Please don't buy anything from this company. I bought a few things and had a problem with two of them. They refuse to give any refunds or take back any returns. If you check their web site you will not find any bad reviews on any of the items they sell. The only way to leave a bad review is to give it 5 stars and then write your review. Please read all the reviews and you'll see what I mean. I have delt with a lot business's and have never written a bad review. This time I had to. They are just too bad to ignore. They have people reading and responding to these sites to try and stop all the bad reviews. If they took care of their customers they wouldn't be on here. You get what you pay for on Banggood. Most, if not all of the items are made over seas. They don't tell you when you order something that it could take 6 or 8 weeks to get it. When you finally do receive it and it doesn't work it's a real pain in the a** to return it or get a refund. They want you to take pictures and videos of it to prove to them that it is defective. Then it's another few weeks to get it resolved. I went thru this with them and I only got my refund when I posted my review on some web sites and they agreed to refund me if I removed them.(See they do read them)
After waiting 40 days for my order I filed a dispute with paypal. I immediately received a reply from bangood saying that they would reship my order. I agreed but then got another email telling me their system would not allow them to reship my order unless I dropped my dispute. DONT EVER DROP A CLAIM OR DISPUTE UNTIL YOUR TOTALLY SATISFIED, as paypal will not allow another claim or dispute. Order did arrive on the 45th day. Anyone know how much money banggod pays for a good review?

**UPDATE: As of January 20th, 2016 Banggood made good, and refunded my order. This took place not that long after I decided to go public on sitejabber. Take what you will from that. I will give credit where credit is due though, so thank you Banggood for keeping your word on the refund. Even if it took some time. I am going to keep the original comment below however, since it was an honest review of my experience at the time. Hopefully my experience was just unusual, sometimes things just do not go as planned. Perhaps they just have very slow service with reps who maybe are overworked? I dunno... anyway, hope the others who have posted negative reviews have positive outcomes as well. **

I ordered this back in November of 2015 and it is now past the middle of January 2016. Usually I am more understanding with companies shipping out to other countries and understand some things take time, but the customer service experience has been unpleasant and confusing. The product never even left their post office according to their own tracking site they use. They are also avoiding my requests for refund now since I never received the product (a Cheerson CX-10 and the Cheerson Parts Pack). I ordered the product back in November of 2015 and it never arrived well past the 7-20 business days they say on the website. After seeing the other reviews here I am now wondering if this is a scam site.

This is a ridiculous situation with this company. I ordered a newsie cap from them. A simple order. The last tracking information still show it is in China after well over 3 weeks. If not received in 30 days, I will have Paypal open a fraud investigation against this company. This order was also protect by Google and I will also have them open an investigation as well. I will refer them to the 14 pages here of complaints. Don't bother responding to this in a pathetic attempt to act as if you actually care or will do anything. Your customer service has refused to fix this situation 3 times already. Your company is criminally negligent at best. Just the type of company that international law enforcement agencies are chomping at the bit to find and shut down. Good look. You are going to need it.

It's better to buy from the store in the mall. They take your money when you have the item in hand and, you're satisfied with the product. There's a lot to be said to shopping local.

Wrote review on banggods, but they removed it because i gave them 1 star.
So on 28/12-2015 i see my RC drone is in stock (10+) so i order, and they confirm my order and write shipping date will be within 1-3 days.
7 days later i get an email, that my product will restock on 12 Jan.
Then on 13 Jan i get new email, where it said my product will restock 27 Jan.
WTF?! Banggods, crappy service!
So i contact live support chat multiple times (robot respons i get most of the time) and ask if they are sure about restock this time? They start out by lying and i catch the support in it, and keeps asking about shipping date.
After asking the same 3 questions over and over again, they tell me they cant guarantee restock on 27 Jan.
So i wan't to cancel my order + the order i made with sparepart but they won't help me, and don't care:(
The sparepart is not shipped yet, and had status change only hours before i talked with support.
Now i don't know what to do, they already charged my creditcard even before the product is in stock, and i can't get my money back.
Please don't use this website, they sell so many fake products.

