Easy to order, and quick delivery. I like it. I do not like having to do this writing though. Boo.

I was looking for a company that offers custom-designed parking signs and good quality for a reasonable price. BannerBuzz checked all the boxes.

Also, the customer support emailed me to verify the design before the printing, which was really cool.

The signs are delivered in a protective paper sheets which really shows attention to the details.

All in all, from A-Z, great experience, service and the product.

Easy to order and the end product looks nice; however, the customer service could use some work. Response time and actual knowledge of what is going on with the orders is quite poor. Also, if you're a Canadian company, why is everything based out of India? I am assuming customer service and I know the product ships out of India. It's quite misleading.

The site was easy to navigate and to process. I custom designed a logo for my racing vehicle. The cost delivered for 2 sets of decals including shipping and taxes was $27.00. This sounded to good to be true and delivery was in 10 days. Everything was delivered on time and was great quality. I will be ordering again.

Design was easy. Support was great. Designer artwork to improve on a low quality image was good but the a bit dark, quickly fixed and sent back to me for approval. Shipping was fast. Very pleased with the quality of the final product.

Designed banners for the town of Crofton on Vancouver Island and got rave reviews for them. Just recently purchased self designed signs to advertise our art showsl So easy to design - bright and beautiful.

I received my banner on the correct date and it looks amazing. Texture is nice and the was in Awe. However, as a note, Please make sure the dimensions of your design is the same as the banner dimension size. Some of the design was cut off due to the banner being a lot narrower than I thought. Overall, really nice quality

I happy with the looks of the plate, however I did ask twice if the plates were same as issued plates such as raised numbers and letters and told yes. Unfortunately this part wasn't true as the plate is flat.
Shipping was great as it came well b4 expected so zero issues there.

I waited 2 weeks longer than what I was told on the phone. I received broken parts which I need replaced but I can't get anyone to call me back after leaving several msgs with the online chat service. 3 broken parts and 1 set of legs missing and nobody to talk to.

Rose (the chat/service person) walked me through every step of my order to total success. Then the item arrived within the week and i was impressed at the quality of the aluminum frame and the strong, vibrant fabric.

I had difficulty in placing my order so I made the call and was most pleased with the assistance I received. Bardo was my contact and I can't say enough about him. He completely understood my situation and helped me through its resolution step by step with clarity and unbelievable patience... not to mention his gentle and amiable personality. Kudos Bardo!

My boat decals were super easy to make online - the website is simple and comprehensive at the same time. The product arrived quickly and it couldn't have been easier to apply to my boat. It looked better than I had hoped for.

Website is very informative and so was the agent I called for more information about the file types and sizes to upload. I ordered a flag and was pleased with its quality. Shipment arrived one day ahead of schedule and I could track its progress online.

Ordering and payment was easy. The tablecloth itself is cut in such a way that the corners are exposed and it looks cheap. I'd love to have the missing pieces to stick them in to cover the corners. Now I have to go out to the fabrics store and buy material to cover the corners. Won't order anymore of those.

I appreciate the ease of ordering! And all the help getting the changes I asked for in such a quick manner was so surprising. Everyone was polite and helpful and felt like they took pride in getting it right.

Good price and well made banners, get some once a year and I'm never disappointment. Appreciate the fact that when they thought the image was going to be too low quality to produce the banner, they got a hold of me to let me know and give me a chance to improve the image.

Poor designers, awful customer service. The telephone support team barely speaks English (I presume they're based in India), the chat support refers you to email support, support tickets are closed w/o resolution, and the email support refers you to design. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I submitted a simple vector logo for stickers, and the designers did a very sloppy job rendering. When I requested a revision, the designers took nearly a week to respond, trying to charge me $30+ more for white ink (which I did not request, and which is not in the logo).

Easy to follow website, and the discount is appreciated.
I Like the product, it is what I was looking for, but I expected thick plastic barrier not a thin plastic. I hope it will serve the purpose, the Choir Director has not seen it yet.
