My client was pleased but unfortunately my banner showed up on a Monday when I needed it for an event on the Saturday. I tied to call costumer service but that didn't work so I ended up going on the chat where Patrick tried to help me out. I even offered to pay an extra fee to get the banner to me the date that I wanted. Was told that they would get back to me and never heard from anyone. Thank god its a banner that they can use in the future.
