Bargain Dumpster

We order a dumpster for the first time. We were not aware of the process, so we as a lot of questions.
The person was kind enough to answer and guide us during the process. This makes the process a lot smoother.
Kudos for the service.

Worse place to rent a container charged me 1400 more they charged me for water they never answer the phone I was calling and calling about the rain we had the dry wall had absorbed all the water and they charged me 7 tons more and they waited a couple weeks to charge me that so I don't know what happened between them and now if I knew how this company was I would have never rented from them and now they still aren't answering I'm going to report them to the BBB wise place to rent a dumpster no communication at all I would put zero stars if I could they also damaged my door

These people are unprofessional and a scam. They said they could deliver on a certain day, and then never delivered. 3 times this happened. The last time, i paid for a 12CY container and they did not make the delivery date. When i called back they said they were all out, but could deliver a 15CY late to me. I just needed the dumpster, so then they charged me an additional 150 do deliver a bigger container late. That is bate and switch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I order a dumpster and it was suppose to be deliver on Friday 3/16/18. I purchase a permit to have the dumpster park in the front of my house. I called and confirm with the caller for the ETA and the company representative said the ETA was 2-3pm on the 3/16/18. But there is no delivery. I had a crew of 3 individuals to load the dumpster and a bobcat ready. I did not get an email nor a phone call informing me of no delivery. I called and no one answer my called.

It is very disappointing and unprofessional to not deliver on the promise. I understand when there are unforeseen circumstances that prevent the delivery but when i called hours before the delivery and there was a confirm date and time there is no excuse for no communication.

The hours that was wasted and the resources that was wasted makes me loose trust on bargaindumpster.com. If only someone called me or email me.

I would recommend Best Choice Dumpster & Bin Rental. They are very reasonable, delivered and picked up dumpster as scheduled. Office employees were very helpful and courtious.

Highly recommend this company! The dumpster was delivered timely with professional service. This is the best way to declutter when moving.

Everything is not black and white. I normally use Reds Roll Offs and never had a problem, but accidnetally booked a bargain dumpster!
1. I had a two week dumpster and they charged 60 dollars for an extension fee on the 10th day. It took 3 phone calls to get the charge reversed
2. I ordered a 10 yard dumpster. They didn't have one so I was told today they, "did me a favor" by dropping off a 15 yard dumpster. That would have been awesome- except they failed to tell me the 2000 lb weight limit assigned to me for the 10 yard dumpster was going to be enforced on the 15 harder too, so they charged me a 75 dollar overweight fee. Kim let me know it would have been cheaper to rent a 15 yarder from the start due to the fact they have a 4000 lb limit. I was told 5 days ago billing would work it out and refund me 30 bucks, but after one last call to Bargain Dumpster was denied.
3. We could not schedule a pickup for the dumpster through Bargain Dumpster due to horrific customer service so we called Tucson Recycle (the actual name on the dumpster) They said NEVER go through them and call them directly next time. That's a great idea. Thanks

Where do we begin? We are a large Engineering Firm and use dumpster rentals on our sites constantly. We have NEVER experienced such terrible service in our many years of business in the Upstate. We absolutely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. To be frank, we will always provide true and honest word of mouth reviews on all our job sites going fwd. We gave numerous chances for this company to makes things right and they failed us each and every time. We had to request refunds more than once for clerical errors, our drop off dates were not honored. On 4/19/18 we requested pickup, Kim said that she would put us on the schedule. Two weeks later (several pickup request calls were made during this time frame also and we were STILL not put on the schedule), the dumpster is still on our client's property. She said they had a lot of deliveries on Friday 5/4/18 and couldn't pickup our dumpster until 5/7/18. Today was the day it was to be picked up per their schedule - and I receive an email where they had the nerve to charge our company card for a 7 day extension! Here is yet ANOTHER refund I had to request. My next review will be sent straight to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. This company has zero business, being in business.
