This works like nothing else has. I have a Chihuahua that is the sweetest dog ever, but if you know anything about the breed you know how stubborn they are. This works great in the house so I'm happy. Does not work outside against bunnies and deer
My dog barks all the time with certain people. Can't get him to stop. Barx buddy works. He's calm and stops barking. Love it.

I followed your instructions implicitly and haven't experienced any effect positive or negative which leaves me seriously doubting it does anything your sale and promotion materials claim it will. Although I will give it credit, the lights work. As for the so called ultra high frequency sounds it suppose to emit, I couldn't say. And based on my dogs response or lake of response, I would say the whole effort was a bust and will try to return it and get my money back.
My dog wouldn't quit chewing on the ball after retrieval, but with one click of BarxBuddy she let it go. When she retrieved the second time, I didn't have to click it. She dropped it right away. The next day I had to use it just once again. It's getting so much easier.
It was awful couldn't track my order the only response I got was when I ordered it. I finally did get it an email asking me how the service was and if I'd received the item I emailed my response back yet never got a response back, the item still didn't arrive until another week. I'm wanting to return the item I'm not satisfied with it at all. Battery operated a 9 volt at that with today's technology it should be rechargeable like every thing else is. I need to find out how I can get my money back and return the item.
This is the biggest piece of crap ever. You can't hear the sound so who knows if it is actually working. But there is supposed to be a light and that doesn't work so I'm assuming the sound doesn't either because it does not phase my dogs AT ALL. They just keep on barking. I thought maybe it doesn't have a battery but I can't open the back to see if there's one already in there. So this is $40 down the drain. Don't waste your money.
I was really putting my faith in this product. I received it yesterday and it worked inside (a few times) and then I took my doggie outside, where it had no effect whatsoever. Of course, outside is where it would be the most helpful. She still barks at everything and everyone. I'm so disappointed.
We've noticed behavioral changes in our young (and sometimes loud, but always loveable) beagle. It's a good training aid, and with three other weiner dogs it has changed the twilight bark into a thing of the past.
I haven't received my package, I'm unable to get a clear answer from customer service nor the post office other than it arrived in California where it has remained since 8/7. I would be grateful if someone can look into this matter.
Barking has been an issue in our home for nearly a decade. Tried different gadgets with little to no success. Decided to try BarxBuddy after reading an article. Totally amazed at the outcome. Stops our pets in their tracks. What a Godsend! Love it! I will order a couple more for back ups or family.

I have no idea how good the product is but getting it to me is slow. It took a couple of days to get the order to China. Surprise for a small size they didn't have it in North America. Another 5 plus days to say it was shipped. The tracking document said to wait up to 7 days before the tracking number comes on line. By then it should have arrived. After a few weeks it is finally left for overseas shipment on April 22. As of May 8 it is not in Canada Post. I ask is it sent by SHIP across the Pacific? Every time I Google the company I get some reviews that are really just advertising and press releases. This site appears to be the more accurate.
I tried hitting the button very quickly one time. My dog looked at me as if to say what was that? Several hours later he barked once and when I picked up the device he walked away. No barking since. And no changes in his cuddles and kisses!
I ordered this for a last minute Mothers day present on 5/8/20 and was told it would ship next day, and arrive around 5/10-11. Received an email today 5/21 (after reaching out to the company asking where it was on 5/20) with information that it was shipped on 5/21. To say I am not a happy customer is an understatement. IF it arrives, and IF it works, I may change my review, but I will have to wait 5-10 to find out when I finally get it. So far with my experience of this company, I would recommend that you stay away from them and do business somewhere else.
I like the product, but I ordered 4 and only received one. I Contacted customer service and got a reply the next day apologizing and told they are shipping out 3 more. Since the problem was on their end I was expecting quicker or upgraded shipping instead of waiting over 2 weeks for my full order to be completed.

I admit, I needed some nail clippers but it would have made me happy to have had one page with the additional items listed and I can check off if there is anything else I would like. That's just me, I'm always in a hurry and this kind of marketing slows me down.

This gadget is nothing more than a fancy flashlight with a laser. My dog demonstrates absolutely no reaction when I use it. Do not waste your money. If I had purchased it through Amazon I would return it for sure. But I did not and that was $42.00 down the drain.

The BarxBuddy doesn't work, I'm wondering if the range is too short. How can I send it back for a refund or get on with a longer range. Thank you. I'll contact Customer Service this coming week.
Received the order, Opened package and charged ball. It took about fifteen minutes for our dog to destroy the ball. I don't know if I missed the ad but did not see ( For small and medium sized dogs).
