Worse place to rent a container charged me 1400 more they charged me for water they never answer the phone I was calling and calling about the rain we had the dry wall had absorbed all the water and they charged me 7 tons more and they waited a couple weeks to charge me that so I don't know what happened between them and now if I knew how this company was I would have never rented from them and now they still aren't answering I'm going to report them to the BBB wise place to rent a dumpster no communication at all I would put zero stars if I could they also damaged my door

I ordered 2 dumpsters for jobsite A and 1 dumpster for jobsite B. One of the 2 dumpsters was dumped prematurely and I paid for another one to finish work at jobsite A without griping. Then the single dumpster was removed from jobsite B in less than 24 hours before I even used it though the contract stated 14 days. I insisted on a refund of $500 for this issue, especially since I had already spent thousands with this company. The company stated that it was not their fault I had not used it and the error happened because they were trying to accommodate my schedule. I further explained that the error was theirs and that I had time stamped video surveillance to show exactly when they delivered it and picked it up, but they continued to refuse to issue a refund for their mistake.
Highly recommend this company! The dumpster was delivered timely with professional service. This is the best way to declutter when moving.

I RENTED A 30 YARD DUMPSTER FROM BARGAIN DUMPSTER AND IT WAS ONLY FILLED ABOUT 60% FULL AND IT HAD ASPHALT AND SHINGLES WHICH I KNOW ARE HEAVY BUT THEY CHARGED ME $1400 FOR OVER CHARGE SAID IT WAS 16 TONS OVER WHICH IS B. S! MAYBE 4 OR 5 TONS OVER AT THE ABSOLUTE MOST! AND WHEN THE DRIVER CAME TO GET DUMPSTER HE PUSHED THE DUMPSTER ON A CONCRETE LEDGE THEN RIPPED UP UP MY SIDEWALK WHEN HE GOT IT STUCK! While on the phone someone hung up on me at 5:00 p.m. While trying to get a dumpster. Then the next day they didn't have any. I already was second guessing them because they kept switching cost then when I finally cornered them they would not rent me a dumpster because I told them i couldn't afford bait and switch.
They have a pretty clever scheme here where they will say your dumpster weighs more than it does so they can hit you with overage fees. Additionally, they sometimes say there are unacceptable items in the dumpster so they can charge additional per item fees.
I have rented two dumpsters from them in the past. One last year and one a couple weeks back. Both of them were 20 cubic yard dumpsters with a 2 ton limit. Both dumpsters I loaded myself so I knew exactly what was going in them. My first dumpster I filled to the brim with construction demo contents (2x4s, sheetrock, old plumbing, plywood etc.). That time the weight was under 2 tons.
My latest rental was the same type of material, however this time there was a empty space in the front of the dumpster (estimating about 2-3 cubic yards unused). Some how this dumpster weighed 6 tons... 12,000 lbs exactly according to the landfill slip. This was a blatant and obvious fabrication of the numbers.
Furthermore, they said I had dumped 3 large car tires which I most definitely DID NOT. Before the dumpster was picked up I got inside the dumpster to shift some items around and can confirm no one else dumped tires in my bin. Customer support then fed me the BS that the tires were removed before they got to the landfill, meaning the tires would have had to be visible on top.
On top of all this, they were 4 days late to picking up the dumpster per prior scheduling which made me eligible to get fined by the city.
This company has the luxury of documenting whatever BS numbers they want and you have no way to prove otherwise. They can even say items were in there that weren't actually in there and then use the excuse that someone else probably dumped them in the dumpster and those things happen. The outcome is, they are trying to charge me an additional $700 on a $500 rental. The company is SUPER SHADY. Avoid them.
Not sure how a $400 dumspter becomes a $1600 dumspter.

