At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration.
Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further.
Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.
Monica did everything to not honor her guarantee to only steal $125.00 from me! Run Forest run! She finally gave me a $200.00 check and refused to pay me the rest. And for 3 months did everything she could to no even give me that!
I was Leary to work with an internet company but with a money back guarantee I could not lose. State Farm ended up doubling my offer and I got a check in 1 month. Very easy to do and they are bbb members
Thanks so much it was a pleasure to work with you. Monica Fisher Owner of Autoloss
Monica and her team are the nicest to sell you on the first call. Then become savage monsters afterwards. They're using templates that don't work. Their methods are outdated and they make you repeat the same steps even though the insurance company denied the demand for payment on diminished value. She couldn't get Us a dollar after months of trying and then says thr money back guarantee doesn't apply lol. She won't respond to emails in a timely fashion, her emails are short and unprofessional. And again doesn't even honor her own claim of 100 percent guarantee if it doesn't work you get your money back. She'll start adding more steps to prolong it and won't do them herself she'll say you have to do it. She's a real criminal and thief.! Beware she has no idea what she's doing and she's as rude as they come.
I am sorry you were disappointed with Autoloss. It is our goal to make every client happy. At the end of the process if you dont have at least the appraisal fee you would get your fee back. Please see the refund policy on www.autoloss.com. Monica Fisher
State Farm wanted to give me a very low amount for diminished value. I was able to get an additional $5000. I am very pleased with the results,
Thanks so much for the positive words. Monica Fisher Owner of Autoloss
After reading the reviews for auto loss I was excited to use them for 2 back to back accidents I had. Monica was not very response. Her emails when she did respond did not make sense. I finally called office one day to make sense of what I needed and a new secretary apologized for lack of communication. She stated Monica was swamped with work and the long time assistant was no longer working there. I told her I completely understood and that lack of communication made sense. Then a few days later Monica sends me an email with ugliness about me talking to the secretary instead of apologizing for her lack of professionalism. I tried explaining what happened she became defensive and immediately offered a complaint number. She escalated a situation that her secretary had actually already rectified in simply being honest about work load. I realize others have given good reviews and I truly hoped for the same thing with an already stressful situation but unfortunately my case was completely different. Any time I asked a question it would take at least a week to get a response and my questions were answered by Monica sending me the initial pdf with the questions and process, not very helpful nor personalized as my questions were outside the norm. I specifically asked if both my accidents would be addressed and how that would work and she said yes, by the end she said it was separate. Was truly stressful and confusing and worse then corresponding with an automated system and not an actual person. Several times as I continued to try to get help she would ask me the same questions, this happened about 4 times with several things which made me wonder if she even had a file for me or records of anything if halfway through the process she's asking me again for copies of repairs and things I sent from the start. Towards what I thought was the end she responded to some of my questions by asking me what state I'm in when she had my repair information and other pertinent information already. I tried in the end sending Monica a last attempt email and explaining I simply wanted some questions answers and that there was a disconnect somewhere but that I would love to finish process out, instead of a good attitude and an apology or to offer to help me, she was rude. I was never rude or demanding, I simply wanted to understand the process with dealing with 2 accidents 2 months from each other. This was all new to me so I really didn't understand process which is why you hire an expert but when the expert doesn't want to help it's tough. Hope others don't have the experience I had.
Monica & Autoloss are a complete fraud…they will NOT be able to get you any better offer than what the insurance company offers you. They are VERY quick to take your money offering a money back guarantee but after making 5 separate attempts to increase my settlement from her recommendations I was left with the very first dollar amount they offered initially. Minus of course her fee for doing absolutely NOTHING. They then never returned my calls. STAY AWAY, you are wasting your money!
Fist car accident ever, 2023 vehicle with less than 200 miles - I was at a stop sign, likely $15k or more damage. Ugly!
Should be open and shut claim - Monica said to wait for the itemized repair order then call back - I asked about what the process is - she hung up on me. Where on this Earth are the manners, at least say good bye before hanging up. Needless to say, I have zero interest in doing business with this company.
Don't waste your time with Autoloss. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using Autoloss DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, Autoloss heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. Autoloss provides zero communication with the Insurance company. That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than Autoloss will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.
I just googled and found them on line so was t sure if it was legit but I took the risk bc it was a money back guarantee if I did not receive more than I was offer before. I was offered $1,300 the insurance company told me they would not offer me more. But the letter Monica wrote me up miraculously made them change their offer to $2,500 so I'm very happy with the out come!
