Good prices compared to other sites. Purchased what I wanted quickly. Although it was double boxed, there was some slightly bent parts/chipped paint on the coilovers, obviously due to shipping and handling. Other than that the product is great.

I am extremely pleased with my order; it arrived in exactly three days, the price was far cheaper than anywhere else that I've searched, and my tonneau cover is perfect! Installed in less than 30 minutes and looks amazing!

Haven't installed product yet (waiting on another part from another supplier), so don't have any opinion at this time. Obviously, info on line looked great or I wouldn't have ordered it. I selected 4 just because I had to select something. An option for "no opinion", haven't used the product yet, etc, would be helpful.

The cold air intake I bought, received and installed on my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI was perfect. Gained horsepower and torque, not to the mention the sound is great too. I liked that your intakes specify fit for a manual or automatic transmission. That gives me piece of mind it will actually fit my Eclipse. Installation was a little tricky having to remove the front bumper but instructions were very clear and detailed. I had the factory air system and the Injen intake on in about an hour. Gives my car a whole different sound. I absolutely recommend Autohance and Injen intakes.

When I spoke with your representative on the phone I was under the impression that the item was in stock, and that it would be at my door in about 5 business days. About month later it finally arrived, there was no C.A.R.B. Sticker in the box, and I still have not hear back about that.

I never received a shipping tracking number. I like to specifically track items like this to ensure noone steals the delivery off my porch. I live in a good neighborhood but you never know.

Great customer service! I did not realize I messed up on my shipping address. 10 minutes after ordering on line, I got a call to confirm and make sure the shipping address was correct. 4 days layer I had my product and installed with no issues.

Item arrived in fair amount of time, but it looked like an open box which was beat up. After inspecting the product I found some scuffs and the exhaust tips had some chips in the black finish. Because this was a muffler I decided to keep and because the damage was minor. Overall it was ok, I would be concerned about purchasing fragile products from them.

Very Happy with price. Hopefully I won't be disappointed with the product because your price is considerable cheaper. Update - I received my exhaust system much sooner than expected and it was as advertised. Very happy with it. It would have been nice to get an update that the order had shipped, but I was home at the time.

It took a little longer than I thought it would to actually process the order, but after contacting Autohance I received a tracking number which helped me stay in the loop. Order arrived after a few days, product was as advertised. So far very happy with the tonneau cover. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. Now we will see how it holds up to the Pacific NW rain. Overall, very satisfied so far.

Best price I have seen. Good customer service I did have a problem with delivery though...Only 2 bolts in the box. Box was in rough condition when it arrived so I'm Assuming the bolts fell out. The plastic bag they were in was ripped open. All clamps were there thankfully so I went to auto store and purchased the bolts to fit.

Bought this Injen intake for my Fusion Sport.came to this website because it offered a better deal. Part was accurate, installation was easy, the unrestricted airflow sounds amazing in the car. Very pleased with this purchase.

So far so good. Price was right and PayPal checkout was simple. Wish the product would have been shipped a little faster. Chose AutoHance since the product showed to be in stock and it still took multiple days to get the product out the door. Ordered on a Wed night and the product didn't ship until the next Monday. Seems that it should have shipped the same week if it was "IN STOCK" :(

Quick and easy. Had to modify inlet pipe on stock exhaust to fit magnaflo cat as it does not have a coupling style fit but that has nothing to do with the supplier. Overall, happy with service but product is not necessarily "direct fit."
