Took a bit to get shipping confirmation to track package and box was a little rough (pieces sticking out) when it arrived but nothing was ultimately damaged. All good.

The box the product was shipped had some damage. I did as much of an inspection as I could w/o unpacking as my truck will not be delivered for several more weeks and I need to move it but it appears undamaged best I can tell. I will know when I go to install and I can comment on the product then.

It was shown as being the polished intake on your website and was the powder coated black when it arrived. That was disappointing. Other than that I'm happy. Unless you would be willing to exchange it for the one that's advertised.

A+ No complaints! I never heard of autohance and this was my first time ordering from there, i ordered front and rear ebc brake pad and rotor kits for my Acura TL! Package came on time customer service is fast and responsive i will purchase again!

The price was right however the order remained unfilled for 5 business days before it got shipped. Then it took an additional 4 business days to get to my place. Like I said price was right however but it took longer than necessary to be received. Buy if you're not in a hurry.

I made a mistake on my order because I ordered a part for another vehicle. Customer service corrected it and got my intake to me in 2 business days once I validated the correction. Excellent communication and Custer service. Makes my abarth sound mean too!

Overall the experience I had with autohance was straight forward and simple. Not only did they get my exhaust system to me fast, they gave me free shipping and beat the next best price by $200. There was no damage to the packaging and I'm loving my new exhaust system.

I had too look all over to find out if the exhaust I ordered was direct bolt on or not. It would have been useful info to have under the description. It also would have been nice to know exactly what was in the box and other thing I might need to complete the install, but it worked out fine.

Quick shipping and great service. The original ones I ordered were back ordered even though the website said in stock, but they called me and very quickly fixed the issue by offering me the next level up system. Very nice and professional on the phone.

More Product info. Should be made available without having to request same. Installation Hdw. Was complete but Part # ******* (3/8 - 24 x 4 HHCS) had badly damaged threads and required repair using a machinist's threading die to make the part usable. Plastic thread protectors are highly recommended for packaging and shipment.

So far so good. I'll let you know when I receive the tonneau cover. Only reason for 4 rating is because product came damaged. Not Autohance problem. Shipper issue. It has been reshipped and were very easy to deal with. 5 star for Autohance

1. Should be able to filter front from back brakes Seperately. Item was very slow to ship. I realize it was ordered near holiday but a shipping label wasn't created until I inquired. No acknowledgement or apology, Just a shipping update. (yes acknowledgement & sincere apologies still mean something) Could have been handled better.
