I ordered brake pads on 10-10-24. Three weeks later I hadn't received them. I called and was told they would be looked into. I still got not notification of them being sent, this happened twice. I called back and got ahold of John, he got them sent out and I got them just in time two days before our race day. After installing them and racing I called back to order another set if I could get the discounted price. I spoke with John, he gave me the discounted price so I ordered them. I have not received an word on them being sent yet. I am not in a hurry as our next race is not until March. Although I would like to get them without having to call back and inquire about the order.
I was shopping around and autohance coincidentally have a sale and I got my converter at a good price. The shipping was faster than I thought.

I ordered a set of EBC brake pads. Their prices were the best. I was in no rush as I was buying them for future maintenance. I think it took three weeks to get the order. The delivery time was a little extended, would have been happier if I received some kind of notice that the order was progressing. I called two weeks after the order was placed and the customer support was great. Let me know the order would be shipped by early the next week. It came as promised.
I called customer service a few days after my order was placed but not shipped. Customer service explained the situation and stated he would take care of the issue. As promised my order was delivered shortly thereafter. No complaints. Happy with the parts and the service.
We had some shipping issues through a vendor but Autohance went above and beyond to get things worked out and made sure I had good communication through the process and made everything work out in the end.
I placed an order for an AFE intake and a day later it went on sale from AFE. It was a painless process ordering and getting the price match. It was shipped in a timely manner and everything was intact.
My experience with Autohance was pretty good; the rim (Enkei J10) was fairly priced and arrived within a reasonable timeframe. I would say that the best improvement that could be made to the site would be having the option to sort by rim style or sort by lug pattern. Because while looking, I would find what I thought was the right one, click on it, and realize it was the wrong lug pattern, and I had to go back to scrolling through the various different rims and sizes jumbled together.
They failed to deliver the product(brake pads) so that wasted my time. To be fair though, maybe a lot of things are currently not available because of the ongoing supply-chain back up. Where they made their mistake is by not being vigilant in making sure the product WAS obtainable before taking the customer's money. I will buy from them again because customer service was excellent. However, I WILL NEVER buy from them again if I now go to the website and see the product NOT listed "unavailable at this time". In other words, they should only sell products that they know they can get in a timely fashion. That's their responsibility! Otherwise, it's a major hassle for the customer to wait and wait for nothing.
Easy to order but communication and shipping was poor. After several calls finally shipped from the manufacturer late…not sure if they sold me items the manufacturer didn't have in stock. Guys on the phone were helpful but it was a slow and bulky process to get a couple of shocks.
Haven't opened it yet, but I can't wait to put it on. Very fast shipping, I was told this wouldn't ship out til end June and a week later I got an email that it shipped and it would be to me within 2 business day! Awesome company to work with, would definitely do business with them again!
I never could get the front wheels to lock on my 64 gasser with manual disc/ drum brakes. EBC yellow stuff fixed that! Autohance has best price, and quick delivery. I will order specialty brakes again, as needed
I ordered an item and they still have not shipped it after a week of waiting. Whenever I call, it goes straight to a voicemail if I select the option to inquire about my order. If I choose the option to place an order, someone picks up right away, but won't help with order status. I have sent repeated emails asking for status and tracking information and have only received emails back that are dodging the answer. Now I am fighting for a refund if my money and dealing with that nightmare. I wish I had ordered elsewhere.
Easy online purchase, the item was shown in stock when I purchased but took two days until it was shipped out. My expectation is that when an item is in stock and the order should ship within 24 hours (at least).
