Ordered a $100 flower arrangement. They claimed they delivered it but we never received it. Tried calling and contacting Customer Service and they jerked me around.
Ordered Birthday/Valentine's Day 2/14/24 flowers for my wife.
It's Friday 2/16/24. No flowers and no answers from this fake company.
This company needs to be taken out of business.
Ordered a 36 stem roses and carnation arrangement. My lady got less than 20 stems. 3 days not fixed
A $150 Bouquet. 3 days late and I could have got better from Kroger. It took three days to get a live person on the phone. And that was no help. They could not give any delivery information. Could not tell me where the flowers were coming from.
Spent over $200 on 2 dozen roses and a lily bouquet and received wildflowers that came from what looked like a ditch on the side of the road! This service is a joke! DO NOT USE THEM! Still wtng on a full refund!
Ordered flowers for my mom, they were wilted, and old. Stay away, don't waste your money, buy locally.
Late on delivery, and definitely not what I ordered. If you show what you have to be ordered then make sure you delivery is what your showing,I ordered Be my love and this is not what I ordered.
I ordered flowers at 5am. Cost $113 for a decent sized bouquet and to have them delivered to her work by 4pm… seems like a reasonable window. But no. It Valentine's Day and I understand the high demand and may have a ton of orders but I called twice and they assured me that they would be delivered by 4pm. Skip to 1pm, no delivery confirmation yet, was placed on hold 3 times then hung up on. Annoyed but still hopeful I let it slide, skip to 3:30 still no delivery confirmation and I was hung up on and additional 3 times. Then after 4pm they were unable to get to my call due to the holiday and high call volume. I'm pretty sure I just got scammed out of $113. This was the first time I've ever attempted to buy flowers for a woman and definitely will be the last. Your online chat tells me to call, then the dumb machine on the phone tells me to use the chat. Your business is a joke & a scam.
Avas Flowers did NOT deliver my Flowers order for Valentine's Day. No text, email, call - terrible service. They also have a hidden service charge of $23. Will never use the again!
Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day and they never showed up cannot get a response from them
My husband tried to order flowers for me, and he thought this was a legitimate business and was local. He received an email asking to call. Since he is deployed, he isn't able to call so his dad and I called.
When I called, a lady picked up and I asked about the delivery status of the flowers. She put me on a brief hold, then asked if I wanted the order canceled. I told her no, then she hung up on me, then a recorded voice said: The conference call has been disconnected.
Had to dispute the claim through our bank.
If you read the email, it looks like some wording scammers use.
I'm not sure that this company actually ever delivers flowers, as there are many reviews about them taking a customer's money and then never delivering or responding to inquiries. If you place an "order," you are basically just authorizing them to steal your money.
I ordered a bouquet each for my daughter & her friend who are at college 15 hrs away. First, my order instructions weren't followed at all. Like at all at all. Second, they came in a box-wasn't aware of that. That wasn't nearly as exciting as being in a pretty vase. 3rd, the associate put my email in wrong so i wasn't getting any updates and bc it's Valentine's Day the wait time was quite sometime. 4th one of the orders didn't even get delivered and i was told they wouldn't be here until the 15th. 5th, i ordered 1 dozen of pink roses and i got 11 red roses. 6th. After all of the issues they only offered a $10 credit. 7. I told them to just cancel my order and give me a refund. 8. They cancelled the order and gave me a refund for $10 less.
So now i have to call and wait on the phone to talk to an associate to figure that out.
I have never left a bad review for any business bc I've never had this bad of an experience. If you don't want to be stressed out over a very expensive flower order, i would stay away this company.
They "delivered my flowers" on valentines day at 630pm and it wasn't even delivered, you can not get in contact with anyone, what a waste of time waiting for these, will never ever use this company again. Who delivers flowers at 7pm on valentines day. Absolutely disgusting!
Please be aware there web site says will deliver the day it's dated on there web site they take your money and then send you a email says will be a later date delivered! THIS WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY!
BEWARE
I ordered a dozen red roses for to surprise my wife at work for Valentine's Day. She received blue flowers with many of them broken at the stem. It looked awful and embarrassing. I paid over $100 for their product/service and they failed MISERABLY. Based on the reviews I've seen, they should be out of business. Do NOT use their services. It's pathetic.
Second order #******* was never delivered. Customer service phone number hangs up. Can't reach a live person. Shame on me for trying to order flowers a second time for my wife. This order was $140.10. Alas Flowers only takes your money and never thinks twice about robbing you.
RUN AWAY QUICKLY NEVER CALL THEM!
My work family sent an arrangement to my sister for her husband's Celebration of life services. The date of delivery was wrong so the arrangement never made it to the service. Had to call multiple times to get corrected. Then upon arrival the arrangement was poorly put together and was tiny not many flowers or the beautiful green foliage as pictured nothing even close. It's supposed to be a standing basket and the basket is too tiny to even fit in the stand we have. Totally disappointed!
My (new) boss lost her dear husband, I contracted with Ava's for delivery of an "appropriate" arrangement, along with a very specific condolence message. Flowers delivered - NO CARD - only because a mutual friend was aware, did my boss know of my family's concern for her. Also - 1/2 of the flowers (according to my friend) were wilted. I called customer support - they negotiated a small "refund", yet I was still left embarrassed and dissatisfied.
CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!
Please do not order from this company - SAVE THE HEADACHE - I ordered a same-day floral arrangement and paid the extra service fee. This company advertises that they are in a specific city but are not. I will NEVER order from this company again. If you need flowers delivered, NEVER purchase from this company. I live in California, and my daughter lives in Arizona. Avas Flowers did not have it on the same day, even after paying the extra fee. They will re-deliver after calling numerous times and being put on hold four times. If you need to deliver flowers to a loved one in another city, DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS. Save yourself a headache. I also was on hold for over 20 minutes. When the rep returned on the phone, she said they would schedule the re-delivery for the next day. After my daughter's birthday!
Update: Today is Feb 11, and still no flowers. I cannot understand how a company can operate this way. Two days later (this morning), I received a phone call telling me the flowers would be delivered tomorrow, Feb 12. I asked for a full refund, and they said, "We can give you credit," which I will never order from Avas Flowers again. Instead, I opted for a $20 refund and hopefully delivered flowers on Feb 12.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
Answer: You cannot. Their number is an automated attendant that hangs up on you and email is unmonitored. This is a scam.
Answer: Sometimes easy and quick is mot the way to go when it comes to a loved one. I learned my lesson.
