I had a really good experience with the therapist I found. But I was hounded by others after I chose who I wanted to choose. From what I understand, I have to close the request. Although I 'hired' the therapist I chose. This is quite off putting. Otherwise bark.com is a great system, knowing I can put my trust in the professionals they have. Also the prices that bark suggest are not true. Therapy is expensive, but bark.com suggest that it is a much lower rate
Dardan prepared amazing dinner party for us. Turned up on time with all equipment and prepared food. Everything was served as discussed on time again and the food was so delicious and so beautifully presented again on Dardan's plates. Not only he cleaned everything in the kitchen but also prepared for me cheese board and helped me to serve the dinner. He definitely went extra mile with his service!

I own a cleaning business and I went on bark.com to find cleaning contract,they said purchase 100 credits which equates to $188.00 and I can purchase 10 clients to interact with, I contacted 5 people, 3 were 10 credits and the other two were 27 credits, I contacted them in hopes that they are businesses seeking contractors and all them are individually seeking employment, I contacted bark in regards to return my money and they refuse to do so, adding on their website if i don't get hired then they will return full or 20 percent of our money, they returned credits and I refused stating I want a full refund and they still refused, I checked on the the internet and they have plenty of reviews stating that they scan people

I have been using this site since December. I have actually managed to obtain some clients for my hypnotherapy service to help build my business. The best way is to contact Bark by telephone and not email as replies can be a bit slow. Initially had a problem where I was charged for a closed lead and Bark wouldnt refund but after phoning them they agreed to do this. Will continue to use this site to help build my business thanks.

Company violated their terms of agreement and shared my personal info with numerous third party members. Within minutes of signing up on the website, my phone was immediately blown up with numerous texts, calls, voicemails and emails from coaches that I did not inquire about, I did not request quotes from (per their agreement, they do not share information with coaches unless you get a quote - LIE), I did not even ask for information from. I contacted customer service multiple times - no response.
In fact, they have the audacity in some of their emails to mention that coaches have to pay to reach out to me. They are CHARGING their third party members and making a PROFIT out of illegally sharing my information.
They should literally be shut down.
Avoid this company at literally all costs. There are better, cheaper, safer, easier ways to find resources. This process only heightens any issues you may be facing.

I purchased a leed for 8 credits sent a message to the customer to try and land the customer.
The customer deleted their request and made a new one which was only then 6 credits. So not only did I over pay. Bark.com wants me to pay for the customer again and the customer can't see the previous message I sent them. Rip off 100%

FAKE LEADS R Us is what these nasty pieces of work should be called. Bark.com is as crooked as can be, they do nothing for you but take your funds and then lie to prevent having to make good or deliver on their falsehoods, do not trust them, do not give money to these cheats, stay far away from them as there are far more reliable and honest people to deal with than these underhanded rogues, all we got from them was one false fake lead after the other, outright liars through and through.

They will take your money and will give you a refill however you won't get a gig as the leads come in like crazy but no one responds or pick up phone and if they do they will tell you "oh I just filled out the form for fun" but it cost money to buy leads. And before you know it you spent all your money and no work

Bark leads are very expensive when compared to other sources but they included a lot of info so we bought a few. Bark would send a lead at £40 on Monday and send it again on Tuesday saying the person was still waiting to hear from me but was now available at £30. I later discovered that Bark had already sold the lead to 3 other providers at the higher price before offering it to me a little bit cheaper. This is outrageous. Also it turns out that they are buying the leads from other lead sellers and then selling them to multiple providers. Not sure how this sits with GDPR? They are offering the leads to so many providers that the clients are sick of being contacted.

We'r sorry to hear that you have had issues on our site.
We email you about the leads the minute they are placed. Usually customers can only see profiles once a lead has been purchased by the professional, however we also have a feature called Bark Match where we market profiles in advance.
We sometimes place our professionals as "Suggested Sellers". The customer will be able to see 5 relevant profiles when they place their request, and if they then click a button requesting a quote/contact this will generate a specific lead to that professional. We find these are usually the strongest leads as that customer has shown direct interest in the professional, and that is why the credit amount is higher for those leads. Responding to these leads quickly however is key, as they may have clicked this button with other professionals too. Please be aware that it is always up to the customer to close their request once they have found a professional. They do not always do this however (despite our prompts) so we always advise professionals not to respond to old leads, and generally advise responding within the first hour of a request being placed.
It is possible that a lead was sent to you after they had requested direct contact, but it is difficult to see what has happened from the details given. If you email us the emails you received and gave us the information on the lead we can investigate and see what may have occurred.
We always aim to get each request 2 - 5 responses so we always advise professionals to respond quickly to any leads they are interested in.
Our prices are set based on the monetary value of the lead as well as the heat of the lead and it's chance of conversion. We do not charge commission or a monthly fee to use us and so we feel our prices are fair for this system.

The leads are very low quality, so you simply waste your money trying to contact them. When the leads prove to be low value and you request a refund, they DO NOT refund you your money back. Bark.com is a scam and do not care about your success.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT waste your money. They do not have any leads and the only one I got was trying to get groupon prices. They force you to by credits up front, you will not use them bc they do not send any leads and you will not get refunded. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. RUN! Answer: Bark may or may not be legit, but their barks are very often bogus tire kickers or scammers. They've got a lot of work to do to clean up their act. They need to go straight membership and those needing the work done need to PAY to speak to a professional instead of the professional paying to speak to the bogus tire kicker.
Answer: Your reviews are high on Trustpilot because they remove all the negative reviews from their profile. Bark.com removed my review twice. Trustpilot is the only review website that allows businesses to remove reviews for a price. Trustpilot got criticized in several news articles for being easily manipulated of their 'Reviews' for $600 any business profile can push up or down review they want. Look up 'Trustpilot news articles'; they say 'Trustpilot reviews are just paid advertising'
Answer: I don't think so. They signed me up and sent me a free "lead" I never got a reply to. And then I paid for one credits lead and that didn't get a reply. I then noticed both emails where from the UK. I am a plumber in Canada, but the lead specifically said it was for work in my hometown. Refund policy in place but didn't refund the credits. Not even credited to my account. They also automatically have all my reviews from Yelp, HomeStars etc. that they scraped and posted on their website.

Answer: Very true. Misleading leads. No lead vetting. Just Bark saying leads have been verified. But how do we know when no lead responds. They seem fake to me. Bad experience and worst leading platform.

Answer: The 1 star reviews are real. All the other 5 stars are not. This website preys on desperate businesses that require work and signs them up with a cost. First, they searched deep on the internet as my business has NEVER heard of them before their Spam-my email. They send an email stating that I have a lead on their website that I NEVER signed up on. Then ask for money to see who this lead is. To keep their site running, they say to people who are looking for particular businesses that they have them when they don't.
Answer: £1.20 per credit for a starter pack, then £1.50 after that and unqualified leads with next to no information cost between 10 and 18 credits. 10 leads will cost over £200 and doubtful will generate any work
Answer: It's because the positive customer reviews are almost certainly fake. Look at the dates. Look at the volume of reviews. Approximately 100 positive customer reviews of Bark have appeared on Sitejabber between early December 2019 and today (late January 2020). Compared to the number of reviews they received prior to December 2019, that is just an astounding number of reviews. This is not normal.
