It is a shame that your company will not refund 2 day shipping when it takes the item four days to arrive. This will be the last time I order from this company. This is what I was told: As your order was placed after the shipping cut off time of 1 PM Central Standard Time on 4/6/2016 your order didn't ship out until 4/7/2016. This would make Friday the first business days and Monday the second business day. The order is arriving within the time frame that was paid for so there will not be a refund issued for the shipping charge. Next time, how about a prompt that explains there is no way you will receive your item in 2 days! Poor Service!

The worst experience!
January 13, 2014

The worst experience! Do not purchase from them, I rather spend the extra money then have to deal with them again. I ordered softball pants and got the wrong size. Told by customer service that they will make sure we get the right one on the re order, get the reorder and still got the wrong size. WOW! For a savings you get a headache!

I ordered two bats and two bat wraps all said to be in stock.
The next day i get an email saying one bat and wrap shipped while one bat they are out of and discontinued and the other wrap on back order for two weeks.
If i had known any of this i would have just ordered from someone else.
Their inventory control sucks and their customers pay the price for it.

I ordered 2 Rawlings batting cage jackets since March 17,2016. It is June 17,2016 today and I still have not received them. I have spoken to several customer service reps and at least one supervisor but problem still not resolved. They claim the item was mailed by manufacturer but they have not been able to provide me with any tracking information. At least twice I was told a supervisor would be contacting me but they didn't. I had to call them again but most of the time the customer service reps told me the supervisors were busy and to leave a message. I will never order from this company again and I advise you that you will be taking a risk because if there is a problem with your order you will not be getting much help to get it resolved.

Do not buy from this website unless you can wait for a Very Very Very Looooong time. I'm not talking weeks but months.

I purchased $400 worth of items on 21 June and they have changed the delivery date 3 times, with the latest one being 25 August; but it will most likely get pushed out again.

They refused to send the item in different lots because of shipping cost and cannot give you any certainty they will honour the new delivery date.

The customer service representatives just adhere to the script, so do not expect them to provide any valuable information other than "We apologize for the inconvenience, but your item is now on order with the manufacturer"

A serious business would give you a realistic delivery time before you complete your purchase. Initially, (when the first delay email came through), I thought I could wait 2 weeks, then I thought I could wait another 2 weeks (after receiving the second delay email), but the 25th of August (the "new delivery date") will make it 9 weeks and that is if they do send the items on that day.

Ridiculous.

Items on their site may be on backorder, but they don't tell you until after purchase and after collecting expedited shipping fees. Paid $23 for one day shipping on a helmet and c-flap. Rather than understanding that it was purchased together, one part was back ordered for an estimated 3 weeks. They shipped one and informed me of the backorder on the other piece after delivery. Can't use one without the other and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping. Will never order from them again. Good customer service brings repeat customers and they haven't figured that out.

Cant deliver

Big frigging deal! They offer free shipping but cant ship the products that you order. I placed an order in May and just found out that the bat that I ordered is back ordered until the end of June. Very unhappy. You could have had the common courtesy to contact me instead of me calling you to check on my order. Heres my advice to anyone ordering from Basball Savings... DONT... if you need something and want it delivered in a timely fashion... go somewhere else!

Had stopped shopping here years ago due to poor customer service and extremely long shipping times. However, my college player could only find the cleats he liked from their website. I chose 2 day shipping and my order was scheduled to arrive on 1/23/2020. There were not tracking updates since 1/23/2020 so I emailed and called in on 1/26/2020. I was told a trace would be placed on the order and I would be updated withing a day or 2. The policy states I may not hear up to 7 days, but I was assured by the representative it never takes that long. I called back in on 1/29/2020 as I had not heard and was told the trace was actually issued on 1/28/2020, delaying the process even further. It is always a nightmare to receive orders from this place. I was weary of placing the order at all as this has ALWAYS been our experience. Buyer beware. If you must get an item from BaseballSavings.com, make sure you have at least a month to wait for it to arrive.

I ordered from this site. The advertised price was good. I ordered Orange and 3 days later I got a notice that I would be getting Burnt Orange. Well, Burnt Orange is not my kids team colors and I am not a Longhorn fan. I sent an e-mail and got no response. So, 4 hours later I got another notice that it was shipping and as soon as FedEx picked it up I would be notified. So, I called Customer Non-Service. I was told it was too late, the order had shipped, even though the package is still in their facility. The only option I was given was to keep the wrong item or to pay to ship it back and they only take returns via FedEx. A complete was of my time and money. 100% do not do business with these folks unless you have money to throw away. Don't trust what their website says and don't worry about getting good service from a person. On to post on other review sites... at least some other poor soul might not get suckered in...

