In my 30 years a customer LL BEAN has not let me down on quality, has amazed me with low prices, and never fails to blow me away with their exemplary CUSTOMER SERVICE. While most companies practice CUSTOMER AVOIDANCE, LL Bean SERVES.

She has not shied away from the usual pack of vitriolic, even threatening, paid TROLLS and idiots that get toted out when big business gets worried about lost revenue impact.

THEY know Vani is sticking to the facts otherwise these financial giants would be sticking it to her in Federal Court.
