This company is full of liars. I placed an order which was never received and they kept trying to give me the run around. It took them close to a month to give mea refund and every single representative I spoke with lied on my face. A few days ago they had the audacity to send me an email asking to review items. I obviously went ahead and wrote my review, my honest review where I stated what I went through, a day later I received a second email saying my review cannot be posted but is being looked at by their staff, something along those lines. Basically they will only post a positive review. I never used profanity or insulted anyone, just said they are all liars. I guess no one likes to hear the truth… Please stay away from this people, do not order from them. I have proof of everything I am saying here. Just beware! Also, one of the item was never going to be shipped until I called them to find out why it appeared as in processed after almost a week of placing the order, they had to go into the warehouse themselves and manually move on with the order because it was left forgotten. I spoke with at least 5 people in this place and none of them know what they are doing. I was told 2x over the phone that I will receive my refund and never happened. They kept blaming fedex… I had to get my bank involved and finally got my refund when I also told them I will get a lawyer involved. Please do not order from them.
I cannot believe why this merchant can do like this to their customer. One of the items that I ordered was cancelled without any notifications and any reasonable explanations.
So I ordered a glove that was "Out of stock" but they took my money out and it's been about 3 weeks and the money still isn't in my account! Customer Service hasn't done a single thing to help.
I was told my item would come in 7-10 days. It arrived two months later AFTER I was told it was successfully cancelled (due to it taking too long). They will not refund my money or return my calls. TERRIBLE service and CRIMINAL practices. Don't waste your time or money.
I bought 4 pairs of softball pants. Shipping came in on time... but that was completely undermined by the absolute crap that was delivered. The quality was absolutely terrible. And when I say terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. The material was horrible and the picture on the website makes them look way too good for what I actually received in the mail. Sizes are literally ridiculous. I'm a small person and according to the website I should perfectly fit into an extra small. If anything, they should be slightly tight. So I figured that would be fine... um no, not at all. They fit awkwardly at the waist. It was just bad. And then the legs... oh the legs. No joke I could gain 100 pounds just in my legs and still be able to fit in those pants. Heck a grown man could fit in those with plenty of wiggle room. And because these are complete crap, I obviously want to return them like any sane person would do but guess what? I have to pay to ship back the crap that they sent me. And I don't even get my money back until they receive the stuff back. Which would be reasonable except I have no faith in this company anymore. I basically just threw $50 down the drain, right along with my pride. This was literally the worst purchase I have ever made. Don't even bother trying, just order from another website.
I ordered a pair of white/gold Adidas size 9 that was need in my son's tournaments that begin in 2 days. I received a pair of Blue/White size 12 New Balance today. I contacted customer service just to find out that I have to take time out my day to print a return label and find a FedEx to drop off this incorrect order before they can contact their warehouse to see if my brand/size/color is in stock. The CSR advised me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to find out if they have the correct shoe. I advised them that I'd send this bad order back and I also want my money returned so I can just go to a store and purchase the shoe. The CSR told me that once I return the wrong order, then they receive the shoe, it will then take 3 to 5 days before the return process begins. This basically means, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks before i get my money back. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never shop or recommend this company to anyone I make contact with. Please spend that extra $20 to $50 on getting your children sport gear from walking stores.

They sent the wrong glove, then agreed that it was a mistake and offered store credit. I declined store credit as they did not have what I wanted as a substitute good. They agreed to a full refund, shopping included as they screwed up the order and did not have the item in stock. Two months later, no credit on my American Express bill. I contact them again, and they said, "OH, I THOUGHT YOU WANTED A STORE CREDIT." It's a scam, they are one of those online retailers that hope you forget about your charges. I called again (still no refund) and I was told, "OH, SORRY, IT WAS OUR FAULT YOU WILL GET THE FULL REFUND." What a laugh, I checked my AMEX bill and they did NOT refund the shipping charges.

I had to order a uniform for my son to play on his baseball team. I gave them my credit card info and my order. I got an email telling me the order had been submitted, but no order.
I call them. And they tell me there is a problem with my order and that they simply wait for shoppers to call in wondering where the order is. They do not follow up and tell you what the order is. Meanwhile, I have gotten all the typical notifications that you would when giving your credit card info on line.
They simply told me that it was my fault that I had a typo (in my address). The system new it, but just threw my order in the bit bucket after telling me that they had processed my credit card.
All I asked was for them to expidite my order because they failed to tell me that it was not being processed. They basically told me to (you know what).
THEIR CUSTOMER SEREVICE WAS OBNOXIOUS TO ME!
Bought a pair of New Balance cleats. A "FREE" pair of socks was to be included. The color and size that I really wanted was out of stock. So, I selected a color and size that was IN STOCK. Shipment comes,,, NO SOCKS! Called Customer service and they gave the OLD RUNAROUND.
How can you advertise something and not deliver or makeup for it. They didn't even send a different pair of any color. No mention of the socks when the cleats arrived. BOGUS COMPANY<<<< DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! LOTS of other places like Homerun Monkey, Eastbay, etc that HONOR what they advertise!
