You cannot. Their number is an automated attendant that hangs up on you and email is unmonitored. This is a scam.

SCAM. Call centre is in India. You cant reach anyone and when you do they dont speak english

If u do get them on the phone u will get no help they act like they have no understanding.

No, it's a call center. They will pretend that they are going to help you but will "lose" your information or their system will be "frozen" and they can't get to your account. I had to explain my problem over and over again and never got any satisfaction.

Just don t waste your time using these foreigners please.

I called customer service. Automated service asked for my Oder number then replied that THEY canceled my order and nothing else could be done.

No contact or response after 3 days of trying to reach them. Phone, email, TXT. No response.

Impossible Phone train redirects you and you are told repeatedly someone will call you back. They never do

Not easy at all and the recording on the phone always blames the holidays for slow customer service. But the recording says holidays all year long..

They do not reply to emails and phone messages are recorded.
