In short, we thought never received the banner that we ordered, so our experience was poor. However, upon further investigation, found out we did indeed receive the banner and it had been misplaced by an employee. The banner is great, exactly what we ordered and their response time was super quick to resolve. Thank you BannerBuzz for helping us to figure out what was our mistake to begin with.

Do NOT buy anything from these rip off artists. Their sizes are complete lies--a medium shirt will have sleeves 3 inches shorter than normal. Completely perverted clothing sizes--midget sized so they can save on their material costs and rip off customers. Completely $#*! company.

I called in advance to placing the order to confirm that the clip was going to open wide enough to be placed on a 3" cubicle wall. The representative reassured me that it would fit. When I received the order, the clip did not open wide enough to place on a cubicle wall. To help customers, the description should state what dimensions the clip fits on, so the same issue doesn't happen to others.

The banners came out beautifully! Thoroughly impressed with pricing, product quality and customer service! I will use BannerBuzz again for sure. I rarely recommend to others. However, I won't hesitate to recommend the services and products to others.
Took numerous attempts to get the design correct. In addition, there was no intuitive location to respond to designers. I did it by email which appeared to be the incorrect the method. Additionally, used the chat box, only after exhausting other options on the site.
The bag that game with the pole for the blade flag is ultra low quality does not mean what I would expect out of functionality.

I am pleased with all aspects of the ordering process. The website is easy to use and order multiple customized flags that I ordered. The price is excellent. The quality is very good. They said they would be shipped by January 2nd, which was fast, but they arrived on December 24th, 9 days ahead of schedule! Will continue to order from BannerBuzz.

When I received my item with scratches, after reaching out, it was resolved. I received a replacement. It looks GREAT. I will be ordering more. Love the new packaging!

Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200
Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
