I received a warning message from Badoo saying I wa rude towards a transgender woman and I I just said I don't do drugs and I'm only date women and she marked all my comments as "rude" which it was false and she can't accept a rejection. And I explain to her that I'm a Christian and I don't like drugs. Just leave me alone lady. Take a rejection. And Badoo also shadow banned my account

Easy, u are premium boy u pay money. Hahaha 80% times u will get message - 'No problem, for 200 credits you can say hello right now!' 100 kredits cost 3£ :) 6 £ for single message...
I had only been on badoo for a few hours when i was contacted by someone who stated he lived in Western Australia it was a scammer i feel so bad for women who encounter this i reprted it but he is still on badoo

Worst dating site ever. I paid $150 for a lifetime membership on May 18,2022 On June 8 they asked me how I liked their website I picked one star and told him that it's the worst dating site ever in less than an hour I no longer had an active membership and I had to start all over again if I wanted to continue using them. Since I paid with my Apple phone I contacted Apple and requested a refund. This company is in the UK and I would not trust him if I were you there are a lot better dating sites out there than this one and by the way I think they own bumble too. So if you're thinking about that dating site I would think twice

They have been taking weekly payments since 12th April all the way to 29th may without my consent. I have all renewals off on badoo and my phone yet they're still taking payment through iPhone. Complained and they couldn't even answer what I was disputing about. Bloody useless and telling me the matter is closed. I DONT THINK SO
I accidentally paid for lifetime premium. There wasn't any options of the task if i really wanted to pay almost 100. The only message from the bank that you paid for this scam service. I am really sad about this experience. I hope that my money will back. In other way, i will medialise this story...

Do not encourage this site to continue. They continue to allow people to abuse people for their personal gain. I was blocked after I refused to meet a guy. I tried to explain to baddo. No blocked with no personal explanation or thoughts for my well being.

This site is just a scam to part you with your hard earned cash. You need to pay for everything even when your Premium. 100 credits for this 100 credits for that. I am surprised they don't charge 100 credits just to Log in. Plus when you message someone they rarely message back SO whats the point. BADOO = BADNEWS

I was on Badoo for over a year and recently took a break and got back on it yesterday. I was on the site for 48 hours until they deleted my account. Why? Because a kid, who is 20, was constantly sending me messages whenever I was online and he was whining like a boy if I didn't give him attention. After so long, I told him to basically leave me alone and the next day I found out that Badoo destroyed my account. I'm in my 30s and I wasn't bothering the boy, he was the one who was harassing me and I ended up getting punished for "discrimination against age" bc he can't man up and take a hint that I'm not interested! Badoo is siding with the f**ked up generation, disgusting! I do not recommend this site to people who are looking for a serious relationship.

We can assure you, however, that you are more than entitled to close off contact with somebody you are no longer interested in communicating with. To delete a Message, Match, Visitor or Favourite, it's possible to just open your connections menu and swipe from left to right on the user you wish to delete. If you feel like another user has breached our Community Guidelines, or is making you feel uncomfortble, our users are entitled to report their profile. We will then investigate the matter and decide whether further action needs to be taken.
Your own account was blocked for being in violation of our Guidelines. Our moderators may also have taken appropriate action against another user that you have made contact with, but please note, we are unable to disclose any personal information about other users. According to your screenshots, it seems you have an active subscription to Badoo Premium which would renew daily until cancelled. Our subscription periods range from 1 day to 190 days. Instructions on cancelling your Badoo Premium subscription can be found in the terms which you agreed to when making your initial purchase.
In regards to multiple payments in one day, this is because banks can take some time to process your transactions, particularly over non-working days, so you may see multiple recent payments processed and grouped together in your billing history. Please be assured that it's not possible to hold multiple active subscriptions on the same active Badoo account.

I had an account for a couple of weeks and after getting several intersts from a few people i decided to pay to contact and ended up getting ripped off to a tune of $150.00.
I complained and was ignored completly.
I later learned from various online forums that many of the accounts on Badoo are phantom and are setup by the company themselves to rip you off as it costs to do almost anything useful!
I repeat CLOSE account now!
So I was desperate enough to actually use Badoo and see if I could meet somebody interesting from it. I decided to "highlight" myself in my area for an hour and got some tokens to do so. Only, after doing this, I didn't know I had left a box ALREADY CHECKED that indicated I wanted them to charge me automatically to refill my tokens when I was low. So my account was charged, overdrawn, and they said it was my fault for not looking at their little pre-marked scam box.

This feature was designed to make our users' experience more convenient. In any case, it is optional and can be turned off anytime from your 'Payment Settings' menu.

I had a badoo account. I was thinking to be paid member but once one lady swore me and sent middle finger emoji, i replied her she has no normal attitude etc,, I reported her. After one day, I have seen that my Badoo account blocked without any warning or noticed.
I was surprised because policy should work both ways. Also should be warning notice at all.
They recorded my phone number in their system, I wrote them to remove my number from their system. But they keep writing me, that case closed sending by copied and pasted messages.
I wanted open another account but they keep asking my number and my other emailed blocked because it says many complians etc. If i wouldnt open another account how i can get complains.? I used badoo app some years ago( 15 years ago) it was easy, simple and useful chatting, communication tool. But i see that its not anymore. Customer service sucks, they donot care members, member rights, whoever they wat block anytime, no chance for fixing problems etc

Soon this joke website for blacks and jobless blocked me, probably because some jobless hispanoes instead of getting a job and education were sitting and complaining. I don't regret leaving that website because it was complete waste of time, for few months I've been there I have received thousands of e-mails and alsmot all of them were from latinos with kids ( appereantly show their level of family values) - seriously about 99% of latinos were uneducated and had kids, yet wanted to date white educated supermodels. I don't know what kind of women are there ( probably none already since I was litereally bombarded with the messages from all those males, but site is complete garbage. You can register there only if you want to date broke uneducated people.
