If you make some what complex designs and are familiar with the process, you may not get what you expect. I did my designs with Corel I've been using it for 30 years. I've been in and around the printing business for almost the same period of time. So if you understand what the differences between full White and a white background are, and your design, in my case it was a vinyl decal for a sailing yacht, then you may be disappointed when you receive a product that is not full White on a clear product so the surface you place the decal on the color of that substrate shows through where you expected White. And on the other hand, being given a product with a white background when you wanted full White and clear background, so the end result does not look as professional. Or as you/ the artist intended. I am mostly disappointed in that when I pointed out the error on my first order they had no intention of correcting it and even told me they were unable to do "full White". I still needed two more pieces to complete the project. I assumed that after talking to them so many times that I would be able to at least get these last two pieces as I expected. I decided against my better judgment to give them a second chance. So this time with ordering a clear decal with full White... no full White and this time completely clear so the substrate it was being placed on, its" color shows through where the design should be white. I know I'm rambling, and I also know that those that don't understand the process or created their design on the bannerbuzz platform me not ever know the difference. The problem with me is I do and I know what I expected to be the end result. So now when I have to look at it on the yacht I cannot unsee it and it makes me ill. The quality of their product is just fine. They're pricing is very fair. But if you want it perfect, you may want to try elsewhere.

In your recent order, our designers suggested you go with full white ink which makes all the colors in the artwork visible. So, according to that both of your orders were made after your approval and as per your request.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
