They never sent the flowers only the balloons. I called, they promised to send them out on day#1, never sent them. I spent way too much time on the phone for a place that advertises same day delivery. Very sweet people who answer the phone but they are all FOS. So many different excuses, stories. Don't waste your time or money, I have never experienced anything like this trying to get flowers delivered.
I was told they were delivered, they weren't.
Then I was told they were investigating it and they would call me back that day… no call back. I also emailed them with the problem, response was they would get back shortly, working on it, they never did.
Next day again I called, went through it again, they said they would send them out that day, a manager called me back and promised they would be sent out that day, top priority, and apologized for the mess up. Again, no flowers delivered, I called again, and once again they were going to investigate it, each one had a different story, I was extremely angry at that point, I spent so much time just trying to get flowers delivered to someone who could have used the beauty of flowers on that day. Later in the day I received a call from someone above the manager, (forgot her title) again, the apologies and the I'm so sry, constantly with the I understand, they offered to send them on the third day no way! Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome, nope not doing that. The birthday would have been three days prior. They all lied, no one ever had anything sent out, no trust in this somewhat questionable company! Fingers crossed I see the refund soon.

This company is a scam and a ripoff, and we're so upset that we didn't look at the reviews before ordering from them. My husband purchased the Enchantment bouquet with chocolates and a card for a whopping $160.10 for our anniversary.
I never received the chocolates or the card, and the flowers were not at all as pictured. The photo on their website shows the medium bouquet, and my husband payed extra for the large bouquet. The flowers I received just days ago are almost dead today, and they dont look like the photo. I received a very small bouquet with none of the pretty pink flowers pictured, and with a vase that's nothing like the picture other than being red. It's certainly NOT the beautiful, large bouquet that he was charged $89.99 for (before taxes, $9.99 for delivery, and a $25 service fee).
We've called customer service twice now. The first time, they offered to only refund the chocolates that we didn't receive; nothing for the missing card or the flowers that they clearly mixed up and delivered to someone else because we did not receive what we ordered. We declined this offer and was told they'd put in a replacement order with all of the items and the correct flowers. We accepted this offer.
I never received the replacement order, so I called back today. I was told a replacement order was never submitted but she assured me she was getting it submitted this time. I don't believe for a second that I'll be getting anything in 2 days as promised.
I also asked for the physical address for the location that delivered to us, and to have my call escalated. Both requests were denied, and I was told that they cannot provide information on where the flowers actually came from locally. That's crazy! This is a business that refuses to provide anything beyond a phone number for a third party that takes their calls and complaints!
Please do NOT order anything from this company. Based on the TONS of other 1 star reviews we've seen since ordering with them, this is just how they do business. This company clearly does not care about their customers, and they WILL rip you off. Do NOT order from Avas Flowers!

I paid $99 for a 2-stemmed orchid and was assured on the phone that the plant would be sufficient in size for the price. I also paid $57 for shipping and tax for a total of $156! My brother sent me a photo of the flowers they had received, which was for their new-home gift and I was dumbfounded at the size of the orchid, which was equivalent to a $20 orchid I could buy at the store. I called Avas and requested they deliver the size orchid I had paid for and they said they would need to pick it up first before replacing it! That is ludicrous and rude to have my brother disappointed by having to do a return! They also offered a $49.99 refund (which is the "starting" price they actually have on their website) and I requested a full refund because they cannot guarantee that the 2nd arrangement would be any bigger than the first! Needless to say, I am not receiving any refund. They can keep my money if they are that desperate even though their flowers and customer service fall well below what I paid for. ALSO, SHAME ON ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T READ THE 155 1-STAR REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED!
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
