I have used autoloss a few times. I keep getting hit by an uninsured driver. Each time Autoloss gets me between $3000- $5000 more. It takes a few weeks and cost $500 but with the money back guarantee that is fine. I am so glad I have Autoloss to use. Jan Smith
I was involved in an accident, the other vehicle ran a red light. I had only had the vehicle 6 months. I was told by a friend about diminished value on vehicles, I knew nothing about it but I contacted Auto Loss and spoke with Monica and they helped me through the entire process. Always quick responses and very helpful. The company wanted to settle for $5000 +/- with the help from Monica and her team I received $8700 +/-.

This is a waste of months of my time, and money! I negotiated before contacting Autoloss for $250.00. Autoloss is very misleading, and provides one with a lot of USELESS paperwork that the Insurance Company laughed at! I even got the Florida State Insurance Commissioners office involved! They told me to cut my loss and accept the $250.00 as that was what I would receive! So in the end? Jeff at Autoloss mentioned that he would speak with Monica about a refund of my fee? Last I heard from them? So in the end? I ended up with nothing! Because their fee washed out what I would have received! SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a scam the unsuspecting/trusting public operation!
We've used Autoloss twice now. The first time, we recovered $2,250 and the second time $2,500. We would not have been able to recover the diminished value without their support. Monica and her team are easy to work with, live up to their commitments and their process works. I would highly recommend them.
Thanks John I truly appreciate the kind words and let us know if we can ever help you again. Monica Fisher Owner, of Autoloss
We initially had a bad evaluation online somewhere else, and requested a compensation that's even lower than low ball offer. Bad beginning for the negotiation! We didn't know how bad it was until we reached Autoloss.
Autoloss provides accurate and reliable appraisal for auto diminished value, offers advise on how to deal with insurance company. Of course you still need to negotiate with the insurance company, and I think it is the car owner's responsibility to call the insurance company and talk to them to speed up the process.
At the end, we got a reasonable compensation from the insurance company. Thank you Autoloss and Monica!
They are very quick to reply at first, but once they get your money and give you their initial appraisal, they are difficult to reach and unresponsive when help is needed. They obviously have no intention of helping after the appraisal template is completed. I had referred two other people to their site as they were initially very helpful; my referrals have experienced the same poor service.
I found auto loss during an internet search. I hired them to write a vehicle appraisal for my total loss truck. Monica helped negotiate State Farm from $29,000 to $33,850. Very well worth the fee I paid for her services.
I would give autoloss 10 stars if I could. Monica is amazing to work with. She does not care about a quick buck. The autoloss team spent hours on my case. She takes pride in her work and it shows. Autoloss does no complete a generic report but the report was quality and accurate. Autoloss was able to double my diminished value settlement. Jim brown, Beaumont Texas
Thanks Jim. You had a tough case but we got them in the end. Let us know if we can ever be of service again. Monica Fisher
Auto loss is nothing less then amazing. I went to a dealer to get a dv claim and State Farm would not use it. What a waste of time. Auto loss did everything and with the money back guarantee you can't lose. I am very pleased. Annie
Thanks so much. Monica Fisher
Auto loss was great. They did everything they promised. Insurance company tried to counter our requested amount but ended up settling for the amount we requested after Autoloss sent a demand letter. Hopefully we'll never have to use Autoloss again but if we do now I know where to go.
I paid Autoloss $350, to provide diminished value quote, after an accident with significant damaged. BE AWARE, they will ONLY provide a quote, (without any proof or supporting information). YOU will be required to provide all supporting information to back-up THEIR quote: dealer appraisals (if you can even get 1), pay for additional carfax reports, etc.
This company also falsely claims to have "numerous full-time staff". Monica Fisher (owner) is the ONLY employee. Don't dare call her for any information or clarification. Called for the first time to clarify her email; she was literally yelling and interrupted any question I tried asking, for taking 5 mins of her time. This woman is insane.
At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration.
Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car's diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn't help further.
Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.
I had no expectations going into this especially since my insurance company was certain they owed me nothing. Monica was knowledgeable and prepared my file quickly and I received a $2600 payout. The process start to finish was less than a month and I'm very happy with my service.
My friend told me about Autoloss. I was rear ended by a geico insured. They ran off but I chased them down. After working with geico for awhile they only wanted to pay me $600 for diminished value. After Autoloss I was able to get $4700. It Is not an easy process but I love a good fight. Lucy lee Seattle Washington
For a nominal fee I was able to get a significant diminished value check. Autoloss completed the process by faxing in the report. My adjuster at the insurance company was a nightmare they fought me at every step. Autoloss report shut them up. Autoloss had to do some demand letters too but they were outs to work with. The Autoloss team did an outstanding job of representing me against my insurance company.
They were able to negotiate a fair settlement which resulted in thousands of dollars more than the insurance company had offered. Thank you for doing a great job.
Don't believe these people, these people Monica/Douglas assure anything for making money out of us!
When i first reached(i didn't read reviews about them) out to them, instead of asking about the details, Monica straight away assured me the amount that i will get and from the first call, she insisted to pay the fee 250$. And from then i have to follow up with them each and every day and guess what i have got in the last from the Insurance company is 10% of what Monica assured me.
And there is one other person Douglas, he even claimed that this is their success to get at least that amount.
These people are fraud and they just use the same paper work for all the claims except the name and state change and they pretend as if they are working day and night to get us the needed paper work.
Also, they will give us free advice to go and complain to some government body/small claims court so they can help us to settle the claim.
Don't believe these people, i paid 250$ just for nothing!
I had a great experience with working with Monica and her team at Auto Loss. My BMW was was in pristine condition before it was hit by car while it was parked. I reached out to Auto loss and Monica was extremely responsive and very helpful through out the process of recovering the diminished value for my car from the insurance company. She worked with me in providing all the necessary and supporting documents and i was able to settle for a $6000 check for my car. I highly recommend the team at auto loss.
Don't waste your time with Autoloss. They give the impression that you will get a huge settlement and a lot out of them-until you pay them. After that, I'm pretty sure their policy is to give you the absolute minimum amount of their time as possible-if you get a full 20 minutes out of them, you're probably way above average. Claimed my DV was $7000 and I should get 80-90% of that. But using Autoloss DV manual and correspondence they provide, resulted in an offer no better than $750. And this was over the course of at least 3 months. Of course, Autoloss heavily implies that I'm doing something wrong with Their process - it absolutely isn't anything wrong with their method. Yeah, right! It isn't like they take the time to even remember who you are when you talk to or email them. All you get it very generic responses that really just prolong the frustrating process to get you a tiny offer, that the insurance company hopes will be enough to make you go away. The letters they give you to send to the insurance company are full of errors and contain the details from the last customer - it is absolutely on you to edit & fix these things. Autoloss provides zero communication with the Insurance company. That is all on you and you will absolutely work harder on it than Autoloss will. I have no idea how they have even a single positive review and I wish I would have paid more attention to the the negative reviews before I decided to use their services. Absolutely pursue a DV claim on your car. Just use a company that has Zero negative reviews. They are out there.
I spoke with a few diminished value companies. Monica at autoloss was the only company to call me back. Within 24 hours I received a diminished value report. State Farm sent me a check for thousands. Arlene
Answer: Taking to the owner. She knows her stuff and State Farm lies
Answer: Very legit says my check for over $5000. State Farm sucks
Answer: Very easy. I called the 1800 number and spoke with staff
