We have provided a timeframe of 6 months as we do not have the artwork with us more than that. We hope this clarifies. We're here to help you with any problems or questions you may have. We receive the product with scratches, send the product without a bubble wrap that protects it much more. We do not receive the screws to place it

With regard to the screws, the product page displays the option "Hanging Kit"; regrettably, this is not selected on your order.
We package each product as securely as possible; bubble wrap is the safest way to protect the acrylic sign. Regrettably, despite our best efforts sometimes a product does get damaged or scratched in transit due to improper handling. If there is an issue with your sign, please write to us at feedback@bannerbuzz.com with a picture of the product. Our Quality team will gladly look into this.
