I ordered a gift basket to be delivered June 19,2022 and I was guaranteed it would be delivered on June 19. It was not.
I should have done some digging in this horrible company before I put my trust and money in their hands.
Terrible terrible people and service. And then when I called to inquire I find out they don't take customer service calls on Saturdays.
Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
I have contacted customer service 5 times over a one week period. Still no flowers. I have spent countless hours on the phone and online trying to get answers. Every time they say they will be delivered that day and they don't. I'm finding it impossible to get my money back - they just put me on hold, hang up on me. It's been an awful experience avoid at all costs. I wish I would have done more research about the company. Learn from my mistake.
Placed an order. Order cancelled literally at the last minute. I only regret I did not read the reviews first. Obviously incompetent on many levels. Don't waste your time OR money. One star only because it was necessary to post. NO STAR RATING is my honest appraisal.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to a relative who lost her husband. Day of delivery i get a notice they cant deliver that arrangement but can do something else in 2 days time, i called them and said the funeral was today and i needed something today, the call center lady put me on hold for a while, came back and said she had spoken with the local florist who could put together something similar and deliver today. I said fine, anything at this point that could be delivered today, a few hours later i get another notification saying they cannot deliver flowers today but here are some alternatives (i wanted white anything), they offered roses or sunflowers) to be delivered in 2 days so i just cancelled the whole order, horrific customer service, they need to go out of business, not sure at this point if they even sell flowers
Spending over $100 on flowers and balloons to get ripped off! This company should be banned from doing business! The flowers were grocery store quality and a few roses do not equal a "Luxury Grande" bouquet. This company is a fraud!
They spoof themselves as a local florist with same day delivery. They also show a picture of an arrangement, but if you want the one in the picture there's an upcharge, and every order has a significant "service fee'. Not only did they not deliver the flowers on the day promised, it's been two days and they still haven't delivered the flowers. I have been unable to get in touch with someone that can help resolve this. They haven't responded to my emails, and every call results in sitting on hold until the system cuts me off and kicks me out. There are no flowers and there hasn't been a refund. Find another reputable provider!
I spent w hours ordering the right flowers. Then next day, urgent message that they didn't have those flowers, but would give me an upgrade for holiday flowers. Choose flowers, and once they delivered them, they looked like a grade school person through them in a vase. Worst arrangement and too expensive to get what I got. Never again will I order from them EVER!
Just don't order from these people! Over charge, wrong order and the vase was completely scratched. I could have gone to my local grocery store florist for this messI ordered the Moon sun and stars luxury upgrade for $159.00 they sent me sunflower sunshine for $39.99. No wonder y'all have bad reviews. I bet it don't get paid for. #disputed
This is basically a call center. They job out the flows and delivery, often to local folks who can't fulfill the promises that were made to you (don't carry that product, can't do that floral design, etc.). I had to explain my order to five different people and it still was wrong and was late. No one would give me a refund, despite calling many times and spending a lot of time on the phone. No call backs, no information, no satisfaction. Terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS!
While we did get a refund on the expedited delivery fee and a 20% discount. Their picture shows three balloons one of which should have been a Mylar Happy Birthday balloon. They were delivered three days late with only one pink balloon. The quality of the flowers looked like they had been around for a few days prior to delivery.
We ordered a funeral spray for my mother's service. Got to call the day before saying it would be delivered between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. we had requested it go to our rental house because we didn't trust it to go to the cemetery. We shouldn't have trusted anything about Ava's flowers. The flowers never came the next morning our funeral was scheduled for 10:30 I got on the phone at 9:00 reached customer service they tried to negotiate that it would still arrive it not in time or they would give us 10% discount, but we had a funeral to go to and no flowers. After 20 minutes of demanding an immediate refund we were finally given a confirmation code, refund took 3 more days. Some of the folks in our funeral party rushed to the local grocery store and bought every bouquet they could find. That is not the kind of stress that you want on the morning of your mother's funeral. It's unconscionable cruel and bad business, avoid at all costs and tell your friends.
An overall rating of a 1 star is generous (should be 0). My 81 year old mother ordered $100.00 worth of flowers for our new home and we rec'd a small bouquet of flowers that did not appear fresh and looked like they came from the grocery store for $15.00. Pictures are very deceiving when ordering. They do not care. Do not order from this company, you will not be happy.
$125. Nicer flowers at the gas station. No teddy bear or chocolate or balloons. Flowers torn and upside down. Closed on a Saturday. No way to contact them. Website, phone system deliberately complex to prevent complaints. Do yourself a favor and hit yourself with a hammer instead.
Ordered a spray for a funeral 3 days in advance of ceremony. Countless calls and nothing resolved. Nothing ever delivered. No response back from their usless customer service number. Stay away from these people. They are terrible. How heartless of them to put additional stress on a funeral event by not even responding to a customer's request for a very large order.
Ordered for my wife's birthday and scheduled delivery a day before to be safe. Still a day late. Also for the $120.00 price the flower arrangement actually looked like 30 dollar gift. Very disappointing. Sorry no stars from me.
Terrible experience! Canceled my order AFTER the delivery date with ZERO notice, ruining the holiday! I placed the order weeks in advance. Now i can't get a hold of customer service to even get an explanation.
Don t waste your time!. Foreign scam artist! Stole my money and did not deliver my daughters birthday flowers as paid for. "Heidi" (yeah right) could not explain anything but offered their Standard $15 refund. So basically the price is high to begin with. They know the flowers will not be delivered same day. They then do the $15 spiel. I am so disgusted right now!

Horrible company with terrible customer service. I needed to send sympathy flowers to a dear friend at a rural address. None of the big name places could do so in a good timeframe, and I found Avas whose website said they could. At noon on the day they were to be delivered I received a text message to call them about an urgent issue with my order and check my email for details. Email literally had no details and also said call. Called and waited 4 min for an operator. Who needed my order number even though their automated system had already confirmed it. Then she said she had to put me on hold to check on my order. After 10 min on hold I was disconnected. Called back, got someone else. That person started with my order could not be delivered until next week. But maybe they had other options. Then she said something could be ordered tommorrow. Then it couldn't. Then she started trying to offer me "special offers" for something next week. I asked for my order to be cancelled since clearly these people don't know what they are talking about. This lead to "yes maam I hear you but I would like to offer you...". I cannot even tell you how many times I told her I did not want her offer I wanted to cancel. Each time "yes ma'am I hear you but would like to offer you..." I asked for a supervior. "yes maam but my supervisor will ask the same question I would like to resolve for you. I can offer you..." at one point the offer was an edible arrangement. Who sends a sympathy edible arrangement? Asked for supervisor again. Supervisor was in meeting. Asked to cancel for the 20th time. Another offer. Hung up to start charge back with credit card. She called me back "maam I believe we got disconnected". I said no I hung up becuase you refuse to cancel my order. "maam I did not refuse I would like to offer you..." I hung up again. Dispute filed with my credit card company. Received a text message 45 minutes later my order was refunded. Terrible service, terrible practice.
Ordered flowers for my mom's 80th birthday. Total crap and I was so embarrassed that she had to receive such a horrible bouquet from us. I cried for a half hour. No pink roses, no red carnations, no lilies. Had problems with ordering from the beginning. Someone from customer service called and when I called back, all I got was their automated system. NEVER do business with this rip off company!
I ordered flowers paid over $100.00 to date still not received. Customer Service does not pick up or puts you on hold and hangs up. They lose your customer number so you can't track or change it. BEWARE. They don't send receipts by email as requested.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.

Answer: Sometimes easy and quick is mot the way to go when it comes to a loved one. I learned my lesson.
