1, after placing an order, use the tracking number and track your order as much as you can.
2, once you receive the product, check that it is all right. If everything is right, enjoy your luck.
3. If the product is wrong or not what you expected, place a complain right at the moment with the delivery info.
4, Once the complaint is filed, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, or even better PAYPAL and ask to reverse the payment.

As mentioned before, I ordered a RC Quadrocopter, which arrivded with problems:
- 1 One of the motors broke down after a few mintutes of flying
- The motors were definitley not the brushless motors they had advertised on their website
- The gimbal (unit carrying the camera) was supposed to be moveable steplessly by RC. There was no stepless function, and they only tried to blame it on wrong operation.
- They did not honour the 3-day=policy they advertise on their website.
Finally, after about 35 emails and 3 weeks of discussion, they offered a 75% discount on the purchase of a second one. I agreed, because it gives me the chance to have the spare parts for at least one running model after paying for 1.25.
So: Endless discussions finally led to a proposal that was acceptable, though not as good as the warranty they have on their website. If you keep bargaining, you might end up with something that you can perceive as tolerable.

If I could get them NO STARS I would. They took forever just to ship my items I asked them to cancel my order which they said they did but shipped the clothes I bought anyway. All of them I received wet and disgusting as well as a clearly off sized products. Customer service was AWFULLLLLL. I purchased from another website from China THE SAME DAY and they seemed to get all my products in to me in the U. S in good condition as well as extremely fast even when i had a huge order, so I cant me anymore annoyed because their is NO EXCUSE for their poor delivery and customer service.

BANGGOOD ITEMS ARE VERY HORRIBLES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE DEATH. (no one reply)
I recently ordered 10 items from bang good (10 cuticle pusher) to resell them. But all the item's quality really poor, thick, and junky. All my customer are complained about it, and they don't want to purchases for the items. Basicly they are craft metal, cost me money to dumb it too. And on the website have none communications available to reach to the seller or the management teams. I still have another 30 items have not arrives, and its pass the expecting date 2 weeks from now. I posted on the forum, to hope someone care and answer me. But there is none of the answer back about a week now. THIS IS A VERY BAD WEBSITE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I was so looking forward to receiving my 2 rc helicopters from banggood spending over $400 AU. They arrived the best part of 5 weeks later, when they arrived they were both damaged I sent them an email to tell them this and they said sorry to hear that we will give you 500 points LOL. I said I would not accept this as they were brand new and I would like them replaced. To cut a very long story short today 4/8/15 I got my refund phew. This purchase was started in early May. I would advise anyone buying from this site to pay a bit more and purchase somewhere else.

Just trying to get items shipped back… The two Items are still in their packaging, and quite new. I had asked for the Return/Refund # that will get assigned to this for shipping back to the warehouse? Possible Return shipping label for sending it back. The return shipping address on the package was a US Warehouse.

Why would Banggood require someone to ship a package back to China that actually came from the US Warehouse unless they want to deter the customer from sending the items back by making them pay an even higher cost to ship them back than what they actually paid for the existing products? Is this the way Banggood does business so that customers won't request returns? Legitimate businesses would have just responded to my first Return request with a Return shipping label that you could either print off from their site or one that was sent from customer support, but from Banggood you end up getting email after email telling you to sell the items to your friends or they try to deter you from returning the items by saying you'll have to pay an extremely high cost to ship them back. Legit companies don't do this... Once you get them to address your issue they send you an address that you know will cost more to ship back too when the package actually came from a US Warehouse and the shipping was less than nothing.
Legit companies want return business so they do whatever it takes to keep good customers.
If you get items shipped from a US Warehouse, when you want to return them you should be able to ship them items back to the warehouse that they were shipped out of. Unless you want to deter customers from actually trying to get refunds.

Have been purchasing some items from Banggood; some were OK others not so much. Latest item was a smartwatch which I have been using for a couple of months until the screen went dead.
I contacted Banggood and have been exchanging emails with customer service on a daily business for the last week or so.
From the first moment they have been trying to avoid to replace the item under the warranty.
Initially they said the item had been purchased well over half a year which it wasn't. Then I sent to them the manufacturer's warranty period of one year and they responded by saying that this applies to sales made in mainland China only.
Last email received from them mentioned that they have a three month warranty period (I haven't seen it anywhere) and I do not qualify for an exchange.
To conclude, I would advise asking before any making any purchase for items of a certain value about the exact duration of the warranty period and have this in writing. Of course they may still find other ways to avoid honoring this.

I ordered 11ea 10W White 800LM High Power LED Flood Lights from Banggood.com, and when I recieved them I inspected them and found that they were 12V lights, not the 110V as required. I reviewed my purchase order and realized that the error was mine, I had ordered the 12V lights incorrectly. However there was a process for returns on the website as well as email contact, I employed both to no avail. I was not offered a return, of course since it was my error I was gonna ship the product back at my cost however that wasn't considered. I offered to order the correct lights and they could just reimburse me the difference (approx $33) but to no avail. They would not give me their address in either China or US. Every turn I took to seek reimbursement was denied. DO NOT do business with this company unless you assume all risks, they are liars and will take your money and hope you go away.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