I ordered my son a catcher gear set, including knee pads, and a catcher's mitt; Next day I get an email that says it shipped, but mitt was pending. The day after that I get an email saying the mitt was on back order. News to me. Site said it was in-stock Just had a feeling I was going to get one pulled over on me, so I contacted my credit card company. BS had charged me the fee for my original order, PLUS an additional $275.83, on the day BEFORE I called to cancel the catcher's mitt. But no refund for the original order. The guy on the phone was polite, but he didn't offer any information when I inquired about a refund. BS was not given an authorization to charge my credit card again. In my experience of returning anything to any company, or cancelling, a credit goes back to your card right away, then the new fee is charged. Nowhere did I receive a refund. And the new price is not even correct. I am disputing this charge on my credit card and luckily I'm the type who keeps all paperwork until things are taken care of. I will NEVER buy from this place again. And this is my lesson to never buy from a company without looking at reviews first. Which I usually do.
Waited 2 months for new Victus NOX BBCOR bat, then was told it was "delivered" despite my RING camera showing no one ever delivering package and we were at home all day on the day it was supposedly delivered. Total scam, no bat ever arrived and zero help from Customer Service who tried to blame FedEx or whoever their supposed shipper was. Won't use them again.
I bought an item for over $50 and I never recieved it. Never got my money back because apparently they don't take the money out until you recover the item which is bull$#*!. Customer service is horrible. There is also apparently no communication from customer service to the warehouse. After having mutiple issues, I was promised expediated shipping, which didn't happen. Then told I'd get my shipping costs returned, didn't happen. Then after finally getting the merchandise and deciding to return because of such bad service, it took mutiple calls to get reimbursed. I already posted a review on the company about my grandson ordering batting gloves! Well I'm a mema raising grandkids and in a weak moment let my grandson use my phone to go onto this "cheep" website to order batting gloves! End the end I was charged 70 dollars for gloves that quoted as 30. Then charged $23 in shipping charges. SCREWED again. That's NOT THEIR PROBLEM! BE SO AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Mema
I have never written a review before today but I am so angry with this company I feel the need to leave one.
After thousands of dollars spent on probably 50 orders from baseballsavings.com over the years, this is the first time that I have experienced HORRIBLE service and its enough of a bad experience that I will never spend another cent with this company. I ordered a couple pair of baseball pants and a couple of t-shirts, received the order confirmation via email and the shipping confirmation via email with the FedEx tracking number. FedEx tracking shows they delivered the package to the U.S. Postal Service... yep, end of tracking information from baseballsavings. They swear they have tracking information that says the package was delivered by the U.S. Postal Service but I don't have the package. Baseballsavings refuses to provide me with any proof that the post office has delivered the package to me. Of coarse they have not delivered the package to me. So in the end, baseballsavings says to me..."Sorry, there is nothing we can do." I say,:... you mean to tell me that you can't provide me with any proof that the package has been delivered to me (only can provide tracking that FedEx delivered to post office), I have been a loyal customer for about 8-10 years, I have spent 2 weeks trying to track down this package with you, and there is nothing you can do?" Reply: "Yep". I guess they think I want 4 pair of pants and 4 t-shirts for my 13-year old son.
NEVER AGAIN
The 1st order I had with this so called company was an equipment bag for my son. It was held up somewhere, but I wasn't sure if it was the shipper or supplier so I left it alone. Now onto the next one. I ordered a wheeled catcher's bag for my daughter and paid for expedited shipping. It was guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday with any "in stock" item. The item was indeed in stock, but the carrier this "company" chose to use is FedEx. FedEx DOES NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS. Called up and asked the girl to ship it out differently considering they screwed up. "We're sorry, but you paid through paypal and you would need to be refunded and purchase the item again in order for me to do that." I need to be pay twice because they can't handle logistics. She refunded what I paid for shipping, but the damage has been done. Don't worry, FedEx has it delayed another day now. Manger said if she could guarantee that I would get it, she would ship another one out for me, but since there is no guarantee that I will get it when I want it (which is when they guaranteed it by the way), she wouldn't do it and risk upsetting me more... YES! Attempting to satisfy me as a customer with no guarantee, but explaining that they would do their best so it could rectify the situation would just "upset me more". Damage is done. Buyer beware.
I placed an order last night over the phone and the customer service rep was "flighty" with the procedure to adjust the price to match another competitors price. After she got the approval (didn't even get put on hold), she told me she could adjust the price but the price wouldn't be corrected until after the order had been placed. She told me I would receive an email confirmation with the original price. Today, I didn't receive an email about the purchase so I decided to call them back. The same lady answered and had multiple excuses why my order was not processed and unable to be tracked. She was more than willing to take my order again. There were multiple "red flags" during our discussion yesterday and today that guided me to look up reviews on this company while I was talking to her. I quickly realized this is standard operating procedures for this company and most consumers were giving this company 1/5 stars for similar issues. I went ahead and told her I would be placing our team order with another company and that I wasn't confident in the business she was representing. I think in hindsight, I definitely made the right choice.
