If I could give it zero stars I would, but I have to select at least one. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and disappointing outcomes. I helped my dad order flowers for his anniversary with my mom. It happen to be on a Sunday and I needed a company to send flowers on Sunday. This company said they did, so I chose that option. Then I received an email on Saturday saying that delivery was unavailable for that day. So I spent a very long time on the phone with customer service. I will refrain from using names. The first customer service representative told me a supervisor would be calling me back in 15 to 30 minutes. I waited an hour and no call. So I called back. Of course when you call this company you get whoever answers the phone. I asked for a supervisor, and they kept trying to have me go through all the details about why I'm calling, order number, delivery, what I need, And just kept interrupting me and not providing what I needed. Finally they said oh the supervisor has left for the day. "They will call you tomorrow morning." I waited the morning and no phone call. Finally around 130 I received a phone call from a supervisor. She said they are not the allowed to do anything to help besides refund the service fee of $25. At one point they told us just to pick the flowers up on Monday. Needless to say we will never be Using this company and I hope no one uses them because I have worked I'm customer service and the way I was treated was abysmal. When you call it tells you, " Ava's flowers, the top in the nation" I highly doubt after dealing with this horrible company that they are top in the nation. My money will go elsewhere for flowers. I sure hope they show up at some point. Traditionally, my dad is always giving my mom flowers except for this year because of this company

I ordered flowers for a memorial service that was to be held on a Saturday for a little four year old girl that had succumb to cancer, and I was assured on Friday when I placed the order, the plant would be delivered in time for the service.
However, the memorial service came and went with out my order being delivered.
I called and was assured they would still deliver it to the funeral home where the family would still get it. I followed up on Monday when the second promise of delivery was suppose to take place just to find out it still had not been delivered.
I was told they had other deliveries scheduled on Tuesday so they would deliver my order at that time.
I called on Tuesday at 2:00 in the afternoon to find out they still had not delivered.
At that time I cancelled the order.
They refunded the money but had the audacity to charge a cancellation fee.
I hope no one else has to experience this kind of service.
This was very incompetent and unacceptable.
I do not like to complain or leave negative feedback, I'm only leaving this review in hopes of saving someone else from being so disappointed.
Arrangement wasn't even close to the photo on website. Understand substitution policy but bouquet was ugly and half the size. Never use again!
I'm sure these guys are great IF you want flowers delivered the DAY AFTER a Funeral... IN VALDESE... NEEDLESS to say. We cancelled... and it was too late to show our respect.
Ordered flowers for granddaughters birthday. Flowers delivered looked nothing like I ordered. Was not even delivered in a vase!

I ordered a bouquet and what we got was a few flowers thrown in a vase….my dog could do a better job!
When flowers were ordered they upgraded the order which resulted in higher costs without advising of the charges during the upgrade process.

Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
