The flag is great but apparently I wasn't aware that I needed to state somewhere I wanted the pole casing the same color as the Flag. So I have a white pole casing on a Black flag.
It was great except the fact it didn't want to take my zip code. I tried calling cs several times so you might want to place the hours of operation on your website because it's not 24/7 as you state.
The fabric banners I ordered turned out beautiful. It's easy to use their site to place an order and delivery was quicker than I expected.

Ordered banners and nowhere did we ask for a black border but that is what we got and company refuses to replace.