Monica is a scam artist. She talks fast and responds immediately when trying to collect the $325.00. It's not until you get the report that you receive the instruction manual to inform you what you will go through with the insurance company. To include getting physical vehicle appraisals from car lots all while having to deceive them because they won't appraise a vehicle for the purpose of DV. On the actual "DV Report" She put a pre-accident value on my 2018 Mazda Mazda6 Turbocharged Grand Touring of $33,250.00. Hilarious. My cars MSRP brand new was under 31k five years ago brand new. It now has 65,800 miles. She commented about the condition of the interior, exterior, and dashboard. She's never seen my car. The report had features that my car does not have and was missing many features my car does have. Monica had my vin number and listed it on the report. She's "written more than 30,000 DV claims herself", but can't accurately identify a vehicles specs and features. According to the report, my car has fog light, Xeon headlights, ventilated seats, dual power front seats, leather seats, supposedly four wheel drive, etc, all of which my vehicle does not have. The report does not mention the features my vehicle does have such as turbocharged engine, sunroof, heated front seats, dual zone climate control, Apple CarPlay, or leatherette seats. Google my vehicle with no vin and see the accurate trim features. I sent emails noting discrepancies in the features, I questioned her valuation exceeding my cars brand new MSRP. Monica didn't respond to all of them. She responded we can remove the fog lights and then submit it. PS Monica Fishers report has disclaimers absolving her and her company from accountability for report accuracy and omissions. After bringing this to her attention, she said she had the correct trim level. I asked for a refund. I told her I was not happy with the product, Monica refused to give me a refund. Do not do business with this company.
Had the unfortunate event of my insurance company deciding to total my vehicle. The offer they first gave was undervalued and with Autoloss's expertise in the field of dealing with insurance claims and adjusters I was able to get an additional $2k more for my loss when the process was all said and done. Also was happy to learn from them that the insurance company had to reimburse me for my fee that I initially paid to hire them here in Oregon per state law. The whole process did add extra time to get completed but the extra money was worth it. Don't let the insurance companies short change you on your payout and get representation.
I was hit by a State Farm Person and they hit and ran me. What a horrible expereince. Luckly, I have tesla so the loss was recorded on my vehicle. Autoloss was instrumental in me getting the full value of my claim. I am very glad Google i found them on google.
Autoloss is the best. I received an extra $5000 due to their report and Monicas negotations skills. My neighbor told me hire them and for $350 you cant beat it. Autoloss did most everything and I am so glad I found them. An honest company finally. Farmers was only going to give me $500 and they acted like I should be grateful. Autoloss had been in business over 20 years so I was safe to know they would not run off with my money.
Monica prepared a timely letter regarding DV for around $6500. After that, there was basically no assistance even to answer questions about negotiating with a company that would not negotiate. I ended up with $1000 but only because I was a nuisance. In retrospect, I wasted my money and no refund has been received.
Fantastic service from Auto Loss. I submitted a request for information and got started the next day. Within four days, I received a diminished value settlement amount that exceeded my expectations. The process was fast, easy and very effective. I will use Monica and Auto Loss if I have another unfortunate accident. Strongly recommended!
What a great company. I have used autoloss a few times with excellent results. They take care of everything and is easy. Elisha b

Monica handled the insurance claims adjuster so I wouldn't have to. Plus, she helped get me more than they were going to give me for my car.
First reached out to Autoloss on August 2022. They respond in 2 business days minimum so pretty bad at communication. As stated in their website, if the diminished value case is not closed in my favor I'm guaranteed a refund. I requested a refund on 10/19/2022 and it is already 1/12/2023 and still didn't get my refund back. It seems like they're dragging the situation so that I'll eventually forget about my refund by telling me "it'll take 30 business days for our CPA to send you a physical check" or like "The check should've already arrived" but nothing arrived as of now. If you're looking to get diminished value help, please avoid Autoloss and Monica. Short summary: - bad at communication - not acting through their promises as a business - full of lies - big waste of time, mental health, and communication
Autoloss helped me get the asked for appraisal on my vehicle for a diminished value claim. Monica promptly returned my emails and call and the information she put together was thorough and cited the law for my state specifically. When I submitted the appraisal to the insurance company I didn't have to negotiate for the max amount; they automatically accepted it and the transfer was initiated that day. I appreciate all the help and support along the way. I highly recommend Autoloss to take care of your claim. They guarantee their service and will reimburse you if you do not get within a specified percent of the appraisal value.
Answer: Taking to the owner. She knows her stuff and State Farm lies
Answer: Very legit says my check for over $5000. State Farm sucks
Answer: Very easy. I called the 1800 number and spoke with staff

This client had numerous wrecks that he did not tell us about. He did not get any money on his DV claim due to the prior wrecks. Per the refund policy we sent him he was not eligible for a refund but we were trying to help him. Monica Fisher
