So far to good...just ordered and can't wait to see the products…so the banners have now arrived, right on schedule. They look like great quality, nice vivid colours and professionally done.
I ordered a step and repeat banner for my sons birthday weeks in advance.
I was guaranteed, multiple times, the banner would be delivered on time. I offered to upgrade shipping to ensure deliver and was told no need to. The day before my party the banner didn't arrive. Even though they provided a tracking number showing shipment, i was unable to track the package. When i called to find out where my banner was, they told me it never actually shipped out! And that it was shipping from India!
They were not willing to pay for a banner company to create a banner for my my event same day, saying it was too expensive bc of being expedited. I ended up paying $750 to a company to make my banner same day, or else I would have lost hundreds of dollars as i hired a photographer and props to surround the banner.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. GUARANTEES MEAN NOTHING. RUINED MY SONS PARTY

Their website does not work when they send you a link. The email address *******@BANNERBUZZ.CA DOES NOT EXIST. Their pull-down menus do not apply. The links for approval do not work. They put you on hold four times or more to address one small confirmation. You cannot reply to any of their emails yet there is no "does not accept reply" notice. YIKES
They now are not likely to make the deadline.
What a waste of time and a lot of aggravation.
Bought for my grandson to mark a tree I bought for him when he turned one. The sign is great, even bigger than I thought, very sturdy...hopefully it survives the elements!

I had a terrible experience with Bannerbuzz.
I had ordered on May 24 and paid for the most expensive shipping which would arrive May 31. My product did not arrive until June 6th. They blamed it on delays with the shipping company (FedEx) however I didn't receive a shipping notification until May 29th. I did not realize that Bannerbuzz.CA was not in Canada, but the product was coming from India. It took a week, not the "2-5 days" the shipping email said. For this issue, I asked and received the shipping credit.
However the bigger issue was that I only received 1 of the 2 flags I ordered. Dealing with BB was a hassle on this. I had to check with them almost every day for a week. Finally they said that they believed based on the weight of the box sent, they believe I was sent 2 flags. NOTE: I highly suggest filming yourself opening your package to prove what you received! They finally sent out a replacement flag, and I received it June 21st which was 3 weeks after I was expecting the original order. And the weight on the package was the exact same as the first flag (1 flag in each shipment weighs the same amount), so their argument was completely invalid. Essentially they called me a liar.

Asked for help which I did not get. Never figured out how to have different designs on each of the two sides. I figured it out enough to get an acceptable flag.

Great Quality & Fabric. I was very surprised to see that the material was of such good quality. Local competition would have you believe that to get this quality you have to pay twice or even thrice.
To fill out the address information was a bit tricky. There are two address lines. One for the civic number and one for the name of the street. This should be specified..
Why two addrees line? One for the civic number and one for the road. If that is the case then may i suggest that you specify: 1 line for civic number and 1 line for name of street/road
My delivery was delayed twice. I needed my labels for the new business I am starting and the delays have cost me a lot of money and time. I am not impressed

I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. The answer from customer service was basically that we needed to buy their stands, then it will make it an 8'x8'. What? No. A unit of measurement is standard, and there was no indicator on the product description that it the actual size would be anything different. The actual size of the banner and frame are 7.5'x7.5'. Their product is being falsely advertised and they will scam you out of your money and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I will post this review on every website I can find (except theirs, it conveniently leaves out anything negative) so people can know what they are getting into.
Answer: Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
