State Farm wanted to give me a very low amount for diminished value. I was able to get an additional $5000. I am very pleased with the results,
They quoted me over 8K diminished value claim. I needed help, was hurt, was about to trade my pristine vehicle prior to sever rear end accident. After providing me with a boiler plate "document" to give to the insurance co., and not providing a true appraisal of my actual vehicle, they instructed me to go to CARMAX to get a bad appraisal. You will need an actual appraisal on your real vehicle for a DV claim. You don't need to pay them $275. Autoloss INC. Instructed me to to settle for 3K, just to be done with it, not based upon any real information. Their "sample" letters are poorly constructed. Anyone with basic writing skills can go ahead and do this on their own. This is a SCAM. They will tell you you have a huge claim, then tell you to settle for under the real value. I let them know that I could not utilize their bs information and went and procured several appraisals/trade in values on my vehicle, post accident. I ended up getting nearly 1500 more than what they instructed me to "settle for". They will NOT give you a refund, even when they provide NOTHING to you. You can process your Own DV Claim... it is simple. If you have a true claim, get a real appraisal to provide to the insurance co. You will receive what you are due. I was up against GEICO. They could not refute the facts that I provided them with. They did laugh at the original "document" from Autoloss... they are a joke. Check out their Facebook Page comments to negative reviews to get a flavor for the caliber of employees they have.
I was very glad to find autoloss. I had called a few companies and the appraisers seemed like flakes. Autoloss did what they said they would. I netted $5000 more. Wade s.
The report Autoloss provided was very helpful in helping us recover the full amount of our loss. It helped moved the insurance company to offer almost 4x their original settlement offer.
Autoloss provided me with all the tools to receive the diminished value of my brand new vehicle. They are professional, thorough and very easy to deal with
My lawyer told me a diminished value case would not work, I contacted AutoLoss a week later StateFarm contacted me and said " a check for over 4000. 00 is being mailed to me!
I was in an accident on 11/02/22, and I was not at fault. Anyway, after the medical incident claim, then the property damages. I had to pay for an appraiser, which was $300.00. Autoloss.com was the site I chose and I am glad that I use it because Monica Fisher got me more money than the other appraisers online. She is a professional fast acting appraiser. As soon as I paid her she was in the mode of starting to help me then. She emailed what I needed to send her for her to get to work on my claim. It took less than a week to get my information to her and for her to get me a settlement. Less than a week. This lady knows her stuff. I did almost nothing. Stayed in contact with me by phone, email and text. If you need help with diminished value for you car after an accident, I suggest getting in touch with Monica Fisher at autoloss.com. On the site will tell you how much money she can get you. It estimates and mine was very close to what she could get. I am satisfied and I will let anyone know that she is the one to call on for diminished value claims. The site is legit and she is no joke. This lady will help you get more money back. I like her and she did what she said she will do and fast. Thanks Monica F.
I paid $325 and I was able to collect $5500. Progressive is a nightmare to work with. Autoloss completed an excellent report and I had my money in one month
Thanks so much for the support. Call us if we can ever help you again. Monica Fisher Owner of Autoloss
AutoLoss is a great company! They helped me recover a large sum of the diminished value on my F150. Keep in mind that you have to do some legwork in the form of negotiations with the insurance company but AutoLoss really provides all the tools you need to fight for what is yours. They were professional and responsive the entire process. Remember, the insurance company is going to ty and lowball you and make it sound like your AutoLoss quote is ridiculous. It's not. Autoloss is deep on your side and no matter what the insurance agent says... it's your money and fair compensation is due to you. Keep in mind Autoloss can legally only help you so far. You will have to negotiate with the insurance in your own way. Stick to your guns, be consistent, firm, and maintain your cool. Auto loss will help you the entire way and give you the tools to accomplish this. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and do so heartily. I will also not hesitate to use them again should the need arise as they were well worth the small cost compared to what I was able to claim back from the insurance company. I am not a bot and this is my honest review. Feel free to hit me up if you have questions.
Thanks so much Earl. You are the best and let me know if we can ever help you again. Monica Fisher Owner, of Autoloss
Same story here as there are in many other negative reviews. Came upon their site and requested more details. Monica Fisher calls me the next day, sells me on her pitch and I pay the $200-300 fee. Was told they'd send me a detailed claim packet the following day. About a week later I finally get it. The vehicle used was wrong, along with the options. To make matters worse, although it does state some competive facts, it is nothing more than a template she gives to everybody with your vehicle used. After going back and forth for months, and money getting tight as I was off work from the accident. I emailed auto loss, com to discuss a refund and twas immediately shot down. The insurance company sent the Iowa law stating they didn't have to pay which I forwarded that to Monica for proof. She them wanted to hear it from someone working for the state. Sent that one to Monica too and she wanted yet someone else to confirm it! I sent one more confirmation and I never heard a word from auto loss.com again, nor Monica or the 50 random email addresses this company has with phony name sigs at the bottom. I never did receive a cent back and honestly got no help. "We'll fight for you" means they will let you confront the company and when they say no, you return to Monica and she tells you a response. Not exactly a solid argument when they can't talk to your company themselves. This entire business is a scam.
