The absolute worst company. I ordered my flowers and scheduled them to be set to my mother the day I ordered them and I called customer service as soon as I ordered it to make sure that it was coming the same day and they said it was. I called my mother at 3 to see if she got them and she didn't. I called customer service again and they told me I scheduled it for two days later. I screenshoted my original receipt and when I had looked on the website they changed it. When I had called to cancel they told me I can't. Never will I do business with them after this.

The website does not respond. You call and they tell you to solve your problem by using the website. You call them and it take 40 minutes to get some one on the phone. You send an email and they don't answer. STAY AWAY! ( it is unfortune that the service is so bad because I have to admit that the flowers were very beautiful, but not worth the trouble)

This Florist doesn't deserve a 1star rating, they were HORRIBLE! I ordered my sister some Birthday Flowers & when she sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered to her, I was LIVID needless to say! OMG the flowers DIDN'T LOOK anything like the picture online, some of the flowers looked almost DEAD & my Sister said they didn't last a day! When I called Customer Service to complain, I was told someone would contact me within 24hrs but no one ever got back with me! I will NEVER EVER use this florist again, so if you do you will be Greatly Disappointed... don't even waste your time!

I ordered a beautiful orchid plant ( online) with a mylar balloon for my sisters 60th birthday. The orchid arrived and card arrived but the mylar balloon was missing. I called 3 times and asked them to deliver the balloon as I paid a pretty price for what I had ordered. They messed up and should of put the customer first, which they did not! I will not reccomend Ava's Flowers and I personally will never order from them again.

Horrible service

Horrible service ordered the flowers and then was told they didnt have the one we wanted so we cancel they didnt want to give us our money back and they still gave use the option to get a different one so we chose a different one and it didnt get there like they said when it was scheduled to arrive and another thing they dont tell you about the service fee of 17.99 till you go to pay which not good service to me should see that before you go to check out

I ordered a balloon bouquet for someone in the hospital 5 hours from where I live I ordered balloons because I didn't figure they could be screwed up I paid $64 for nine of them the balloons did not have enough helium to stand up the mylar ones total of 6 were all exactly alike they told me they would replace the bouquet and then they change their mind and said I did not contact them within 24 hours. It was not much over 24 hours and that is when someone sent me a picture of the disaster that was sent. Stay away from these people.

The order that was delivered to me twice, lt was not what I ordered and I have yet not received the blooms. I did reach the customer service agent and not only did they refund for the rush delivery now they have to refund on the blooms. Based My experienceI will Not be ordering from you guys again based on this experience

I ordered two dozen pink roses for next day delivery from their website for my mother's 70th birthday. I was called the next morning to tell me they didn't have pink roses and they couldn't deliver them that day, but could get some from their farm and deliver the next day. They delivered 2 dozen orange and yellow roses that were left on the front deck in the heat without even ringing the bell to let my mom know they arrived. When she opened them, they were wilted and then they died two days later. Mom didn't tell me till day 5 after delivery. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know since their website states in multiple places in large font they have a 7 day freshness guarantee. That apparently only applies if you call within 24 hours of delivery to say your flowers will probably not last 7 days. I only wanted replacement flowers delivered. They refused even at the supervisor level. Even when I kept referring to the freshness guarantee, both the rep and supervisor kept reciting the policy. Infuriating. DO NOT BUY from them.

Terrible, mislead. Paid $78 for wilted flowers that look nothing like the photo or outlined description. Couldn't get through to give complaint over the weekend because THEIR systems not operation to get in-touch with a human being. Zero customer service skills/qualifications, don't fall for this so-called "florist". I can get fresher-prettier-more quality flowers from the grocery store!

Dishonest company

I ordered flowers for $54.99 pnline. I was charged $59.99. I also ordered three balloons. I only for one. When the flowers arrived they didn't look anything like the plant I ordered. When I called Ava's they said they would look into it. Their response was the company had to do substitutions and they met the guidelines with those. Ava's is a scam. Beware!

Please do not fall for this companies tactics. They are NOT local, though you will believe they are. The arrangement will NOT be anything like the picture. We ordered a filled out beautiful arrangement for our granddaughter's sweet 16 birthday. What she got was a few roses stuck in some wilted greenery. When I tried to call, I was put on hold and disconnected TWICE. When I finally got through, I was told all they could do was reorder, and the flowers would be replaced THE NEXT DAY. We still haven't seen the flowers.

Did not deliver

It's up to you to use this florist but they did not deliver wreath to my fathers funeral... after I contacted them they responded with apology and stated they would still deliver to another family member but only refund me a portion of what they did not deliver on the day of funeral

The flowers were ordered for a specific day and they arrived two day's late. They are quick to charge your cc, but slow in delivery. I will never use them again. I will continue to use SunCity Florist.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday, which obviously was an important event. I ordered them 5 days before her birthday and was assured they would arrive on her birthday. No flowers arrived which was greatly disappointing. When I tried to get a refund they continued to give me the run around not to do it and it took me getting really angry, accusing them of not being a reputable business, and threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau. Once they claimed they canceled the order it took quite awhile to get a cancellation number. And on top of that I was told that it could take up to 10 business days to receive the credit on my VISA card.

Ordered flowers for a cousin who had tragically lost a son. Wanted to send a nice arrangement so I ordered the Luxury arrangement. Was delivered a day late although I received an email stating that it was delivered, along with a specific time, on that day I requested. The flowers were poorly arranged and all I received for the extra $30 was 3 roses! Customer service said it met their requirements. I could have put together a better arrangement using Kroger flowers! Stay away from these people!
The pic on the left is what was delivered. The pic on the right is what I ordered. As pictured, it is $30 less than the luxury arrangement!

Never Again

Terrible experience for this grandmother who tried to send flowers to her first grandchild living in Helena MT, who was the valedictorian of her high school class. I ordered on line the day before the event so it wasn't a rich order and received email saying my choice was unavailable & I was given only 3 options, roses only, which were not acceptable to me. I attempted to phone customer service twice, waiting each time for over an hour. I tried to cancel on line & was not able to cancel the order. The graduation took place but my beautiful granddaughter did not receive any flowers from this totally disappointed grandmother. Shame on Avas!

Zero stars

I ordered "Dreaming of Tuscany" but got a dozen red roses without and greenery or other embellishments for $106. I asked them for an itemized bill of what I actually selected because the invoice they emailed only has a total. I understand some substitutions and could even understand some price-jacking during Mother's Day, but $106 is obnoxious for what was delivered. After some arm twisting, I got an itemized bill:
$68 for "Large" arrangement (even though I am pretty sure I selected "Regular")
$10 for delivery
$28 for service fee.
Hopefully, their reputation will catch up with them, & they'll go out of business.
