The design process is really frustrating and quite inefficient. Luckily the product arrived just in time but it didn't need to be so frustrating and time consuming.

A client desperately needed a banner for an event that was happening 7 days after placing an order. I paid for express shipping and was in constant contact with customer service that told me the order was printed and awaiting to be shipped, for three days. When Fedex finally gave me a tracking order, it suggested the package would not arrive on time. When contacting customer service through chat I was repeatedly told to rest assure that the package should arrive on time. Followed by a statment saying while 89% of the packages arrive when estimated, 11% arrive the next day. I could see from the Fedex tracking number that this order was printed in India and it was not awaiting to be picked up but instead was making its way through India and eventually to Tennessee. I was fortunate to talk to someone at Fedex that was able to push the shipping ahead of schedule. I will use my regular vendor for all printing and avoid this printer in the future.

Our support team did inform you about the possibility of the package arriving on the next business day, as 11% of priority orders occasionally experience this delay.
While we understand that this situation was stressful, we want to clarify that tracking information on the FedEx website is updated based on several real-time factors. Though the estimated delivery time is generally accurate, we recommend our customers wait until the end of the day for the delivery to occur, as there can be unforeseen delays along the way.

The banners were high quality material and they delivered on-time from when I approved the proofs. However, I didn't realize how big the holes in the mesh material were, which made my design hard to read up-close (the proofs online showed my design without any holes). Other than this detail, everything about my experience was satisfactory.

Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200
Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
