I work for Bark.com so thought I would weigh in.
Bark.com is a legit company. We are an online market place which connects customers looking for services with professionals who can provide those services and we currently operate in the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada and South Africa.
I would encourage you to check out of Trustpilot reviews at https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bark.com

Bark may or may not be legit, but their barks are very often bogus tire kickers or scammers. They've got a lot of work to do to clean up their act. They need to go straight membership and those needing the work done need to PAY to speak to a professional instead of the professional paying to speak to the bogus tire kicker.
Yes you absolutely are a scam company. Your leads are not genuine, most of them have never even heard of you. Trying to report your to the trading standards company at the moment as you need to be shut down. Most of the people who have been sucked into signing up to you are legitimate, hard working, small businesses trying to make an honest living. You on the other hand are simply vultures making shed loads of money with zero integrity. You are everything that is wrong about the internet. Shame on you,
The approach Bark used doesn't work. They have no way to remove bogus tire kickers. In 2018 it seemed to work reasonably well I won 50% of my leads, client reviews were mostly 5's and I was awarded the "Bark certificate of excellence" But in the second half of 2019 I won 1 out of 13 (all but 1 of the 13 never responded). Sometimes in 2019 they began adding "Client has asked you to contact them." This is an outright LIE... FRAUD!