I am sorry you are upset with the extra charges associated with your rental. I have reviewed them all and see nothing out of line. You rented 3 containers from us that all had 2 tons of weight included in the rental fee. This was discussed with you on the phone as well as in our service agreement which you signed. The first container was removed and weighed at the landfill at 14.38 tons it also contained 38 tires which are clearly prohibited in our agreement. We have to pay the fee for the tires as well as the additional weight so this passed along to our customers. Again this is fully disclosed in our service agreement that you signed. Your 2nd and 3rd container weighed 16.38 and 10.85 tons. No dumpster company allows unlimited weight. If you would like additional copies of weight tickets we would be happy to provide them
I would give them a lower score than one if I could. The call center is horrible the girl that answers the phone is rude and she won't stop talking so you can speak. They said that They would deliver the dumpster on Friday but it never was delivered. I called back and the girl lied and said they were short and couldn't bring it. Found out they were really closed. Then they said I had a 3 ton limit and when I got the bill they said it was 2 tons. The told me that the dumpster was 10.9 tons but wrote 6 in the description. When I pointed it out the rude unprofessional girl said it was a glitch. NEVER RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THESE IDIOTS. They have a lot of complaints against them. Should be investigated for fraud.
Rented rolloff for 10 days called when it wasn't picked up - informed I needed to call earlier to reconfirm pickup then charged for 4 additional days when they couldn't pick up over the weekend.
Then weeks later Charged without notification for more than 2 additional TONS plus a fuel charge. Absolutely impossible the weight was what they claim.

I ordered 2 40 cubic yard dumpsters 2 weeks in advance to be delivered on a Monday. I showed up 2 days later with my crew of 5 and no dumpsters. I called and they said something about a franchise. Well why didn't they call me in those 2 weeks? They showed at 3 that afternoon which cost me a lot of money. So the manager told me she would personally take over my account and make sure it was handled correctly. I needed the dumpsters emptied and returned so I called on Friday and was told they would be emptied and delivered back Monday. I texted my new account manager on Saturday to be sure and she told me one had already been dumped. So I show up Wednesday with 5 people crew and they are still not emptied. It took them till 4pm to get them dumped AND RETURNED. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I used the bargain dumpster in Sacramento and I must say they will squeeze out every cent from your pocket. I was first told I'd be charged $125 for a 10 yard dumpster then I get called back and told no it's going to be $500 because I'm "too far" then I ask if that's a flat rate no added anything after I'll be charged $500 she told me yes. Then we get charged $540! No a month later I get an email stating I owe another $240 because of an overweight issue which I was never notified of by email or phone and they threaten to send me to collections?! So they just charge people without even notifying them or anything! Our bin was definitely not over the weight limit and they just want to get every penny they can from you such a rip off horrible service every time I call the receptionist is rude and all the billing people are awful no remorse for how much they charge people for dumpsters! Of course they don't have a yelp or their own review page because I'm sure it'd be horrible all around. Never again will I use this company I'd rather take stuff to the dump myself than pay these people almost 1,000 for a stupid dump. Ridiculous.

When I was trying to decide how to respond to this review I thought back to when we started in this business. I was shocked at how often companies in our industry receive almost this exact same review. I thought there is no way all these companies provide such poor service. I quickly realized 2 things, customers do list and they do not read the terms of service for the containers they rent. We provide a open top container and we dispose of the contents of the container. All roll off companies provide the same service, we provide our containers and price them such that an amount of weight is included in this price. We are a customer of the landfill, if the container comes back over the allotted weight then we have to charge the customer for this excess otherwise we would not be in business for very long. Same goes for prohibited items. If a customer puts something in our containers that the landfill will not except then we get charged for that item. This charge is passed along to the customer. All of this is fully disclosed in our service agreement that every customer signs. It is also fully discussed in the initial sales call. We provide the container we have no control over or liability for what gets thrown in the container while on the customers location. Many times we will go out of our way to help the customer dispose of specialty items or materials we just require an open line of communication. What happens more times than not is we get accused their mess. If customers would take the time to READ their agreement and LISTEN to our representatives most of these issues could be avoided. Unfortunately what I have found is customers take no responsibility for their waste.
To your issue specifically. Your container was overweight by 4 tons and there were 3 tires that were flagged by the landfill. We did not fill your container with excess weight and we most certainly did not throw 3 tires in it…we provided you with the actual landfill weight ticket as well as a picture of the tires that were removed by the landfill personal. Maybe next time you rent a container for a different company you should ask to follow the driver from your property to the landfill to confirm proper disposal. Or you could just take responsibility for what you throw in the container and stop blaming other parties.
