Let me start with the fact I was able to recover some money as DV BUT:
1. They gave me a report initially which I shared with insurance. -- was ok.
2. everything after than was frustration. They don't read your emails. They sent me wrong numbers in claim letters, and when I asked them about it, Monica was like put in whatever number you like. And then she goes like "you didn't listen to me" and story goes.
After all, I do believe she does have knowledge and experience, but perhaps, due to number of customers she doesn't have time to dedicate to each customer.
Next time I would use another provider as I'm convinced I could get more out of this case, but Monica didn't have any interest to follow as we already had an offer and she'd secured her fee.
