I order a "reflective street sign". After exploring their site, I saw they had lots of options. I was looking for personal street sign with my family's name on it. This one section that I made my order had numerous photos of what they would describe as the street sign they want to sell to you. Well, the sent me a proof. It was the right lettering but on the website it was the lettering in a white box. I thought okay... yeah that's what I want printed on my green street sign. Nope, showed up a white metal square with the print on it. I contacted them immediately... apparently it's my problem, and they won't do anything to help me out. The websites images that were under that category was "webart". Like alrighty then... guess I'll make sure to never spend money there again and make sure others know what they are dealing with.
I ordered tin signs with my business logo and the colour on the logo was printed fluorescent yellow instead of gold. Our logo was also printed vertically instead of horizontally which is incorrect and wasn't clear on the art proof I was sent. I tried to return the signs but was unable to according to their customer service rep. Very disappointed in the quality of the items and annoyed that I am now stuck with a product I can't use.

They don; t tell you but they make their banners in India with the result that delivery is often late - plus they don; t let you know when delays occurr and their customer swervice is awful - over two weeks they wasted hours of my time with their clunky system which would not load a pdf, then failed to deliver on time and failed to let me know - totally hopeless

The preview for my sign should show it as the actual small street sign, not the entire portrait file. The sign didn't actually get cut out to be a small street name sign. The recipient now needs to cut the sign out of the larger piece of metal in order to be able to use it.

My client was pleased but unfortunately my banner showed up on a Monday when I needed it for an event on the Saturday. I tied to call costumer service but that didn't work so I ended up going on the chat where Patrick tried to help me out. I even offered to pay an extra fee to get the banner to me the date that I wanted. Was told that they would get back to me and never heard from anyone. Thank god its a banner that they can use in the future.

Incompetent staff, rude customer service. 17 times they tried to set it up for print (I'm a designer with over 25 years of experience and never had that experience), the 'Canadian' site is fake, they are not in Canada, the staff and printer are in India so think about it if you need something printed.
Today Kavita was just talking over me, not caring for my needs. I cancelled the order as this cost me over 40 hours of my time handling the thing which should have been fine.

Always great service and products. The price is always great. The production team kept contacting me about blurry graphics whuch were fixed. The banner was blurry when it arrived but on the text which was done on the bannerbuzz website. Be sure to verify the text that you insert is not blurry.

I rejected my design multiple times as it seems the designers couldn't understand how I wanted it, even though I attached my own 3D image that they were supposed to use as reference (it was supposed to make things much easier. In theory). They got it right on the 3rd or 4th time and I had to pay an additional $10 because they said they had to modify the resolution of the Logo.
I was content with the final product, the price and the shipping method. My company's table cloth turned out really nice, actually.
If you have the time and patience to deal with them, you might be happy with the result!
I have purchased a backdrop banner from this vendor. IThe metal frame broke after 2 times as used in only 2 exhibitions. After 20 minutes text chatting and another 15 minutes over the phone with Mr. Lopez (the manager) I was told that they only offer warranty on the fabric but zero warranty on the hardware (what a joke) I wanted to purchase another backdrop but Mr. Lopez refused to offer a discount to make up or the low quality product I bought eeventhoug I am a great customer with multiple purchases. STAY AWAY... and look for a company that operate inside the USA and do care about their customers.
We ordered an exhibit backdrop (printing with hardware) well in advance of our event. When we followed up a few days before our event, we were notified our hardware was out of stock. There was no plan to get us what we needed. We were really counting on that backdrop. We paid several hundred dollars for our order. And, to make a long story short, we got our hardware a day AFTER the tradeshow. Whatever happened to doing whatever it takes to make it right for the customer? I wouldn't be writing this if they had let us know about the issue ahead of time. We may have had time to come up with a Plan B. But, as it happened, we only found out about it when we followed up. Please please fix this.
Tried to get service and called regarding order and put in for a call back. When I received the call back it was a recording telling me to go to the website for chat assistance. Poor service process when a promise to recieve a called back was requested.

The site was easy to navigate and design my banner. Unfortunately, my sizing was off. I ordered an 8 x 10 banner but should have ordered an 8 x 8. That's my fault, though not theirs. I was thinking a standard tradeshow booth was 10 feet wide but it is only 8 feet wide. The stand is adjustable though so we made it work.

I wrote feedback recently but yet am being asked for more. I recieved my item timely and that was the only good thing about it. It was soaked when I recieved it right through to the decals themselves. Decal was purchased to put on my car however was like a sticker and didnt have a transparent backing behind it so it was pretty much just a square sticker. I cant use them and Im really not impressed because it wasnt clear in the ordering process for a transparent background behind the image
I couldn't find any option to custom make it, so I had to connect to customer service. And the lady on customer service just kept telling me to go and Press the option to custom design it. Except there was no option to do that. She had a hard time understanding that I had no option for that. In the end, she was helpful and added it to the cart for me once she understood my issue.

It would appear that your company has been that only one where I could get a Canada flag with a pocket for hanging on our decorative flag holder. The only concern I have is the 4'x24" dimensions... all my other flags are 4'x28"... here's hoping:-) The size was acceptable but the pocket that fits on the poke was not. One end was sewn up, so I had to open it. Garden Pole Flags have a tab sewn inside the pocket to attach the pole clip to, this did not. I have low found a vendor who makes the flag with the requirements I need.

They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
