I purchased flowers for around $80 for my sisters birthday! They were delivered in brown paper NO VASE purchased at Safeway flowers delivered by Uber. The flowers were probably a $8 bouquet. My sister got a message from Uber saying her Safeway flowers were being delivered! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Last week I ordered an expensive funeral arrangement. It took more than 20 minutes for the girl to place my order, even though I had an order description and number. She looked up the information for the services and said they would be there Friday. I told her the services were Thursday and the funeral was Friday. " oh yes I see that, I will change it" had I not picked up on day they would have been sent after the funeral! The arrangement was beautiful, just as pictured, I asked to have best friend on the ribbon, " no problem, we can do that" I gave her the message I wanted on the card. She said everything was all set. When I arrived at the services I wanted to see the arrangement. There was nothing written on the ribbon and the card did not have a name of who it was from. Had I not been there the family would have had no idea who sent them. I completed a follow up survey from Avas and expressed my concerns. No one ever contacted me. This will be the last time I order from Avas Flowers.
Bad customer service. Called 2 days late and told me they couldn't fulfill my order and would give me a 20% discount. Then called back and said the couldn't fill the expect order. VERY POOR BUSINESS. DON'T ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS
I placed an order for delivery and it showed up in a timely manner. The bouquet was beautiful and was very satisfied and will use them again in the future!
Absolute worst floral delivery service out there. Delivered on wrong day flowers were dead and no message on the card. They guaranteed next day delivery and it was never delivered.

I ordered flowers and balloons 3 days ago to be delivered today. First, when I got the invoice I was noticed that the order was wrong. I called multiple time=s and was hang up on multiple times. I ordered 24 pink balloons and 1 mylar balloon for a total of 25 balloons and 2 dozen pink roses. The order came as 1 mylar balloon and 12 mylar ballons. I called again and again because they keep hanging up when they put me on hold. They finally resolved the issue by telling that I will not receive the balloons and that they will deliver an AVAS basket instead 4 days later and that they will refund me 45% of my order but they only refunded me $58 of my $277 order. They refunded me what they over charged me for and not delivering my 25 flowers. This is the worst company ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE! This is a scam!
I spent $103 on a "As Shown" Princess for a Day floral arrangement for my sister's birthday on March 11,2021. When she sent me a picture thanking me for the flowers I was shocked by the product delivered. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. It was skimpier and less full as well as having different (cheaper/cost effective) blooms. I could have gotten the same product from the local grocery for $40. I had it rush delivered, used a code for free delivery, there was also a service charge of $20. I called customer support in which I was told should would get a replacement and I would get an email updating me about the replacement. I never got an email and my sister never received a replacement arrangement. I called the next day and was told that it would be resolved. It is now March 15ht and they have not fulfilled their commitment to resolve the issue. I have not heard from them. Avas Flowers is a scam. Also check the website consumer affairs. They are a 1 star operation for obvious reasons. I tried to post a review on Avas flowers company site and it did not post. They only show the best reviews and discard complaints. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.

Avas Flowers are fraudsters and thieves. They aren't a florist, they're a call centre who sub-contract work out with massive profits lumped on. They missed the delivery date for my order, a date they themselves offered me, then when I cancelled my order, they called my girlfriend (ruining the surprise) and asked her if she would still like them, even though she had nothing to do with it, I was paying. After I cancelled the order they left the flowers at the front door without even ringing to bell - my girlfriend was in but came across the flowers abandoned outside - and now Avas aren't replying to e-mails. The only thing they were able to do efficiently was take the money out of my account, avoid this company!

I placed my order Sunday morning, they claim same day delivery, NOT! They harass you with calls, text & emails before they even deliver. If you have a problem no one speaks very good English. I ordered "the sun, moon & star" arrg., that came in a blue vase, a card, a get well balloon & three latex balloons. I even paid extra to have it shipped asap. Then Monday comes they call me to tell me they couldn't ship it on Sunday & they needed permission to send it Monday, fine. Then they call at the end of the day to tell me my aunt was discharged & they couldn't deliver it. WHAT! My aunt was not discharged, same room, same everything! I had them confirm info. & try to send again. Tuesday night they FINALLY deliver the flowers that were wilted & half dead, NO VASE, NO CARD, NO GET WELL BALLOON & one latex balloon that was half deflated! I was so upset! Now, they're giving me a hard time to get my money back! These people are crooks! I would avoid buying ANYTHING from Avas Florist EVER again! I'm going to report them to the better business bureau & I will definitely let everyone I know to never order from these people either! Be warned! P.s. My aunt is in the hospital by herself & just had a stroke. I'm a truck driver & am not able to visit right away, so I have no pictures. Just the word of my aunt & her nurse. Breaks my heart that these people can toy with people's emotions like this, for what, money! So disgusting!

I ordered my wife a Bouquet for her birthday they showed up old looking in Wilton I sent a picture to customer service and they told me the flowers were in acceptable condition!
If I could, I would give this company no stars. I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother's 96th birthday, and I wanted it to be extra special. Her favorite color is blue, so I ordered a bouquet that was supposed to come in a blue vase with a blue ribbon, and it had yellow roses and dark purple flowers with white lilies. I paid extra to get the large bouquet, which was supposed to be even nicer than the one shown on the website. I also paid extra for a "Happy Birthday" balloon. The bouquet that was delivered was nothing like what had been ordered at all. It had totally different flowers, it came in a clear vase, and had a white ribbon. And there was no balloon at all. Not very many people have a grandmother who lives to 96. I feel very fortunate to have her, and I wanted her birthday flowers to be extra special. Instead, they look like washed out weeds that were plucked from a field. Absolutely shameful! When I called to complain, the customer service person asked if I wanted a partial refund. Really?!? That's this company's solution to the problem? If I had wanted to save money, I wouldn't have bothered ordering flowers in the first place. They advertise as a family owned business, but they are nothing but a scam.
The flowers were delivered 3 days late the first time. They delivered them a second time 2 days later and insisted that they were never delivered the first time.
I was both pleased and displeased with my order. The flowers were beautiful and tastefully displayed. I was displeased with the very high delivery charge.
The gourmet fruit and snack gift basket was delivered timely. The recipient reported the basket was "gorgeous." Adding, "the pineapple was the perfect ripeness."

Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
