Don't waste you time or money on this. The pictures are not what you get. Hidden fees, when I wrote them I was told, someone would reach out to me. They never did. Never again.flowers were withered, over priced.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Ordered a peace lily plant for a close family member's funeral- paid $125 plus tax and they delivered a tiny plant that was half dead and looked like a total eye sore. (See photos). Please do not use this service, the quality is horrendous!
I spent over 70$ for flowers that looked nothing like the picture and were an embarrassment. They are hideous. I could've arranged them better myself. Have tried every avenue of contacting this company and nothing goes through.

I'm so embarrassed! No lily flowers ever came out of plant...just a cheap looking plant with a tiny card! Never again.
They were out of what I originally ordered for my fiancé. But in place was even a better beautiful plant. Her co workers loved it and so does she! I am more satisfied with this order than any before… thanks so much!
I provided Special instructions which were not followed and got a refund of $19. I spent $96 for the order. Flowers look Nothinhg like I ordered nor the picture. I actually had to go by the person home to put the flowers in their house since no one was at home! Totally out of my way.

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday, half way across the country. The first problem was a $24 Service fee at checkout which increased the cost 62%! They did have a coupon for free delivery. I ordered on Friday for Monday delivery. I then received a message saying they were out of what I ordered and they gave me options to select from. I ordered new flowers which were delivered a day late. The good thing is that the flowers were fresh when delivered and my friend was pleased. My rating is generous!
I put in an order for a sympathy flower spray for my dad. But he said he rather we donate to charities to honor my brother's memory. Avas Flowers called me three times and left messages asking me to call them back. Finally I pick up their call and for them just to tell me that that can't cancel the order even though there is a lot of time since the flower delivery was for the following day, not same day. Today is the delivery day and it hasn't been delivered. During the phone call, the woman on the phone said that it would be delivered before noon and that yes they could deliver to rural areas. I spent well over $150 for the worst flower delivery service. I hope that when my family finally receives the arrangement is at least well made.
I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend and what I selected was not what my friend got. I ordered an arrangement with five roses, five lilies and a cobalt blue vase. What she received had three roses, one lily and a clear vase. When I tried to rectify the problem I was left on hold and then disconnected. While the lady I spoke to was friendly she clearly was incompetent.
Ordered a large sunset in Belize for my family in MA (I live in OR). They got a medium ish bouquet that looked like they grabbed a a grocery store one and shoved it in a vase. They also had a $24.95 "service" fee. I got that refunded.
So I called after I got the picture from my nephew. They refunded another $20. The customer service people are the only reason they get 2 stars
Flowers arrived on time and exactly the way I ordered them! I was surprised because the reviews of the company are really bad. However, my experience was great. I was also able to talk to customer service twice to inquire on the status of the delivery.
Ordered flowers for my neice for my sister's funeral. They were sent 3 days later and looked like something you picked in the back yard.I didn't want a refund I wanted her to have the flowers. They offered a 50% refund. They didn't even send the blue vase and they didn't put my name. If I didn't call my neice she would not have known who sent them. Never using them again or
I'll admit, after I ordered for the Mother's Day and then read the reviews online I was skeptical. Ordered Saturday and it said delivery sometime over the next 4 days but they actually came on Sunday and were quite nice although they were expensive. Saved me on Mother's Day though and I suspect depending on your location and the local florist services it's a mixed bag but they came through here.
I ordered some flowers, the couldn't get what I ordered so they called me said they will upgrade and 20% discount, but I wanted a certain color so they said they have that color but couldn't give discount. I agreed but it took the 2 day later and they were already late. Then barely purple and the flower they promised not in arrangement. This is second tome I used them, I won't use them again.
The Peace Lilliy we bought for a funeral service was gorgeous. It got there in an amazing amount of time and I was so thankful for their service and the quality. I would buy from them again any day. Thank you!

I ordered the "Dreaming of Tuscany" and the Peace Lily Plant at avasflowers.com for same day delivery for the passing of my husband's dad. Avas sent me an email right away letting me know that they won't be able to fulfill my order due to unavailability. I called their customer support team and an account specialist named Rhona, assisted me on how to rectify the order and recommended to deliver the "Designer Seasonal Mix Bouquet" instead as replacement and will be delivered 1 day late, and she promised that I will get something a lot better because of the mess they made. I got a nice big Peace Lily Plant but the flower arrangement was just HORRIBLE and AWFUL, looks like a crap! I was furious and upset that not only I did not get what I exactly ordered, but it was an injustice for a $55 flower arrangement. The bouquet that was delivered was like a $1 five pieces of cheap zinnia flowers, green leaves then somewhat with grassy fillers. I mean, I could literally pick those flowers from the backyard or along the sides of the road! I was enormously embarassed with my family how the flower arrangement looked like. I emailed and called AVAS customer service right away and a representative named Jen took my call. Jen was really amazing, very respectful and kind to assist me with my complaint. She was kind and fair enough to process a full refund right away. I felt that although Avas flower arrangement sucks (0 star for the product), at least they have great customer support who are very responsive and very willing to help. By the way, the 4 stars is for their customer support, very easy to reach, especially to their representative Jen, who assisted me with my order! Thank you!
This Avas Flowers are a scam and complete rip off. I chose one of the pretty arrangements with alot of flowers perfectly arranged. It was 31.00. I was so humiliated when my sister who was in pain sent me a picture of what she got. It was tiny, ugly with only 4 imbalanced flowers the cheapest kind, 2 mums! The shocking part was they ended up charging me 83.00! The first one is the one i ordered the second one is what I got! Pitiful
WORST Customer Service of my life! After an hour and a half, 3 different calls, talking to 4 different people, they quoted me twice the price for a simple order. They told me they couldn't call me back if we got disconnected. Our phone calls kept getting dropped, so I had to keep repeating the same uncomplicated order each time. Then, when I told them I would think about the grossly over priced quote they gave me, they inferred that they couldn't save my notes and pressured me to place the order. When I hung up with them, THEY CALLED ME BACK. Yes, after telling me they couldn't. I felt extremely uncomfortable doing business with them. Do your homework. The writing is on the wall. I am positive I dogged a bullet by not doing business with them!
I ordered 10 long stem beautiful sunflowers for my mom to be delivered by 2 p.m. on her birthday. She received them the following day. There were only 5 short little sunfowers. 4 of them were wilted and 1 was dead. I made a complaint and received text message to call a number to resolve. When I call the number it has a recording that says they are busy and can't take the call. I will probably have to make a dispute on my credit card.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
