Scheme. Stay Away!

The credits purchase scheme is terrible. You buy credits to find jobs. And when you try to contact the jobs, they were already done, and you keep losing your credits. I requested a refund and they denied. Terrible business. They're the only ones profiting. And the jobs are very low paying tasks. I'm starting a charge back.

I have contacted to Bark.com once and I buy the credits from them for $132.00 and I got 100 credits, I use all the credits but non of the customer gave me the job to do because they not feel secure because of bark.com, then Bark.com return my credit and this time i contacted 5 people only 1 responded me back but in the end did not provide me the job to do, I called bark.com and they said we only return the credits one time whether you contacted by the clients or not and that means I wasted my time and money on Bark.com.

These are scammers, they get your money and does not provide you the right client, they only say they will do but they do not, I have really bad experience with them, Never going to trust them again.

I hired Paul, from Adessia Painting, to fix and paint my living room and master bedroom, all in short notice, and the result was excellent.
He is very experienced and likeable. The job was done on time and on budget.
It was a good experience and I hope to bring him back again.

Bark is a Scam I spent over $500 Dollars on Bark.com. I purchased the leads it was 121 customers only Three respond. The Customer on The site are not real customers. I've called and text no answer. BOYCOTT BARK, I will leave review on YouTube.

I have communicated with Bark.com about unlicensed Private Investigators advertising on their site. And they responded it is not their job to do so. Private Investigators get private information from their clients, like date of births, address, name, ss numbers etc. an unlicensed Investigator could be a scammer trying to get your info. Bark.com is not responsible if this happens, but they allow ANYONE to advertise they are a Private Investigator. See video below about unlicensed IPrivate nvedtigators.

Found Animals at home to cremate my pooch privately. They were very thoughtful and attentive and even came to pick her body up on Sunday and brought back the ashes 2days later. I felt safe to leave my beloved dog's body with them. Thank you Animals at home.

Business owners stay away from Bark.com- it is an absolute rip off and scam. Leads are false/fictitious and uncontactable everytime and they refuse to refund. Don't believe them they are stealing your money by not providing any real service or lead. The customer service is beyond horrible. After I explained to Sam at Bark, that I was called crude names by a lead who had NO interest in me contacting them rather than solve the probelm he deleted my account won't refund my money for the credits I had just purchased. AND I was HIGHLY rated on their site with reviews.

Firstly, we do not have fake leads. We screen every single lead using our automated system and have a credit return policy which allows us to return credits for any leads which are found to have incorrect details. We can't return credits where the customer hires another professional or chooses not to contact you as we are merely a marketing platfrom and not an agency.

According to our records, we had received complaints from customers that you had taken funds and not finished work agreed and legal proceedings had begun. You were also verbally abusive to our staff - including a senior member of staff Sam - which is why your account was deleted.

We do not tolerate abuse of our platfrom in anyway, and this is why we are no longer able to work with you or your business.

Bark has lied to sitejabber to try and have my negative review of their mass unsolicited email spam. They claim I have no order ID to try and have the review taken down. Of course there is no order ID as they sent me spam. The company is obviously very dishonest and likely has MANY more negative reviews than are shown.

We are sorry to hear that the leads we have sent you weren't of interest. We requested the email address that you were receiving them to so that we could stop further emails coming your way, but you refused to provide these details.

Our marketing team reaches out to new businesses when we receive requests for certain sectors or in certain locations that we may not have many professionals to currently fulfil. We offer a first lead for free for our service, however if the business is not interested, they can always click the unsubscribe button at any time to stop emails being received.

Our marketing team finds email addresses for businesses from their websites, and this is information that is in the public domain.

They are spammers who scrape email addresses and send out mass spam, avoid at any cost. A google will find many complaints about their spam and shady business practices. When you confront them they just lie and try to have your review removed to hide their actions.

Great to be able to give a brief outline of specific work required. Although both have visited the site, at present only the painter has given me a quote for the work. The electrician has to perform more thorough investigation prior to giving a quote. The response was very speedy in both cases, and both visited the property within a week ( which with Covid 19) was very good. Fortunately the work required is outdoors, and therefore did not pose any risk.

Contacted bark for Wills and I was sent a list. I contacted one Solicitor and never had any reply. Since then I have been sent several emails asking for reviews, which I did, but they are still harassing me for more reviews. I have asked them to not send me any more emails but they are still coming. I do not recommend bark. Peter

Not Satisfied at all

Leads are too expensive and I have contacted clients immediately and most of the time clients do not answer or return emails or texts and still get charged the credits for it. Not worth my time or money.

I contacted bark.com recently, regarding the maintenance of my house roof gutters. Steve Rivest was interested in this job.He inspected the future work side the same day, and performed the actual work day after. He provided several pictures, before the work was done and after the job was finished. I paid him for the job the agreed price. Steve was very
Professional and explained all particulars of the job performed on site. I recommend Steve to everyone without any doubt. A few days latter Steve visited my sister in low house. She needed second opinion regarding her gutters condition. His opinion was honest, very professional, and free. Steve saved the home owner $1700, the previous company was going to charge for not needed work. I was lucky to meet Steve, and I hope there is more like him. I recommend Steve Rivest to all disappointed people, call him now.

I had an Elite pro account to see offer a service. After a couple of month I realise that Elite pro was not what I needed and I asked to cancel my account.
I then got offered a free month, and as I did accept it I also ask that as soon as that month was finished my Elite Pro account had to be deleted.
What's next? They charge me again as if i never ask to cancel my account. And now they are telling me that they can not refund me the money.

Also, they would send you "match" notification, telling you that someone is interested in your service. I then use my credits (and you pay for them) to contact this potential customers, and the result is that what they were looking for doesn't match at all what you are offering.

Don't waste your time.
This people just wants your money!

They put me in touch with sues cleaning I met up with sue and we talked about the way I wanted things done. We came to a great arrangement and I have now a bit of a good result. The Staff are trained and a good deal was struck.

I have been with Bark for 2 weeks and have used credits for leads. I have had more unresponsive leads than secure leads. How is it that we use credits to contact leads but if the leads dont respond for communication, we still have to pay for it. The leads I have responded to was via Phone call (no answer), Text (no response) and email (no response). Then seeing the account close and I was the only seller to contact them. Seems very dodgy and not legitimate. I do not trust Barks service and professionalism. Poor customer services with no managers available to talk to.
