“Rude service bait and switch”

While on the phone someone hung up on me at 5:00 p.m. While trying to get a dumpster. Then the next day they didn't have any. I already was second guessing them because they kept switching cost then when I finally cornered them they would not rent me a dumpster because I told them i couldn't afford bait and switch.
