Bargain Dumpster

I think this is fraud, I was told one thing and then after I paid I received the contract to sign and it said something completely different on what I was allowed to put into the roll away, they said I could put in appliances and garbage, bins, office chairs, vacuum cleaners ect but the contract said you could not put those things in. They took my money on Friday and are going to deliver on Monday. Closed on the weekend so I can't get a hold of them. They say you will only get a partial refund If at all. I don't trust them at all anymore!

Hi I ordered a few concrete dumpsters with this company price was a little steep at first, but sales rep 202 kindly explained the reason being. He offered me a flat rate in which I would get no overage bills, being that the concrete would get very heavy. Following my phone call I did do some calling around and did hear some cheaper prices which were not flat rates, so therefore decided to hold off. I received a call back from the sales rep within couple hours of originally speaking and got the container on schedule. I would recommend this company and particular sales rep for future business, his extension again was 202.

So I was quoted at 345 a dumpster and sent an email with a quote. I called back to schedule delivery and they said they could deliver on and three days when I needed it but it was gonna cost me $545 a dumpster. I told him I couldnt afford that so just send it whenever they could and I pay the 345 then they said that that would be fine and I send it Friday for that price. Then I got a call back again saying that they couldnt do it for that price it was gonna cost me 500 and something a dumpster regardless of when I got it because I was told that their price that they quoted me was a sale price even though that was never disclosed to me in the email or the quote or the phone conversation. I am very displeased with this company and will never do business with them again and less they find a way to make this up to me.

Ordered dumpster on a Wed was told it would be delivered Thursday but no later than noon Friday. No dumpster so called to check status, was hung up on 4x. The driver had a flat tire and still had 3 deliveries before ours. Ok, I can understand things happen. This mishap made us have to reschedule our Fri, Sat, and Monday, contractors. Called for them to pick up the following Wed. Was told it would be gone Thursday no later than Friday. I scheduled the grader to begin late that Friday and Saturday. The dumpster wasn't picked up Friday and I didn't hear from the co. It was finally picked up Wednesday, a week after I scheduled pick up! Now that Monday was New Years but still, Wed? I had to reschedule contractors again. The delivery driver didn't have a GPS so I had to talk with him for 20 mins giving directions turn by turn.

Later we were charged an extra $77 for overage in weight. This overage wouldn't have happened if they would have picked the dumpster up so I could have another one delivered. I did ask for some sort of compensation for the time lost on our house remodel. They offered $50 off my next 2 rentals. There is no way I'd ever order from this co again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was told they had to hirer an outside driver because my area is a little farther then they are used to working. The driver had a flat tire then the truck was in the shop. Why would I order again knowing all of this? Why did they take the job to begin with?

This was our first experience working with this company as a contractor with work with multiple dumpster rental companies. At the last minute we needed a 30 yard dumpster and they were wanted a few companies that had one available for quick delivery from our initial payment we didn't realize we never received a rental agreement or a proper receipt from bargain dumpster stating our original agreement. The dumpster was not delivered the next day as originally promised it was delivered days later and they mistakenly charged my credit card for additional additional 2 weeks when it was only supposed to be for three days more that's almost $150 difference. But again every representative we spoke to was very kind and clear they just made mistakes with the paperwork. So overall

It's the first time we had done a home renovation, and a load of unwanted things piled up in front of the home, and we wanted to get rid of these. I came to know Bargain Dumpster Rental service through my relative`s friend when she came in for home decoration. I asked for 20-yard dumpster, they arrived next day sharply, and the driver politely behaved and helped things to clear. Everything was done completely without any strife.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company I had a house clean out and I'm pretty new to this, they were extremely helpful he helped me specify the size I would be needing. They dropped it off on time and also removed it fairly quickly I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a dumpster!

(I always ask names of the people I contact when conducting business for my personal notes: name, date and times) Great follow through with timely delivery and and pick up. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dumpster from residential to commercial use!
