Product was good when it actually arrived but customer service was horrible. Had to call multiple times over a 2 week period to figure out why item had not shipped. Was a different reason every single time and it was always something on their end. All I kept getting told was give us 24-48 hrs to look into and we will get back to you (they wouldn't and I would have to call back and start over)

I could barely find the place (local pickup). They make signs, yet there is no sign on the front of the building to identify the location. My order actually arrived for pickup 10 days prior but they didn't call or email to notify me it was ready for pickup. Multiple people couldn't find the item in the warehouse (it was a chaotic mess). They finally said it "was in the back" and asked me to specifically wait 25 minutes so they could get it. They were polite about it, but it all seemed very shady.

I ordered a banner over a month ahead of an event thinking it would be here for on time, I placed my order and thought I was good to go. Two days after the expected delivery date I contacted them to see where my package was. I was told that they had sent me an order confirmation email that needed to be checked and okayed before the banner was sent out. After scouring my email, I found no such email. When I explained this I was told that they had sent the email and that there was nothing they could do but get the product to me after the event. I would have really appreciated a phone call or other form of communication alerting me to the issue. Not impressed with their customer service on this one.