Sydney interrupted me several times about a bat that was market clearance on the website and offered an additional discount. She told me I was looking in the wrong place. I said I can send her a screen shot and she said it would not matter, she would not honor it. With service like this in such a competitive space, they won't survive.

Wonderful
December 12, 2015

Had fantastic service with my custom Richardson hat order. They were very nice and responsive... They were also willing to work with me on a tight deadline with the richardson hat company and getting it shipped out ASAP which was extremely helpful.

Once again, very satisfied!

Baseballs savings claim on their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can EASILY exchange or return your item online. Item must be returned within 30 days from purchase in new and unused condition"
I was charged $6.39 on a single item return. The value of the item was $7.98.
I payed $6.39 for NOTHING!

Three separate phone calls... Three different excuses.

Cancelled Items, Unreturned Emails

The only things good I can say for BaseballSavings is they have great prices. The prices don't matter if you can't get your items to ship. I placed an order for over $1,000 in MLB hats. I verified the inventory via chat with a representative before placing it. He stated one item may have an issue. The next day, that item (7 of them) and another (2 of them) were cancelled. I called again to verify that this was the only items to be be cancelled and was assured it was final. The following day, another item (3 of them) were cancelled. Again today, another item (9 of them) were cancelled! I have once again called to verify and have been told that it will ship tomorrow but I have had 14 items cancelled that were verified in stock!

I ordered a bat bag for my daughter from them because they were the cheapest I could find. The website claims same day shipping if ordered before 3 p.m. I ordered mine Sunday night and expected to get a confirmation that it shipped but I didn't. I called customer service and was told that because we are a first time customer they make sure the credit card matches the address and it goes on hold. Am I mistaken that the credit card info will be tossed and the order will not go through if they do not match not to mention it was already billed to our card so it was all a load if crap. I was told it would ship tomorrow and if not they do not want to get another call from me. We need it by this weekend and the promise of same day shipped swayed me to order from them.

I placed an order on Sunday night for a pair of New Balance. I didn't read the reviews until after I placed the order. I have to say I was a little concerned. I sent an email inquiring about my order on Wednesday. About an hour later I received a reply and l received my product today, Friday. Great service, speedy delivery, and quality product. I was so impressed I took advantage of the clearance specials and placed another order.

There customer service sucks... I bought baseball pants for my kid for allstars the first time he wore them they won't stay button and they would not honor a return... WHY because they had been worn... Oh my it is called how do you know they are defective until you wear them... Seriously... they Sale crappy product and then don't honor a return... They are thieves...

Needed some things by Friday for a Saturday game. First time ordering from these people. Ordered baseball pants, a hat and glove conditioner. Paid 11.99 for expedited 2 day shipping. Called the day before scheduled delivery because I didn't get a tracking number email. She said for some reason it was delayed so she changed it to overnight shipping so I would get it Friday. Called Friday because again didn't get my shipping email and he had no reason as to why it still wasn't shipped! I needed those items for Saturday. He says do you still want the order and of course NOT I have to now go on a Friday night to town to get everything! He had no reasoning at all as to why- just said Sorry about that. UGH! How are these people in business! Wish I would have read the reviews prior to my order!

I have never seen a less competent customer service department than this one. I considered purchasing one item from this store, one time, but ultimately ended up cancelling the order due to prohibitive shipping costs. I was placed on their catalog mailing list. When I called their 800 number to get off the list, they told me they would "forward my request" to the appropriate department. The next month, the catalog showed up again. I called again, they deflected me again. Next month - sure enough - another catalog arrives! Three requests and nobody did a thing to help me; they lied to me each and every time. Inexcusable. Do NOT buy from this company, and more importantly, do NOT let them get ahold of your address or email.

Ordered the wrong brand of helmets and immediately canceled but they shipped anyway 2 days later. Then said they found the cancellation request after they had shipped and sent me an email telling me they had already shipped and outlined the miserable process needed to return them. Do you think they hope I just keep them? They are not a good company to work with. Stay away