The staff at AutoLoss saved me time and money. They can be a little rushed at times but I get it, they are trying to do as many of these as possible. So, results... I got a $2k increase from my self-negotiated efforts with a USAA adjuster and CCC valuation report. AutoLoss generated an appraisal and handled negotiating with the insurance appraiser. We settled on a value without having to go an umpire (more time and haste). The number was a little higher than my own calculations based on market prices, so I was plenty happy to settle it. My state forces insurance to pay the appraisal fee if the valuation goes up, so I felt pretty confident I wouldn't have to test the AutoLoss refund policy. It took about 3 weeks to settle once AutoLoss got involved; there were a few quiet times where I needed to ping for updates, but there was always new stuff to report within a day or so. I would use them again for the sheer benefit of the third party negotiation they cut right through all the delay tactics my insurer was using.
My wife was in car accident and our 2017 Lincoln Navigator L SUV (has low mileage) was a total loss per the insurance adjuster at Liberty Mutual /Safeco insurance company. The insurance company only wanted to pay off the loan amount $34,803.50 and refuse to give us the actual cash value ($48,000) for our vehicle and credit for the upgrades.
Saturday, my husband was listening to an individual on a radio talk show mention how Auto Loss help people get real value of vehicle when total loss. He called me, and ask me to call Ms. Monica at Auto Loss. I made the call to Ms. Monica on a Saturday evening left message, she called back Sunday morning, and I gave her the information from Liberty Mutual/Safeco Insurance Co to look at. She immediately said your vehicle is worth 10,000 more. She is an expert at this ok, because at Copart Auction where our vehicle is they have already wrote on the window $48,000 but only wanted to pay the balance owe on the loan $34,803.50.
Therefore, we hired Ms. Monica at Auto Loss, who negotiated the best cash value settlement and after one week, she was able to go from $34,803.50 to $41,878.69. We got an additional $7075. 19. Excellent job! Ms. Monica
Thanks a bunch, we really appreciate you.
You guys were great. Thanks for the review and I am here for you if you ever need us again. Monica Fisher, Owner of Autoloss
My Mazda was totaled and I needed a car appraiser. I live in Georgia and had s hard time finding an honest appraiser. Autoloss got me 2x the insurance companies offer. Great job! Ivan grime
USAA was going to offer me $1340. Monica at Autoloss got me $7,123. Well worth their small $300 fee. Monica was a breeze to work with and the whole process was pretty quick.
Monica was great to work with. They gained me close to 5k more than insurance was willing to pay out on my total loss. Will use again and I would recommend to anyone
Thanks Tim. Call us if you ever need us again. Monica Fisher
I was very impressed with autoloss. They always helped me and the report was invaluable against usaa. I received an additional $10,000 due to hiring autoloss. Run don't walk to autoloss
Great, Jeff let us know if we can ever help you again. Monica Fisher
Really disappointed that this business have forgotten it is about customer service. Quick to take your money. Horrible customer service and Monica is extremely rude, unprofessional and impolite.
Absolutely entirely a SCAM.
Their trick is that they give money back only if they get less the appraisal report which is $250. (You can get yourself a better deal than $250, so THERE IS NO MONEY BACK) Stay away from this people. The paper work is always the same and the insurance will laugh at you.
LOOK AT YELP, BBB and GOOGLE REVIEWS and you will see this is a common pattern on this business.
STAY AWAY!
I hired Autoloss to try and get abetter settlement from Allstate. Monica was very friendly and attentive, until she got my money. They did get me a report very quickly and sent it to Allstate. That is all they did. They then ask you to do all the work ion order to get your claim. The reality is that all the insurance companies in the U.S. know of this operation and they don't give them any credibility. Allstate asked if they could do an additional inspection of my car and raised their initial offer of $2500 to $5445. Monica had originally told me that I could expect $8500. I asked them to go and do their job, they did nothing. I have called repeatedly and Monica has never come to the phone again, always handing me off to an assistant.
I am settling today with Allstate for what I was able to negotiate on my own. Autoloss did nothing and didn't do any of the things they initially promised, Just a couple of scammers taking honest people's money. When you ask for a refund their is a laundry list of requirements in order to get your money back. Not worth my time, so I am writing this post to warn others to stay away from this horrible and deceitful company. It is pretty simple to see when you look at the reviews that everything I am saying is true.
Whatever they respond to my post, don't believe it, just more of the scam. I am reporting to the BBB.
This client asked for a refund once he received $3,000 more for his diminished value claim. We could not give him a refund. We asked him to get a dealer quote and we could write up a demand letter or help him with an insurance commissioner complaint. He did not want further help but stated he wanted his money back. We are members of the BBB and the BBB sided with us. We have numerous employees to help all customers from start to finish. We have all email threads showing the evolution of the claim.
I received a settlement over $3440 because of hiring Autoloss. The settlement happened in a few weeks. Autoloss is a great option for people trying to get diminished value! Thanks Mariah!
I was very happy with the outcome of my DV claim. Autoloss settled the claim and I was able to get $4700 because of my paying $350 for their help. I have told my coworkers about the help.
Thanks for the nice review. Your boss, John called and we are helping him too. Monica Fisher
