Bargain Dumpster

I always have some type of "project" going on, and Bargain Dumpster always comes through for me. From construction debris to metal recycling, Bargain Dumpster makes sure that I have the right container for the current need. The staff is efficient and polite. The containers are delivered on time and as agreed. It's a pleasure to do business with a company that makes my job a little easier!

I ordered 2 dumpsters for jobsite A and 1 dumpster for jobsite B. One of the 2 dumpsters was dumped prematurely and I paid for another one to finish work at jobsite A without griping. Then the single dumpster was removed from jobsite B in less than 24 hours before I even used it though the contract stated 14 days. I insisted on a refund of $500 for this issue, especially since I had already spent thousands with this company. The company stated that it was not their fault I had not used it and the error happened because they were trying to accommodate my schedule. I further explained that the error was theirs and that I had time stamped video surveillance to show exactly when they delivered it and picked it up, but they continued to refuse to issue a refund for their mistake.

Rented rolloff for 10 days called when it wasn't picked up - informed I needed to call earlier to reconfirm pickup then charged for 4 additional days when they couldn't pick up over the weekend.
Then weeks later Charged without notification for more than 2 additional TONS plus a fuel charge. Absolutely impossible the weight was what they claim.
So thoroughly disgusted. I've rented rolloff several times and NEVER had issues like this. Do not use this service if you care about fair and reasonable pricing

I would give them a lower score than one if I could. The call center is horrible the girl that answers the phone is rude and she won't stop talking so you can speak. They said that They would deliver the dumpster on Friday but it never was delivered. I called back and the girl lied and said they were short and couldn't bring it. Found out they were really closed. Then they said I had a 3 ton limit and when I got the bill they said it was 2 tons. The told me that the dumpster was 10.9 tons but wrote 6 in the description. When I pointed it out the rude unprofessional girl said it was a glitch. NEVER RENT A DUMPSTER FROM THESE IDIOTS. They have a lot of complaints against them. Should be investigated for fraud.

I RENTED A 30 YARD DUMPSTER FROM BARGAIN DUMPSTER AND IT WAS ONLY FILLED ABOUT 60% FULL AND IT HAD ASPHALT AND SHINGLES WHICH I KNOW ARE HEAVY BUT THEY CHARGED ME $1400 FOR OVER CHARGE SAID IT WAS 16 TONS OVER WHICH IS B. S! MAYBE 4 OR 5 TONS OVER AT THE ABSOLUTE MOST! AND WHEN THE DRIVER CAME TO GET DUMPSTER HE PUSHED THE DUMPSTER ON A CONCRETE LEDGE THEN RIPPED UP UP MY SIDEWALK WHEN HE GOT IT STUCK! THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES! IM GOING TO BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

This was our first experience working with this company as a contractor with work with multiple dumpster rental companies. At the last minute we needed a 30 yard dumpster and they were wanted a few companies that had one available for quick delivery from our initial payment we didn't realize we never received a rental agreement or a proper receipt from bargain dumpster stating our original agreement. The dumpster was not delivered the next day as originally promised it was delivered days later and they mistakenly charged my credit card for additional additional 2 weeks when it was only supposed to be for three days more that's almost $150 difference. But again every representative we spoke to was very kind and clear they just made mistakes with the paperwork. So overall

It's the first time we had done a home renovation, and a load of unwanted things piled up in front of the home, and we wanted to get rid of these. I came to know Bargain Dumpster Rental service through my relative`s friend when she came in for home decoration. I asked for 20-yard dumpster, they arrived next day sharply, and the driver politely behaved and helped things to clear. Everything was done completely without any strife.

... except for the immediate billing of our credit card. Delivery address was wrong and it was clearly stated and understood by both parties in writing that this was a seven day rental for a roll-off dumpster.

After three days the dumpster was removed without us even having the opportunity to load it. These brokers could care less about customer service. We had workers on the job site sitting around all day while we waited for a legitimate response. NOTHING.

They did not contact the waste management company to return the dumpster, did nothing to rectify this expect to offer us a $50 discount on delivering another dumpster.

Really? Pay twice? They could care less. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We are reversing this charge and have solid grounds to file this claim. I would no way recommend this company to anyone considering their services. Honesty and integrity Clint and Travis no nothing of.

Called to reserve a dumpster. I explained what we needed it for. At no time did the operator tell me that there were restrictions as to what we can and cannot put in the dumpster. Why would I order a dumpster if I can't fill it with trash!? I did not find out about the restrictions until after I had hired this company. I then called to cancel the dumpster order, only to find out that the delivery dates were wrong and that the dumpster was on it's way the morning of my call, NOT on the date I had ordered it to be delivered. All this hassle and I end up getting charged a expensive cancellation fee. I ended up hiring a local firm, which is what I should have done in the first place.

I used the bargain dumpster in Sacramento and I must say they will squeeze out every cent from your pocket. I was first told I'd be charged $125 for a 10 yard dumpster then I get called back and told no it's going to be $500 because I'm "too far" then I ask if that's a flat rate no added anything after I'll be charged $500 she told me yes. Then we get charged $540! No a month later I get an email stating I owe another $240 because of an overweight issue which I was never notified of by email or phone and they threaten to send me to collections?! So they just charge people without even notifying them or anything! Our bin was definitely not over the weight limit and they just want to get every penny they can from you such a rip off horrible service every time I call the receptionist is rude and all the billing people are awful no remorse for how much they charge people for dumpsters! Of course they don't have a yelp or their own review page because I'm sure it'd be horrible all around. Never again will I use this company I'd rather take stuff to the dump myself than pay these people almost 1,000 for a stupid dump. Ridiculous.

If i could give them no stars i would. So unprofessional. Dumpster did not arrive on the arrival date i ordered it for. Called and they kept giving me different times and it never showed. Next day i called and they did the same thing until they started saying they didnt know what to tell me and where i was on the schedule. Then telling me whenever the driver gets to me. I asked "Dont you have a route set up ahead of time?" They said "We do but we dont" How does that make any sense? Worse ever. Never again will i use them.
