My neighbor had used autoloss on a diminished value claim. My neighbor had glowing things to say about them. Autoloss filed my claim and I received over $3500 more.
Progressive was only going to give me $2000 for diminished value and autoloss tripled my settlement. Autoloss completed the report and filed the claim for me,
I would use autoloss again in a second. The report wAs specific and I was able to settle my claim for the amount in the report. I was happy with the process on my claim. PD
I thought autoloss was excellent. I was able to get $9600 the full amount of the report. I also enjoyed the staff and the customer service was tops. Matt hope
I contacted Autoloss from Portland, Oregon following a poor evaluation from the at fault insurance company. Monica was attentive and supportive. That's really where the good experience stops. There appeared to be a real possibility that the report they were going to create would have allowed my attorney and I to negoitae the actual cash value of my truck (ACH). In the end, we decided to go with them... What a poor choice... Do more research before taking the bait.
DO NOT WASTE $300! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Once the report became final, I was blown away how poorly it was constructed. Honestly, writing style aside, the actual data used wouldn't have done anything for our negotiating leverage. Do not use this company. Nobody cares... Crappy job, shame on you for acting like the reporting you're doing does anyting that is purported in your qualifications--which by the way--was half of the 5 page report. I cant believe the investors, managers, evaluators, and IT system analysts sleep at night? I'd find a real job so I could live with myself.
Thanks for nothing. I settled with the at fault company for $25,000.00 on my own.
I am sorry this client is upset. He stated if I did not give him back his money he would write a review that was negative. He was happy with the report and we sent him a signed copy. Once we stated we could not give him back his money we got the negative review. I can forward any prospective customer a copy of the email showing the client was happy with the report.
This was the first Diminished value claim I had the displeasure of dealing with my insurance company on. Normally USAA is outstanding, but they fought this at every step. I looked to Auto Loss and Monica came to the rescue.
My Tesla sustained over $7000 in damage in a hit an run and my insurance company wanted to settle for ~$500 in diminished value, they left it at that amount and said there was no negotiation, no appeal and no way to get the value I had stated from Monica's Auto Loss assessment.
Monica stepped in an handled it from there on out and had the insurance company settle on ~$4500 in the end, nearly 10x what they had left as a "NO more negotiations amount".
This was all accomplished in 2 days time, after my insurance company had sat on things for nearly 4 weeks leading up to Monica stepping in at my request.
I can't say enough in thank you's and gratitude for getting the money that was rightfully due from the hit and run damage. I previously spoke to 2 diminished value specialists online and one in person at the beginning and none of them had the confidence or assurances that they could get and amount anywhere near what Auto Loss got for me.
Auto Loss is on my list of recommended representation bar none.

My vehicle had an accident a month ago, and the damage was severe.
My friend recommended AUTOLOSS company when I was discouraged about my vehicle value has fallen.
AUTOLOSS company has detail documented and sent the valid reasons for claim Diminished Value to the insurance company. So, I could negociate about the value with insurance company and get reimburse from them. I appreciate to AUTOLOSS about help my vehicle reimbursement processing.
Thanks so much. It was a pleasure working for you. Monica Fisher
My car was hit 2 days after I purchased it brand new. There is frame damage so I can't trade it in or sell it. I contacted AUTOLOSS for help filing a diminished value claim. Monica told me I had a very solid DV claim and the loss on my vehicle was at least $11,000. From the very beginning I had problems with them. They made promises they never kept, they sent the claim to my insurance company instead of the company of the person who hit my car, I had to constantly call them or email them to follow up and they were always trying to get me to do their footwork for them. This went on for 8 months. I never received any money from the other insurance company and AUTOLOSS stopped answering my calls and emails when I asked for a refund, so their "guarantee" is a lie. I live in NY so obviously I couldn't visit their offices in OR, which makes it easy for them to drop the case and get away with it. The only power we have against this kind of fraud is word of mouth. I lost $300 on this transaction. Don't trust this company—it's a rip-off!

