenly either. They say the guarantee the candles but they dont!
They promise one date. A week later the date will change without notice and too late for when you need.
I have been using Bath and Body Works for over 20 years and I have always been satisfied especially with the hand soap and wallflower/scents.
