I gave the TEIN Street Basis Coil-Over suspension 4 stars out of 5, only because I had higher expectations (in my own mind) the ride would be a bit smother than just installing lowering-springs over OEM struts.
I set the ride height to the recommended Installation settings.
The new stance is aggressive and looks great.
A quality product for sure.
The performance is absolutely there; evident in acceleration and eliminating body roll.
Easy to navigate and super quick and easy checkout. We'll see about the shipping and packaging of the parts upon arrival. Fingers crossed!

The kit was only missing the gasket for the mid pipe. Looks great and sounds great..
The packaging was damaged upon arrival. I have not had time to unbox anything yet but have documented the damage with pics. Once I open the package and inspect everything, I may be in touch if something is damaged or missing.

Some followup commentary: I expected to get an order confirmation in my email. I expected to get a shipping confirmation. I got none of these. In fact, about 5 days after I ordered i left a voice mail with autohance asking if my order was really happening. And that afternoon the box showed up
So I never got a call back, and I never got any email. But I got the product I ordered in a decent time. So a mix of good and bad.
I purchased a cold air intake for my 2008 Jetta 2.5. I was kind of concerned that everything wouldn't match up correctly but it came in packaged safely and the kit fit in perfectly with all the parts and they seem to be of really good quality so they get my vote!
My shopping experience online was excellent with this company delivery was on time and I had no issues with the product I purchased I will definitely do business again with this company. Oh yes and their pricing could not be beat.

There was a huge miscommunication about the part being sent out, arrival time, and information on tracking. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my relations with the people at AutoHance, how they managed the situation, and not blow it off like others may have. They were just as concerned about the package as I was as well. I will definitely refer people to you and will be continuing any furture business as needed with AutoHance!

I called to change the color ordered and was very happy with that process. The front mats are perfect, the seat track hits on the back mat. I would order the front mats again but fell the backs were not worth the cost.
I was disappointed because I agreed to pay the 2 day delivery charge shown on your website, then the next day your office called to tell me Autohance wouldn't honor that shipping charge and it would be over $100 more

The order took a while to arrive, when ordering from other sites, delivery seems to have been more quickly. The pads have been installed, however; they are not performing as hoped.
I have the same brand (I think) on two of my other MB's I have installed ceramic type pads on.
The outlet and inlet openings were 3" and my mustang has 2 1/2" pipes So there for I had to order some reducers in order for these mufflers to work, Even though it said they would fit my 2014 Mustang. Other than that I am satisfied with service price and shipping.

Ok not happy at all but it's not your fault it's mine. I ordered the wrong part. I was satisfied with everything when I purchased the part now let's see how easy it is to return the part and still be satisfied.
Great experience except it was shipped via UPS with signature required and I was unable to change this even after speaking with UPS and leaving notes for them to leave the package at my front gate. They delivered it 3 times wed Thur fri luckily I was home Friday or it automatically gets sent back to you guys and that wound have been a problem. I suggest you be more flexible with shipping options

It was easy to install nothing was missing only problem was the shipping it got pushed twice luckily it wasn't a big deal for me
The converter fit perfectly, but you have to use different mounting bolts. The original bolts screw into the old converter, where the new one goes flange to flange. I used 1 1/2 in. X 7/16 stainless bolts and nuts.
The product was great. One of the items I ordered didn't work for what I wanted. Which was ok. So I emailed the company and they told me I have a 15% restocking fee any place for car parts I have ever dealt with have never made me pay a fee to return something. So I kept it and sold it to a local person.
Simple, easy and I like the discount which help me decide where to buy from.
