We are a corporation that has a PO box for our address. The product was shipped to an empoyee's home. We couldn't use our corporate credit credit card due to the PO box, even for billing purposes. This is crazy. You don't need to ship an invoice; it can just be emailed. Our employee had to use their own credit card because of this policy. I'd give them a 10 star rating if they remove the refuse to acceppt a credit card with a PO box address for payment.

I was walked through the order entry by one of the BannerBuzz staff and although I consistently used the term window decal I received a sticker instead of what I requested. I complained and nobody responded to me.
I ordered several items for a big event. Before placing the order, I called them and got confirmation that they will deliver on time. Did not get the items on time. The website gives a Canadian address but it is not made in Canada instead it comes from India. No surprise that it never made it. It is nearly impossible to speak to a rep. Even when we were able reach them. They kept telling us that we reached the wrong department and it is beyond their control to help. They blame the courier company but the courier company is not to be blames as they choose the cheapest shipping service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Don't waste your time or money! I submitted an order for backing boards for my products for an upcoming show. The show is early August and I made my order on July 10th with an estimated delivery of July 27-28th. I submitted the order with all of my own artwork and approved it. Two days later I receive an email asking me to approve my artwork again. No problem, I've used the same files with other companies with no problem. Woke up on the 20th with another email asking to approve my artwork yet again. I contacted customer support asking what the issue was especially considering I had already approved the artwork previously. No explanation could be given except a new delivery date - well past my upcoming show. Look for another company that will actually deliver on what you ordered.
Horrible company don't ever deal with them! They will make product that is not too what you need and won't take it back. I'm staying have your money they won't return any emails!

Following this, we called you on Oct 5,2020, 12:51 PM to explain this change and received your approval. This change was also mentioned in the subsequent proof we sent, which was approved. We are happy to email you the call recording for your reference.

If you're going to send it to me rolled, use an inner cardboard tube. The tiny rectangular box came crushed on one end and the materials inside have fold marks.

All I want are the 2 missing half side wall rails that I paid for!. I wish I could rate this a zero star! The absolute worst service I have ever received. They forgot to include 2 crucial parts needed for a canopy tent frame I have purchased of almost $1700.00. I cannot use it! It has been over 3 weeks and every time I call the representatives inform me that it is ready to be sent or has been sent or will be shipped between 24 and 48hrs. Which is it? My missing items still have not been shipped yet. They lie and have untrained Indian representatives to take your calls which are very hard to understand. They take your money and afterwards have zero factor. If you have an important event do not trust them to be on time or fulfill your order on the time they promised. They have ruined a big business event for me hence why I purchased the canopy tent. I am really not happy. Also they messed up a huge print for the tent back wall and are trying to make me pay for a replacement. Be very careful before ordering. Looks like an India based company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other authorized organizations to post complains. I have had enough! These guys are Scammers and not a Toronto based company. Beware! I made an order of yard signs (6) and magnet signs (4) with a delivery date of June 28 2023, the order was shipped out of India to two separate packages. The first package arrived early on June 26 which was a pleasant surprise and I figured the second would arrive the next day. The package did not arrive by the expected date - I contacted the company who indicated they would look into this and email me. I did not receive an email 24-48 hours later. I reached out again on July 3 and was told they would look into it and send me an email 24-48 hours later. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, who eventually called me and indicated that they would look into this and asked me to wait until Thursday (July 6) for a resolution. After not hearing from the company again, I attempted to reach out to support. After a lengthy wait, I was finally advised that my issue would be looked into and to wait 24-48 hours for a response. At this point its been nearly two weeks since the expected delivery date. Half of the order that was shipped at the same time has arrived and the other half was not put on the same plane and is now no where to be found. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company due to the missing shipment and moving my business back to Vista Print which is local to Canada, shipping is faster, and support is far more superior as they put making it right with the customer ahead of continuously making the customer wait. With Vista Print, I would have already received a replacement for the missing package already.

Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them.

So far my experience has been excellent. Navigating my order online super easy. Spoke with customer service on the telephone and they were extremely helpful and easy to understand!
Friendly service, everytime. I was a little sad I forgot to get the cover of the notebooks printed on so they came blank, but that was my error for not checking that box.
Service was prompt and order came as I had designed. It was my second order so I understood the process.
If there are design issues they respond efficiently to help correct the problems.

Each order is automatically assigned to the most appropriate unit based on multiple factors including but not limited to current production queues. This is mentioned in our Terms of Use and readily disclosed when inquired.
Your order was placed on 29 June with Priority shipping for delivery by 8 July. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 8 July at 1:54pm.
Regrettably, colors are notorious for looking different on a digital screen based on the display settings. Our printers are calibrated to print colors accurately to match your artwork file, however some variation is possible. This is mentioned in our FAQs as well as Terms of Use.
However, if you feel the color difference is significant, please take a picture of the product clearly showing the problem and email us at feedback@bannerbuzz.com. Our Quality team will gladly look into this and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