I don't know who this customer is? I have looked up the file and I don't see a customer in NY by that name. Every client that does not get at least the appraisal fee will be refunded the fee. We always answer the phone from 8-4 on the west coast and we have a staff to help all customers from start to finish. Please contact us so we can immediately resolve this issue. Monica Fisher
My family seems to get in a lot of wrecks. My son totaled his Jeep. Monica saved my butt again. I was able to get a newer jeep for the price she negotiated. Thanks again. Jennifer carson
Autoloss is great. I received the full amount in the Autoloss report. I called the insurance company after a few days and they told me they were mailing me a check. Thanks, Stephan hickstern
This company are very professional. And they help you get the value your car deserved. If I need this service definite call them again.
The other party fixed my vehicle, on top of that I was able to get $2300 diminished value from the other party's insurance. This was possible one and only because of the Autoloss team's guidance. Their experienced staff, especially MONICA walked me through each step. She was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable regarding this matter. I recommend taking her consultation to maximize your return
Monica is a scam artist. She talks fast and responds immediately when trying to collect the $325.00. It's not until you get the report that you receive the instruction manual to inform you what you will go through with the insurance company. To include getting physical vehicle appraisals from car lots all while having to deceive them because they won't appraise a vehicle for the purpose of DV. On the actual "DV Report" She put a pre-accident value on my 2018 Mazda Mazda6 Turbocharged Grand Touring of $33,250.00. Hilarious. My cars MSRP brand new was under 31k five years ago brand new. It now has 65,800 miles. She commented about the condition of the interior, exterior, and dashboard. She's never seen my car. The report had features that my car does not have and was missing many features my car does have. Monica had my vin number and listed it on the report. She's "written more than 30,000 DV claims herself", but can't accurately identify a vehicles specs and features. According to the report, my car has fog light, Xeon headlights, ventilated seats, dual power front seats, leather seats, supposedly four wheel drive, etc, all of which my vehicle does not have. The report does not mention the features my vehicle does have such as turbocharged engine, sunroof, heated front seats, dual zone climate control, Apple CarPlay, or leatherette seats. Google my vehicle with no vin and see the accurate trim features. I sent emails noting discrepancies in the features, I questioned her valuation exceeding my cars brand new MSRP. Monica didn't respond to all of them. She responded we can remove the fog lights and then submit it. PS Monica Fishers report has disclaimers absolving her and her company from accountability for report accuracy and omissions. After bringing this to her attention, she said she had the correct trim level. I asked for a refund. I told her I was not happy with the product, Monica refused to give me a refund. Do not do business with this company.
These people cannot do anything for you if your in Texas, don't know about other states, and are a huge waste of time. When if first contacted them Monica the ceo was jonny on the spot calling and emailing and assured me that i could get my money back if I was not satisfied, not you need to read the refund policy and it could take up to half a year. The insurance company of the guy that hit my car is not going to pay anything more and the insurance commission will not do anything about it because there are no laws in Texas governing demished value. I first contacted autoloss on 7/31/16 and it is 10/27/16 and this process has been a waste of time and I will be very suprized if I see a refund and If I do no telling when that will be. She made sure to tell me i could have a refund if I wasn't satisfied over the phone so that there is no record of it. There has also been 2 times that i have called and left message and got no return at all for around a week so i had to call again and then it is only reply by email. Don't waste your time. Hire a lawyer or just take what is offered but this company is not the way to go.
Update:
After I sent in all the information that Monica said I needed for a refund I waited well over 90 days for my refund. Surprise surprise I did not show up. I then contacted them again and asked why my refund had not arrived, and was given an excuse, but told they were sending it right out. About a week later I did finally recieve my refund.
I received full payment and they did a great job! Prompt report and very detailed. Will surely pass along their contact to anyone needing help.
Thanks so much. Call us if we can ever help you again. Monica