"Maybe you get luck and you receive a good and functional products; maybe not, and if this is your case... Better you shop the same product on another store/site. I filled a claim but they offered me only $10 refund of a $92 of my goods, they don´t care any of my issues. I ordered my item on 12/23/15. I paid extra for 6-9 day shipping. It is now January 12 and nothing. I have contacted them NUMEROUS times and have had no resolution. They always say "Won't you wait a bit longer" as if I have a choice. I finally started demanding I wanted my shipping charges refunded. And finally one rep said "Fine, if you don't have it by Friday we will refund" NO delivery on Friday. So on Monday, 1/11/16, I contacted them AGAIN. Told them I was very unhappy etc... Crazy, We got disconnected. SO I started another chat immediately. Got the same Rep, Cecile... Said the same thing to her again and got disconnected again. In early June I decided to purchase a pair of Bluetooth headset devices from Banggood.
The amount was in excess of Euro70 so I accepted the recommendation to pay an additional premium for registered mail and another additional premium for insurance.
For some reason, Banggood has failed to send the goods by registered post - which in normal circumstances one could attribute to a mistake. However, it seems that this is all part of their system as now I am also finding to my amazement that the goods were not even insured. To date, I have exchanged more than forty emails with Banggood notorious customer care, which I believe is manned by BOTs, not humans.
When I asked the BOT (Lynne) to escalate the matter to her supervisor/manager I was informed that " Unfortunately, our manager is not working right now. If you want to contact our manager, could you please send an email by filling out this form and selecting the After-sales: feedback and complaint tag? We will transfer your message to our manager and use your feedback to improve our service." However, no attachment was included.
Similarly, as if to try to rub the proverbial salt in the wound, Banggood BOT does not miss an opportunity to let you know that "We deeply apologize for what happened to your order".
In spite of more than ten email insisting that Banggood provide me with proof of delivery and explain why they decided to send the goods, not by registered post and not insured, the BOT keeps asking me to " contact the carrier or your local post office and give them the tracking code to know what happened to your package."
This is the real Bangood - who's only objective it seems to swindle you out of your money. Thankfully there is a filter between the customer and Banggood - as long as you pay by PayPal
I paced my order from Bangood on December 22,2015 for the Hisky Hmx 280. I have been in touch with Bangood customer service since then. My batteries came in a few days ago but no quadcopter. We paid for a faster shipping to recieve the items for a birthday present and still no quadcopter checked tracking number provided from the company and it has no moved since the 4th of January. I was told that the express was having a little delay and to contact them in 3 to 4 days if it has not come in by then. I waited 6 days before contacting them with no quadcopter yet. We own a online business and make purchases from china and all over the country and have never had this type of problem. Its a shame because we were trying this company out to see about making a huge purchase for our online business but if this is how the company and shipping is ran this will be the last purchase we make from this company. Because of false information from the company on shipping and receiving.

Bought items and paid for fast delivery to Australia which as per there customer service and site, delivery will take 3 to 7 days. Two days later my items weren't shipped yet and so I was told that items will be shipped in 1 to 2 days then after that it will take 5 to 8 days! That is at least 12 days, almost double on what they claim! More than two weeks of delivery is NOT A FAST DELIVERY. Just wasted my money on the shipping!
Also when I did a purchase one of my items were located in another warehouse and because of that I have to pay twice the delivery fee!
I'M NOT RECOMMENDING anyone to shop at BANGGOOD. Such slow delivery!

Camera shows not installed, no connection, when watching videos. Program stopped comes up frequently and I have to restart tablet.
There is a canned message to please email customer service. 6 days ago I did twice re a problem with my tablet not functioning. Still no reply. Horrible customer service so far. FOLLOWUP: They gave me instruction to download firmware from a download site. In CHINESE! Even with translator and passwords I could not download firmware. Now they ask me to pay shipping and ship it back to them. Unreal. That would only take another 4 months to receive another from them. UNREAL! Customer service is a joke.
Put the correct shipping address in, got an order confirmation stating that the address and what was ordered. Checked it and it was all correct.
A day later, I got the shipping confirmation and the address is wrong. I contacted customer service and it takes them several hours between emails, up to 20 hours, in response. The person manning the email doesn't read the entire email and repeats things when they have been spelled out in previous emails which makes the entire process tedious. Explanation of what happened above was described multiple times and they insist on checking and asking me for screenshots, which I also sent them multiple times.
I haven't even received the items yet and not sure about the quality but so far the experience has not been good.

I've had problems placing an order. Banggood cancelled my credit card payment and told me the bank had cancelled it. I sent 4 emails with useless responses. Used Chat facility today and was terminated with 'please contact us again if you have any more problems' without solving the problem. I tried again and this last she time terminated with a rude comment and cleared the whole chat box so that I have no record. This bunch is appalling. I can not find a working phone number for them, but will try again. Later - I believe the phone number provided on their website is a fake, and as far as I can see they publish no working phone number. I have asked for supervisers, escalation, phone numbers, anything without result. Emails and chat are a joke and they will put you off, or disconnect you as soon as they don't know or don't like the answer.
I've purchased many products from China with great success, but if my experience with Banggood is accurate, don't use this business.
UPDATE: Banggood replied to this review with standard 'please contact us to resolve". I contacted them and never received a response. Which proves my point -- really, really bad customer service. Likewise one item I eventually received from this order was incorrect but I never got a response to my request for correction. On the plus side, most items were ok, so you have to make your choice - hope it all goes well, and if not, be prepared to lose out. Personally, since most of their stock is available elsewhere, I'd choose the elsewhere.
NB I am sure that the good reviews on here to the same formula - "great service, one item was a little bit dodgy but BG responded brilliantly" are fake. All the same style, all totally at odds with the majority experience. If they are fake, that should tell you all you need to know.

My wife was having trouble ordering an R/C car for our son on this site so I logged in and added it to my cart and selected paypal express. And unbeknownst to me I bought the item it was selected to be shipped to my default address... which is not where it was supposed to go. No worries I thought, I will just cancel the order.
Nope! No method to cancel the order without talking to their customer support. However, it was Friday Eastern Time and their CS team was offline. Before I could cancel the order they shipped it. Fantastic! Naturally 2 hours after it shipped their customer support was online. Then I wasted about half an hour trying to figure out a way out of this situation, they indicated I could refuse to accept the parcel and it would be returned and they would refund me my purchase, less handling fee. Reasonable I suppose. Then the parcel was left at my front door, so I couldn't refuse the package. Talked to their CS again and they had a sales person email me a few days later to tell me I can return the package... to China.
The story has a happy ending though, I found a local buyer to take the R/C car off my hands for almost what I paid for it (I'm out of pocket maybe $10.) And now I'll know never to deal with such a garbage website ever again. Don't do business with them, they are 100% useless.

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
