The selection is limited from Autohance, but what they have seems to be a competitive prices. Shipping of my particular product was excellent, however the item itself was missing a part from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and am waiting for the replacement parts that have been shipped. Otherwise an easy transaction with Autohance and would buy from again if they are price competitive.

I was shopping for a particular exhaust in the affirm financing network where I discovered Autohance. Sale service was so professional confirming the exhaust was in stock at their facility, I proceeded with my purchase and received my order in three days! Autohance is legit. They're not like their competitors where they trap you in a back order with a lead time of 1-2 months. The exhaust is installed and the product sounds amazing! And with affirm financing allowing me to pay over time, I'd say this was an overall satisfying purchase.

This is my first time doing business with this site, so we'll see what happens.

I received my order on Saturday and installed the K&N High Flow Intake Kit that evening. It was easy to install and I was impressed with how well it was designed (I'm an engineer myself). It only took me about an hour to install. I was amazed at the increase in performance! I've got K&N Air Filters on all of my vehicles along with Tornado Fuel Savers, which was not available for this engine. The High Flow Intake Kit provided even better performance over a wider RPM range! I also noticed that the gas mileage has improved if I keep my foot out of it. The only down side is that it can be very noisy. However, I use that as an indicator that I need to back off the gas. It's made my HHR even more fun to drive! I would definitely recommend this kit.

Good price quick delivery but i was told product would not make ck engine light come on but thats the first thing it did truck is still new 4000 mls on it had it deleted it came back then took it off and ck engine light went away cant return it so know what

I received my K+N cold air intake and the kit was complete and easily installed in about 30 minutes. The shipping took longer as the website stated 1-4 day delivery but when I checked out it said 2-5 day delivery and then actually took 7 days. Not the end of the world though and I'm happy with my product.

They had the best price on the Intake i could find and free shipping. Everything arrived on time, box was a little beat up but that was probably the delivery company, all the parts were without any damage.

Product came in a timely manner. Really appreciate what USP did. They placed my package some where safe were no one can see it on my drive way. That was reallu nice od the driver. Specially with all the stolen packaging that has been going around the country.

I could not be more satisfied w/ my shopping experience! I recently purchased a borla cat-back exhaust system for my Challenger Scat Pack. Autohance's price was significantly less than any where else I found & also provided free shipping. They processed the order within an hour and shipped it that same day. Because of their efficiency and our geographical location- my exhaust system was delivered the next day... I will definitely do business with Autohance in the future.

Autohance did well
August 24, 2020

Autohance did well. But shipper fedex did not.

The size of shipment resulted in fedex claiming to have attempted delivery 3 times and claim falsely nobody was home or there was a security issue preventing delivery. I was home all day each day the shipment Was state to be out for delivery. Nobody attempted nor did the fedex vehicle drive down our dead end road.

FedEx would not respond to my attempts to coordinate delivery or hold and pick up at their local facility. Since I was not shipper I could not change or manage shipment was their claim

They did deliver on their fourth attempt

Wasted a lot of my time to be home to Be able to receive and sign for the shipment.

To be honest has changed my opinion of them and they will, not willingly, be handling any of my business shipments In future. As I felt lied too, difficult to reach and deal with.

The cold air intake was fine, the Outlaw exhaust system looked like it was someone's return after sitting in their garrage for a year collecting other junk, literally! Boxes were shredded, installation instructions gone, no packing list, packing plastic roll, pvc connections and trash. It was the best price I found and all the parts were there, although some were damaged, and I had to look everything up on the web. When I call customer service, I expect a person, not an answering machine.

Purchased a Borla Exhaust system for our new 2019 Mini Cooper S.
Several vendors where out of stock,
Autohance had the product, at a competitive price and offered an additional $25 discount and free shipping.
The product was ordered Wednesday and delivered Friday.
This is a five star experience.
