Poor Communication

It took 5 business days to receive an update on my shipment. I was told that it would ship out in a Monday and arrive by Wednesday. Nothing arrived and the status was not changed to Shipped. I called and they stated it would be sent in the next two business days. I waiting nothing happened. Throughout this process I called the company, left voicemails, and sent emails. I even thought that AutoHance was scamming me and I left a voicemail that if I don't hear back from them that I will call my credit card company, but I received an update from them. I finally called on a Thursday and a gentleman by the name of Erik, I believe was his name, called the manufacture and gave me a real time update. He was great. I received my package two business days afterward. My packages got delayed 3 times and on the 4 update that I received I finally got my package. I won't be buying anything again from AutoHance.

Waited a long time to get brake pads
December 10, 2024

I ordered brake pads on 10-10-24. Three weeks later I hadn't received them. I called and was told they would be looked into. I still got not notification of them being sent, this happened twice. I called back and got ahold of John, he got them sent out and I got them just in time two days before our race day. After installing them and racing I called back to order another set if I could get the discounted price. I spoke with John, he gave me the discounted price so I ordered them. I have not received an word on them being sent yet. I am not in a hurry as our next race is not until March. Although I would like to get them without having to call back and inquire about the order.

Missing Item & Poor Customer Service

UPDATE: After extensive phone calls and emails with John, the intake still has not arrived. A label for my delivery was not created until 9/13 at 3:03pm. Mind you, I was personally contacted and assured that the intake would be delivered on 9/10. A partial refund was given and I was promised a full refund if not delivered by 9/12 at the latest. The second refund has not been placed and I'm no longer hearing back from them on email or phone. I will be taking legal action if matters are not resolved by the end of today 9/15

Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card company to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOHANCE!

Thieves

Waited 3 and a half months with no product. Finally said screw it and canceled my order. After 2 weeks of emailing them they just stopped responding. I had to file a dispute to get my money back. These scumbags will just steal your money and ghost you

I ordered then waited one week, with nothing but my order receipt in my email, shipping was 2-5days, and item was in stock on website. Called, don't bother with the check your order they wont pick up, and pressed 0 got someone and was told the item should have shipped let me check the carrier. They said the carier has it and should be there next Wed. I said okay whats the tracking? He said oh no it hasn't shipped its ready to go out, I'm not sure why it hasn't left yet, but with the labor day weekend I should expect it next Wed, we will send the tracking when its shipped. I said okay. Wednesday goes by, and nothing, so I give it to Friday just as a grace still nothing. I call back and press 0 the same guy answered I give him my tracking he says please hold while I check the carrier. He comes back and gives me the a very similar speech. He does say let see if she'll give me the tracking for the item. It's a no go again. I have at this point heavily investigated the company. Still not 100percent sure they aren't a scam sense I haven't gotten the money back in my account yet, but a lot I mean a lot of people say they are not reliable, the customer service is horrible and they didn't seem to care at all that they lost my business. I am giving until Wed (ironic I know) to get the money back in my account before I put in a bank dispute.
Buyer beware!
Not one I'll ever do business with again

EBC Brakes good price & well packaged

I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.

I called customer service a few days after my order was placed but not shipped. Customer service explained the situation and stated he would take care of the issue. As promised my order was delivered shortly thereafter. No complaints. Happy with the parts and the service.

Replacement Rim for Car

My experience with Autohance was pretty good; the rim (Enkei J10) was fairly priced and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. I would say that the best improvement that could be made to the site would be having the option to sort by rim style or sort by lug pattern. Because while looking, I would find what I thought was the right one, click on it, and realize it was the wrong lug pattern, and I had to go back to scrolling through the various different rims and sizes jumbled together.

They failed to deliver the product(brake pads) so that wasted my time. To be fair though, maybe a lot of things are currently not available because of the ongoing supply-chain back up. Where they made their mistake is by not being vigilant in making sure the product WAS obtainable before taking the customer's money. I will buy from them again because customer service was excellent. However, I WILL NEVER buy from them again if I now go to the website and see the product NOT listed "unavailable at this time". In other words, they should only sell products that they know they can get in a timely fashion. That's their responsibility! Otherwise, it's a major hassle for the customer to wait and wait for nothing.
