I ordered a life jacket from them on Amazon. I paid $32.58 for it. It was advertised as "adult extra large". When I got it was too small. I returned it. They only refunded me $5.00. I called them and they said they have "a restocking fee and a labeling fee." They would not refund me the $27.58. I recommend NOT buying anything from this company.
Ordered the Arnott C-3185 kit which was stated to be in stock (still is). After 9 days of pending order, I got it cancelled because they couldn't fulfill my order. Got my money back minus $56, due to exhange rate, which I seem to have lost.
Ordered from RockAuto which sent the kit the same day and two days later it's in my country.

Ordered 6 same oil filters, got fuel pump and invoice for 6 oil filters, called customer service was told to wait for the remaining 5 fuel pumps which I didn't order and she would look into it, called customer service again was told a return label would be sent along with the oil filters, got label which I used to return the fuel pump and received a box with 1 oil filter and a invoice for 6 filters, that's where it's stands right now after nearly 3 months
The customer is the worse in any type of business i ordered a part and it said when I order it that it would take 3 weeks or more. They said they tried contacting me but when the emailed me it just said they are cancelling my order and i call them and they had already cancel the order big waste of time with this company would never recommend this company not even my enemy i wish no one waste any of your time with them. I found part with J&P cycle cheaper and free 2 day shipping.
I ordered a cable through Autoplicity's website and had nothing but trouble right from the beginning. When I called after 3 days to get a tracking number, the representative was rude and cancelled my order. When I called back the next day (after several attempts to get through-very limited hours to speak to a representative) I was told by the same representatives that she didn't mean to cancel it and that it would be re sent, but that it would take 3-4 weeks to ship out because it had to come from the manufacture. Their website still showed 1 in stock and that it could be shipped immediately. She said I could call back and get a tracking number in 3 weeks when they had one to give to me. Called a week later since my order still showed returned and spoke to a supervisor who couldn't make it shop faster, but assured me it was still on order. Received the order 30 days after I purchased it but it was the wrong cord. Horrible company to work with. Will never do business with them again
Several agents on several calls and many more emails, refused to start a warranty claim with Vemo as required by most manufacturers including Vemo. I wasn't asking for a refund, a credit, or an exchange. I just wanted to start a 2-year warranty claim on a 5-week-old failed washer pump and they simply wouldn't do it. Dawn M. At Autoplicity even went as far as to write, "that warranty claim does not apply to our website." What? Really? Warranty claims don't apply to your website? I've attached the email. Unbelievable. Avoid Autoplicity unless you don't mind not being able to make a manufacturer warranty claim. Shop with PartsGeek or CarID... anybody but Autoplicity!
I placed an order on Memorial day and cancelled the next day early am. It could not of been processed as they were not open on Memorial day or at the time I called.
I emailed them same day explaining my error in the order and told them not to ship.
I called (before they opened) same day and left a message with the order number, date it was ordered and reason for the cancellation and telling them to cancel the order and not to ship.
They still shipped the order.
Now I have been trying for nearly a month to get my money back.
All I get are emails saying they will refund the money.
My advice to Autoplicy... Go to an Amazon CS school
I ordered 2 tires from Autoplicity. Their website said the had at least 10 in stock. My order was cancelled and money was refunded for lack of stock. I had to call and try to find out the status of my order. I received no e-mail notifying me of the cancellation. It was not until I called, was I notified of the cancellation and refund, meanwhile I was waiting for my tires.
Shipping is a total $#*! show, and that's that they use Fed ex. They lost 2 items had to wait a week for a refund and had to order again now I'm waiting on the next shipment which is showing no activity in a week on FedEx's website. And I paid for 2 day shipping going on a week now
I ordered a part I needed asap with $18 two day shipping. Autoplicity shipped my part with standard ground shipping and it was going to take 6 days to arrive. I called them and they confirmed it was shipped wrong. I asked if they could ship out another one expedited since I needed the part asap. They could not help me, they told me to refuse shipment and I would get a refund. Then after they get the part back and numerous phone calls they told me they do not give out full refunds. I asked for a supervisor and finally they agreed to refund my money. Terrible service and a terrible company. Not a single apology for messing up my shipment and every service person I talked to was somewhat rude. Definitely think twice before ordering from this outfit.
Ordered two separate sets of Macs auto tie down straps. Received shipping conf. On first order. When order arrived it wasn't tie Dow's but a fire ext mounting bracket.
Called and customer service said they would send RA and they did. Also said credit my account but haven't seen anything as of yet.

We ordered a part of this website. We received the part quickly, however it did not resemble the picture their website had for this part number so we thought we were ordering what we saw, not what we actually received. Would not allow return or return for credit to purchase the correct item.
Absolutely DO NOT order ANYTHING from the. Or even from Amazon. Amazon has been absolutely NO help trying to get our money back. We ordered a bumper for a pickup truck and got sent a fuel tank. Now they want us to send them back before they refund my son's money.
Made a purchase... so i thought. Didnt go in. Go figure, stuff happens right? Went and made a second attempt, it turns out it set it up for next day air shipping. Went in and "cancelled" the order. Only to be emailed both orders went in. The cancellation policy doesnt apply until 48 hours beyond the request and only business hours. Mean while i received a confirmation the orders shipped on a sunday? But office is not open and cannot cancel any orders, now stuck with a $90 next day air charge and a second duplicate order as well. Their customer service says screw you their system is infoulable and freight is not refundable... two purchases back to back invoices? Doest throw up red flags? Absolutely will never use this company or recommend to anyone. Will be my new hobby cutting them down.
It's gotten worse, I reordered and used paid for 2nd day FedEx... They screwed up again and marked it Weekday Delivery.
I told them that FedEx delivered to me on weekends and service my area weekends with 2 day deliveries.
Their shipping IS NOT at all reliable, stick with who you know not them
Have tried twice to buy a battery from them. They give a good price and then dont ship the item. They do give a delivery verification email that says they are not shipping the item yet. They send another email about a week later saying that the item that had -Over 10 available- was not in stock. Then if you say you will wait, they will eventually send an email saying that an added delivery of $150 for an 80lb package or two 40 lb packages actually will be necessary to complete the order.
I am sure this company is a kiting scheme or some other accounting scheme to launder money. The only good reviews are for small items like tire shine, or other polishes and brick a brack. On the important parts items they will ultimately disappoint you every time. I think its in their mission statement.
Wound up buying the same part from amazone for the same price, and wont have to pay for fraudulent Freight shipping.
I had ordered a pair of tires with the delivery date being January 4, I have been following up daily to get updates but still see the same response that still sitting at location waiting for FedEx to pick up the tires. I very much doubt FedEx is too busy for this pick up.
This company charges 30 percent restocking fee when you return the product. This company is abunch of thieves. I will never use them and tell everyone to avoid the horrible company! Don't use them!
I recently bought an exhaust pipe. I didn't fit my car. So I returned it in the same condition as I bought it. With the labels in the same place and the cardboard still on it and they would not give me back by my whole refund. Saying it was damaged when it wasn't even used or opened.
I ordered six cans undrcoating. These thieves only sent me two cans. When I called them, all the fools at costumer service they sent me back to each other for two hours. When I sent the e-mail they never wrote back. Really do not buy from them because you would damage your health and nerves
